My family was traveling for a short weekend stay the The Seaport Hotel and it was probably one of the best experiences we've had in a long time. The staff was lovely, even gave my child a little package (coloring books. stickers, crayons) once we checked in. Everything was clean, the bed was incredibly comfortable, and room was sound proof! We even got to use their indoor pool and it was heated!

We own a cleaning company there was toothpaste on the mirror areas of toilet had spots and build up. Shower needed a deep clean. The rest of the room was clean - bottom sheet had a stain. Suggest throwing out if you can’t get stains out of sheets.

The Seaport Hotel is a beautiful upscale property along the water in Boston. Wonderfully walkable to shops, many dining options and music venues. Even a few small parks nearby. The staff is warm and helpful. The room was very spacious for a city hotel room. In room safe and fridge, robes and really nice toiletries. The bed was quite comfortable and everything was spotless. We hope to visit again when in Boston.

The room was very small. We had only one person at a time could pass by and we booked a room for four people. The pillowcases had stains on them. The sheet had a black stain on it. The chairs were dirty and there was even something moldy under it when we moved the chair over. The lights didn’t even work by the beds and the phone charger on the nightstand didn’t work. Staff was nice. The room was disgusting especially for the price.

It was a lovely facility and not too big. Very clean and quiet. Even though many events were occurring in the hotel, it never felt crowded or loud. It is right off the silver line from the airport so there’s free transportation to the hotel.

We arrived early as we had done previously at the same hotel. The last time, we were given the option to take a less favorable room as our room type was not ready. This time, not only were we not offered any chance to check in early, but the front desk agent was surprisingly rude when I questioned why we were weren’t and why friends that arrived after we did were checked in right away to the same room type that we booked. I was puzzled when she explained that we were slated for a specific room (that was not ready) instead of the first available room. That makes no sense to me.

Nice hotel in a good walkable location. Unlike previous reviews, we do not consider this location walkable to the cruise port. It was 25 minutes on a nice day without luggage. Too far with luggage. The hotel was comfortable and close to nice views, restaurants, and shopping. There was no free coffee- only the cafe which opened at 6am. Would probably not stay here again but ONLY because of the price.

We arrived from the west coast on a red eye flight at 9:00 AM and they had a room available. How wonderful! We were able to check in and take a nap. Our room was lovely. Very comfy bed and great location. We walked everywhere in the Marina district. This hotel is close to the cruise terminal. Highly recommend this hotel.

Although the hotel is located in a lovely area by the harbour side, I did feel it was quite far from a lot of the main places to visit. I enjoy walking but I had to use public transport a lot of the time because the places I wished to visit were quite a trek on foot.

We had a very nice stay. Our room was ready 3 hours early which was a plus. Great location in the seaport. 12 minute uber to beacon hill/ the northend. Room was very clean and the king bed was very comfortable! The hotel has a nice bar and the in room dining breakfast was pretty solid as well. The main lobby has a classy feel to it as well. Great value for the price, it was a very expensive weekend for travel and this hotel was a great deal compared to lesser quality hotels in way less desirable locations which were priced the same.

Fantastic hotel exclamation close to a lot of great restaurants within walking distance. Did not need to take an Uber. Everyone at the hotel was friendly and helpful. Great restaurant in the hotel to eat breakfast or dinner and there were other options for places to eat within the hotel as well

Convenient parking, but very pricy even when self parking. Staff friendly for the most part, but could be hit or miss at times. Love that they offered my toddler a little welcome bag. They were definitely short staffed at the front desk at times. Breakfast buffet was amazing but also pricey. Overall a good hotel and a great trip.

Clean, good location comfortable bed. Shower was nice, but bathroom overall small and too dark for doing makeup. Also had no fan to help clear out steam after shower.
