Second time staying at this hotel. Nice location, close to everything, and you can enjoy without having to be directly on the party strip. The hotel has a Starbucks, bar, breakfast restaurant, small outdoor pool and plenty of meeting rooms for events and conferencing. I would recommend staying here if you don't want to be directly on the party strips.

Valet parking was advertised but in actuality their capacity is always full. Forcing guests to park multiple blocks away and carry their luggages back to the hotel. When we asked if could temporarily park on the side of valet to check in and offload luggage, attendants were smug and tried to rush us.

The hotel was nice as always, but the elevator situation was too much. We had to wait a half hour for the elevator to take us to our floor. The old system of entering an elevator and pressing the button for your desired floor is much more practical and efficient.

Full of contradictions. Fantastic gym, dirty and dark room. Very helpful staff, worst hotel bar I’ve ever visited. Delicious but super overpriced breakfast. I will aim to go somewhere else in the future.

Room was ready when we got there 2 hours early. Clean and comfortable. Good breakfast buffet daily, nice pool outside. Pick ups out front, taxis waiting all the time, Hop On Hop Off tour bus has a stop right in front too. Easy walking distance to shops, restaurants, casinos, Bourbon St, riverfront.

This hotel is very dated and our room was not the cleanest. Main room was ok, but the bathroom had so much dust and grime in the ceiling vent, tub was permanently dirt stained, the toilet ran for 30 mins after each flush, just not pleasant at all. We were put in a room right outside the elevator doors and directly below the club lounge, so it was quite noisy throughout the nighttime.

My bathroom could have been cleaner, and there was a roach in there. The emergency alarm also went off, and one message said to evacuate and another said to remain in the room. Trash in the hallway was there for two days although housekeeping was present. While sleeping, I heard something outside my window. I awoke to find a window cleaner repelling down the building.

The room had a funky stale odor in it as soon as you walked in. The view from the window was the side of another building. None of the floor’s ice machines worked. We you called for ice they would say they were busy but you can use the ice machine “Really”. Then when they bring the ice the ice container was so small you can only get 2 drinks out of it. It’s time for the Sheraton to upgrade!!! I will have to think if I would utilize this hotel on my next visit!!

The hotel room I was in was old/outdated. The shower head came off during my shower. They did fix this promptly. The last night my key would not work and I had to go down to the desk twice to get new keys. Neither worked and they had to have security come up to let me into my room. I stood in the hall for some time before anyone came to help. My room was also not cleaned the last day but I was too tired to call and ask for housekeeping to come up after the fact.

I did not know that there was no refrigerator or microwave in the room. For the rates that are charged, both of those should be in the room. Hotels that are less in cost and that are not as nice has the Sheraton has both. I did find out we can request a refrigerator. Other than that, I love the hotel and will be staying there again.

I checked in at the front desk. Was told I would get a text when my room was ready. 2 hours pass and I flew it back in line to check in. When I got to the front the worker said “oh yeah your room is ready I just haven’t had time to text you”. I was waiting for hours for a text that was a simple click of a button to send.

I was assigned a room that had not been cleaned. However, I was appreciative of Denesha/Deleyah (sp.) who gave me a new room and access to the club for complimentary breakfast and evening cocktails. There was something wrong with the door/key system. I spent a great deal of time locked out of my room, waiting to get rekeyed keys, or waiting for someone to come let me in my room. It was a huge inconvenience.

Reserved a king bed room online. None were available when I arrived. No fridge in room—this is a deal breaker for a solo traveler in a city with amazing food. Obvious stains on ceiling, carpet in hallway. Service was poor—desk staff were surprisingly rude/unfriendly each day. Entire hotel was just loud. For this price point I expected way better.

We have stayed here several times. The location is perfect, you can easily walk to the quarter in minutes. The only thing that needs updating is the bathtub. They need to be removed and put in walk-in showers. Something a little more modern

Good location but a weird hotel. It was very cold outside but my bed had only two sheets on it instead of a blanket. When I asked for a comforter they brought me… a third sheet! I ordered room service one morning because I had an early work call but it took almost 50 minutes (at 7 am) and I had to end up canceling the meal because I would be too late for work. Shower drain was clogged. Dim lighting. BUT! The staff I interacted with were all very kind. No shade intended to them. Just the facilities need some more care and attention.

cleanliness average, my room assigned safety box didn't work. We stay 2 nights with family. The safety box was reported and never fixed. Good city view. A/C was on at all times running very loud...may be old ac equipment. Parking rates are very overpriced, but even, on public parking. $75 per night...Average breakfast, under average waitress at least on the breakfast. Only 1 guy with 2 pan and 2 induction burners like a little toy to prepare omelets. Charge breakfast $35 p/p, but has to wait 1 hr for omeletes...crazy...!!!

Consierge was top notch! Excellent service, great recommendations and very personable Hot water was scant, but room and bathroom were large and very clean. Had an issue with the safe and security was quick to reply and fix. Had a drink at the bar - bartender very pleasant but maintenance issues meant there was an unpleasant odour - we didn’t stay long… Recommend getting the king room with floor to ceiling window with city view! Buffet breakfast was disappointing for the price and we weren’t given the option to order a la carte. Would recommend. Super convenient to the French quarter, hop on hop off tour and many attractions. But go somewhere else for breakfast would be my suggestion
