Ultra Convenient Location, connected to high end mall, great restaurant Yard House + Starbucks, Fast Elevators, Great Views, nicely appointed room. No Wifi included, but used cell phone to hotspot..problem solved!

Great location! Concierge desk really helpful for getting tickets to View and other providing information. Starbucks on premises was great. It took us a while to figure out elevators, but once we did we appreciated how efficient the system was.

We had a great stay at this hotel. The room was extremely spacious and spotlessly clean, which made it incredibly comfortable for us. Being directly attached to a shopping centre was a huge bonus—everything we needed was just steps away, which made our stay super convenient. The atmosphere was quiet and relaxing, and the hotel had all the essentials we were looking for. The gym was well-equipped and a pleasant surprise, though the pool did get quite crowded during our visit. Overall, a very comfortable and convenient place to stay—we’d definitely consider coming back.

The room was good. The bed was a bit squeaky. Every time I turned I could hear it. Front desk was great gave me a credit since I didn’t use the daily hotel credit. The gym had a variety of machines and equipment. The only issue was the pool got closed the day we went. We got all dressed for the pool, but we were told we couldn’t go in. I specifically picked this hotel because it had a pool. We didn’t even use it. Other than that good hotel.

5 star all-around for cleanliness, service, and location. The only problem the entire trip was the elevators. During peak times there is such a long wait. The hotel uses an algorithm to call the nearest elevator based on requests/availability. In the morning and evening when demand is high, the wait for an elevator can be up to ten minutes! We were on the 13th floor, so the stairs weren’t a realistic option.

Lots of aloha with the staff. My only complaint was the maid service had to be called in twice as our room did not get cleaned. Lots of action and close to everything. I will definitely stay there again and recommend it to friends.

The property was nice and in a good spot. The room was good, comfortable bed and gpod amenities. There are small details in the room that need to be fixed, but nothing major. Just things like the corners of the bathroom, the lights are also on a timer which is annouing. They also dont give you many towels. Overall a bit pricey for what you get, but as to be expected in the area.

Personal belongings from previous occupier was found in room and full of dirt. Mattress is so deformed and difficult to sleep. Remember the destination fee and you will have to work your brain out to understand the fee before you can relax for your holiday.

I have stayed here before and have had a wonderful experience each and everytime however the is particular stay the bathroom did not appear to have been thoroughly cleaned (hair *not mine* on the walls / soap dish / shower floor was dirty) and then upon checkout the gentleman on front desk was not welcoming and seemed bothered by my checkout.

The beds were horrible. We requested an accessible room because we have knee issues and the bed was so low to the floor that it made getting up from the bed extremely difficult. Also the mattresses were very poor qualify with no support.

The walls are very thin. You could hear what was happening in the next rooms quite a bit. Rooms were updated and very clean. Staff was nice and enjoyable. Great location and beautiful views.

The hotel room was nice and clean. Surprise this hotel had such bad WiFi service and only 1 device can log onto it. I paid extra for a king size bed and got a queen instead. Not a big deal. What was annoying was the fact that security was banging on my door at 9am on a Sat morning asking to change the lock. We were literally checking out at 12pm. They couldn’t wait to fix? Had to do it at 9am on a Saturday morning? The receptions as well as the keycard said there’s a $25/day resort fee that can be apply to yardhouse restaurant or room service. Received my bill and it was not the case. Talk about switch and bait to generate more customers for yard house!

The room was comfortable, clean, and modern. The hotel was in a great location and we were able to walk everywhere or take the T. The only downside to the Marriot was the front desk staff. The women that checked us in was very rude and seemed annoyed to be doing her job.

Room was fine. Bed was very comfortable but front staff were very rude. The porter was not helpful. We had multiple suitcases and bags. Asked for a help. A porter came with no cart or anything to carry our stuff. My daughter wound up carrying the heavy duffel because he wasn’t able to handle. Too expensive to get that kind of service.

The team here is always so welcoming and kind. They are engaging and supportive of making sure you are having a wonderful stay with them. Should out to the front desk team for supporting me. The lady who checked me in was efficient and made sure I was happy with my accommodations, while her peer was not afraid to get into conversation with me and make sure I had everything I needed for a great stay and a fun night out to celebrate my friend.

This is a beautiful hotel in a great location. The restaurant was great as was room service. However the service at the concierge and front desk was substandard and resulted in some frustration and wasted time during my stay. We checked in at 9:30 on a weeknight. Nevertheless there was a 20 minute wait for check in due to the front desk being understaffed. Then, one of the keys didn’t work. I had to go back down and wait another 15-20 minutes to get the key fixed and then… it still didn’t work! Later, I had to ask the concierge a couple of questions and in each case they did not have a helpful answer.

Valet parker was rude. Told me he had no space even though I had a reservation. Told me to find public parking. I did and had to carry my luggage back to the hotel. The Destination fee is offensive. I paid $400 a night. Front desk was stoic, not helpful.

Location was excellent and we loved the property. However we paid expedia in full prior to our trip. I had also paid for valet parking. When I checked in I was was told that it was full and I'd have to park elsewhere. I was asked for a credit card for incidentals and I complied. The parking turned out okay because the valet told me that a spot had indeed been reserved for me. When I checked my credit card I found that I had been charged again for the stay. I went to the front desk and confirmed that I had been charged twice, however because the accounting office was closed for the weekend, nothing could be done until Monday. On Monday I was charged for the incidentals but it's Tuesday and I still haven't been credited with the overcharge.

I had booked 3 rooms to celebrate my fiancé's birthday with friends. I had stayed here before for a conference and love the location, there is a ton to do nearby. I was extremely disappointed in the communication between Expedia and the hotel. I paid for the 3 rooms thru Expedia but the hotel charged my friends (only 1 of the rooms) when they arrived stating it wasn't paid for, despite their names being in the system tied to the room. Figuring it'd be resolved easily at a later time without interrupting our plans, the hotel was paid for by them at check-in. The process of correcting the misunderstanding was more painful than it needed to be and the hotel staff treated my friends as if they were running a scam despite being presented the e-mail receipts from Expedia. After a few weeks of discussion, my friends were able to be compensated but the hotel was adamant about only providing hotel credit rather than reimbursement for weeks. I had helped my friends thru the discussions to get reimbursed and would have recommended reporting the hotel charge as fraudulent in hindsight.

Julia at the front desk was a wonderful person to start our interaction at the hotel with! Miguel was a great concierge as well. Overall our stay was wonderful with the exception of the lack of valet parking for the weekend. Our group had 3 rooms booked and by the time we had arrived to check in there wasn’t one valet spot for our group. The location is perfect and the Yardhouse restaurant and Starbucks being right there was definitely perfect for our group. Definitely would stay again.

Security in the elevator is non-existent. No hotel key is necessary to use the elevator. Only restaurant is a very noisy sports bars with many tvs. Room service food is more expensive than the same food in the restaurant AND it carries an undisclosed $7 fee. No robes, no slippers, no chocolates on the pillows. Two cookies and a package of nuts as a welcome for four nights? Duh. The beds are comfortable, the people very nice! The location was convenient. Will we stay here again? No way. Much too expensive for what we got.

The staff were very friendly and helpful and the rooms were clean and comfortable. There’s quite a wait for the lifts during busy times. The location is great but the subsidised Yardhouse restaurant food is disgusting, although the staff are friendly. We tried it twice thinking perhaps we were just unlucky the first time but I’d anything it was worse. What a shame.

Enjoyed our 5 night stay at this hotel. Very clean, excellent location for walking to lots of tourist attractions and shopping. Front desk staff were very friendly and helpful. The in-hotel restaurant, Yard House, was very good, both in terms of service and food. Would definitely stay here again!

This is a fine property but they don’t have in-room dining and you order from a restaurant on the property. This is fine and the food was fine (we only had breakfast in the room) but they send it up in such wasteful packaging. Everything comes in plastic containers and bags and it’s just so so wasteful.
