Hotel was nice and clean. No amenities in the room but guest services delivered what we needed. Self parking was convenient and plenty of space but I didn’t think they needed to charge $50 for that or the destination fee. Shuttle to airport was convenient.

The Hyatt Regency Boston Harbor (HRBH) is immediately adjacent to Boston Logan Airport. A shuttle runs from the HRBH to the airport every 20 minutes - the trip takes about 5 minutes. The HRBH is an upscale airport hotel, and has all of the amenities expected of a Hyatt. The room was spacious and well appointed. Internet worked fine. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The hotel restaurant has excellent food. That said, the HRBH is isolated (surrounded by the airport and harbor) and the hotel restaurant is the only food option within walking distance. The HRBH is directly on the water with an outstanding view across the harbor to downtown Boston. There are many jogging options along the shore.

Rooms are nice and clean. The views of the city and airport are great. You can walk along the water which is pretty and quiet. The water taxi is just outside the door and perfect for quickly getting to the city. The gym is decent. All in all, good place. Two minor gripes. First, the only hand out area is the restaurant/coffee area which isn't too inviting nor cozy. The view is great and this big room has the potential to be great. Renovate this place! {ut in more comfortable seating, better soft lighting, etc and it could be great. Second, the airport shuttle is every 20-30 minutes? We had a 6:00 am flight and the shuttle had just left so had to call an Uber. Waiting in early morning for 30 minutes to catch a ride five minutes away was a bit annoying.

For a Hyatt Regency property, this hotel was underwhelming and in need of serious refreshing. As one example, the elevator interior panels are scratched and scuffed, have tape marks for postings, etc. Separately, the $49 nightly parking is excessive for outdoor, uncovered parking at a site near the airport.

Lighting in rooms and the lobby is quite dim. Only one restaurant and no room service. Would be nice to have a larger gift and snack area. Harbor taxi is great, water views terrific. As noted above staff and cleanliness are excellent. Quiet even though close to airport.

Pro: Beautiful view, can walk around the coast. Room Is clean. Cons: on the weekend the water taxi Is only available upon request not super convenient. And Is a bit distance from downtown. Limited choice of dining And also restaurant in the hotel closes early at 10：00pm. For the price we pay i Would say it's a 4 of 5. And when I left, the reception was supposed to send me the bill and so far still not received by email.

This hotel is supposedly non-smoke, but my first room smelled so badly I had to move. 2nd room smelled, too, but less. No apology from the staff, and I heard the same complaint from newlyweds in the elevator, so this appears to be a common issue. Really nasty - like a cheap Vegas hotel...

I was disappointed in this property. It looks to be in need of some upgrades. The parking area looked like an abandoned lot and the fee for parking was quite hefty (much more than the previous night in a different hotel with an enclosed parking garage). The area in general was not very nice. The room was clean, but the carpeting looked worn and faded from the sun. The bathroom lighting was very very dim. We had a view of the bay/city which was very nice.

We decided to stay at this property for our first time in Boston because of the location. It was easy to get to from the airport with the free shuttle, and we were also able to use the shuttle to get to the subway station. We got an aviation room and the plane nerds in our family LOVED that! Great view and tons of planes coming and going, right out the window. The hotel smelled amazing, like a spa almost, when we first walked in. The front desk employees were very nice as well. Even though we had four people staying in our room, the housekeeping staff only stocked the room with 2 of each type of towels and every single day we had to ask for more towels, which was frustrating. We were also really surprised that this hotel has all DOUBLE beds instead of queen beds. The room was quite spacious and it definitely would have room for queens. With a family of four, two double beds was really not ideal, and there was no pull out sofa nor any other options. The beds were also extremely firm and uncomfortable. The bathroom was spacious, but had no fan. There was no microwave in the room, which would have been handy. However, there is a mini fridge but it isn't listed in the amenities. There is no pool in this hotel. There is an attached restaurant; however, the prices are expensive and food appeared to be nothing special. Overall, it was a fine stay, but I really cannot recommend it if you have more than two people in your group.

We loved the history of this property, its professional and friendly staff, and its central location. Our room was small, but okay. As others have noted, the sliding bathroom door didn’t provide the level of privacy I would prefer. I definitely wouldn’t stay there with anyone other than my husband!

Room in a poor state of repair with failed aircon and in room temperatures up to 83 degrees. Disturbance for 1.5 hours for a family that had been travelling for 15 hours and needed rest as they tried to fix the issue which did not work. Only solution was very loud fans in room which brought temperature to 79 degrees which is still uncomfortable to sleep in along with the noise. Poor poor service and zero recognition that they had let people down. Apparently a good brand of hotel yet there is none of that visible in this hotel.

Great location near the airport but with fantastic vote of the harbor. Service was great. Room was great. WiFi was terrible. Restaurant was good though a bit pricey. We’d stay there again if we had another 7AM flight.

We enjoyed our stay. The staff was friendly, our room was lovely. The chicken breast looked like a Cornish hen , very small. Good, but very small. The only thing that I didn’t like was how loud the air conditioner was in our room.

I was especially pleased with the service immediately upon arriving at the airport, calling the hotel shuttle service and getting such a thoughtful driver. The check-in personel was again, caring and thoughtful and throught my stay, impressed with the cleanliness of the hotel in general and my room, the wonderful restaurant staff of Carlos, Sarah and everyone else in the hotel to the concierge. If given the opportunity to travel again to the Boston area, this hotel will be my place to stay. Many thanks to all!

After flying all day it was a quick check in and so great to see a clean comfortable bed waiting for me. The bellhop staff was also very helpful with my luggage while I had breakfast and while loading the limo the next day.

BEWARE! I was overcharged on my bill on this stay and also the stay the previous weekend so pay attention. The hotel itself is very nice and the location is great, along with the airport shuttle however when it comes to billing they strongly lack the ability to get things correct.

Had to ask the concierge for info on two occasions. Both were less than stellar interactions. Both of the gentleman seemed bothered and were bordering on rude. Surprised that type of person is put in front of the customer. If they were to be selling the city they failed miserably.

It was very hard to organize the shuttle from the airport. Nobody answered the phone, the courtesy phone at the airport didn't work, so we had to wait in the freezing cold for over an hour, with a small child. The receptionist just said yes, this can happen if they are busy (but then she must have felt sorry, because we got a voucher after all - and a cold, probably; on my birthday).

Front desk staff was very helpful. Got a room upgrade because the airport shuttle took an EXTREMELY long time to pick me up. I ate in the hotel restaurant. Food and cocktails were good, but the service was slow and inattentive. The room itself was comfortable. Hot water in the shower was hit or miss. High marks for being very close to the airport if you have an early morning flight.

The cost to get anywhere in Boston from this location is crazy expensive. I think we spent $150 in transportation in 3 days. All we needed was access to the subway which would have been very inexpensive.

It is fairly close to the airport and offers a shuttle, it was also nice to be able to walk along the harbor. If you like, you can even walk to the metro in about 20 minutes if you don't mind walking!

This was a nice hotel with an incredible view. It was close to the airport & included a shuttle to & from, but you do need a taxi or Uber to go do activities downtown. It was quiet & nice to be away from everything when we were ready to call it a night.

The Harboside Grill was excellent. The service was great and the food was great, I enjoyed my summer salad with grilled salmon and the hubby loved his burger. We sat on the patio with a lovely view over the harbor to Boston.

Our room was beautifu! We went to the restaurant on property for dinner, the experience was not satisfactory! We ordered, got our chowder. Waited for quite some time to be told that we could not have the meal we ordered because they were out of mussels. We ordered a different choice. They compensated us with a free dessert. The dessert came to the table after fifteen minutes, still no salad or meal. The waitress was kind but we waited almost an hour for the salad and fluffy shrimp. We ordered the salad with dressing in the side, the chipotle ranch is rather spicy and my husband does not like it.. the salad came out with chipotle ranch all over it. No side dressing. At this point we just ate it. People had Come and gone we weren’t going to wait another large amount of time for a remake. The waitress came over we explained to her what had happened, she seemed frustrated, so were we! We just laid the bill and left. It was frustrating in a few levels. Our breakfast experience was much more pleasant!
