Nice hotel. Close to the French Quarter and casino. Staff was discussing a topic that wasn’t family friendly and used inappropriate language during check in. Room was clean. AC didn’t work well. It couldn’t keep the room cold.

Our room had two adjoining doors for the rooms on opposite sides and it was very very loud. It was as if they were people having conversation in our room all night. I would not stay here again

The check-in process was extremely quick. I arrived around 6:00 pm on Friday night. I was completely checked-in in less than five minutes. The elevators worked flawlessly throughout my weekend stay. The halls and corridors were clean. My room was clean. The bathroom was clean. I did not use any of the amenities. The noise was a bit of a problem. The room walls are not sound proof. You can hear televisions and conversations from the rooms next to you. The clientele unexpectedly was not mostly business type customers. The tourists were the loud ones. Check out was quick. It was less than 20 seconds. I only dock two points, because of the noise problem. Peace of mind is an important thing on a hotel stay.
