Really nice place, must have been recently remodeled because everything looks brand new. Probably had the best breakfast of any hotel I’ve stayed at. Hot tub and pool where very nice also.

We enjoyed it but the jacuzzi wasn't very clean and we had hair all over. Was bummed for the price we paid. But the staff was great and breakfast was amazing.

My old bones enjoyed the hot tub. Booked for three nights, were only able to stay two. Nice room. Would have been nice if housekeeping would have popped in after our first night to empty trash and check on towels. Without question would stay again.

Its an okay hotel but we have stayed at much better Best Western Pluses. The pool and hottub are lights out and you must ask front desk to turn on the hot tub. The breakfast is the same everyday with the exception of the meat choice. Just an ok room nothing to brag about.

The 2nd room we stayed in was great. Clean, smelled good, and beds were comfortable, but the first room we had smelled like urine and there was hair on the toilet seat. The front desk person gave us a bit of a hassle when we asked to switch rooms. He said he had to come up to our room and smell it himself. Then he said he didn’t smell anything, but we insisted that we did and we were the ones that were going to be sleeping in there, so then we had to go back downstairs so he could see what roo. To switch us to. It wasted our time and seemed unnecessary. Once we switched rooms, everything was fine.

It's better than the average Best Western but worse than Hiltons by a pretty good long shot. This property in particular set off my mold allergies so proceed with caution.

First the good, room was clean and beds were comfortable. The bad, outside our room anywhere in the hotel it was hot. Not only that but this hotel has an odor. We couldn't figure it out, but if you've smelled this before you know it. Didn't matter where you were the smell was there. Breakfast was not good either. I try to be pretty fair, but it just wasn't good. Finally, room service did not check the clocks in our room when they cleaned and the alarm clock in the room went off at 2:30 am, which when you don't know how to work it and it's dark is a bad combination. We've stayed at other hotels in the area for about the same rate and they were better. I guess this would do in a pinch, but we don't be back.

Outdated, needs renovation No cleaning of the room for the whole stay (3 nights, was not advised of it). Vacuuming had not been done recently in hallways. My room was very dark with little natural light, natural light was also blocked by the curtains that did not fully open. All fire-blocking doors were open, all floors, everywhere, all days of my stay, despite signs advising to keep them closed.

Everything was overall ok besides upon my arrival I didn’t know there was a $100 deposit and I didn’t have it so i had to borrow it but like what if I couldn’t get it? I wouldn’t have been able to check into my room or get refunded I just think for the near future that should be noted in the policy and the WiFi didn’t work but everything else was nice the breakfast was nice me and my boyfriend went for a swim the next morning definitely will recommend to others.

While I understand pictures are not going to match every hotel to an exact match, this room wasn’t even close to the photo’s. Damaged furniture, tv was extremely old and quiet, we could barely hear it. Highway makes the location extremely loud, had I known this we would have booked somewhere else. We also showed up 30 minutes after check in and had to wait before our room was even ready. Only 1 person at the front desk and he was on the phone for about 10 minutes before he was able to help us. Overall not a great visit.

Many breakfasts options. This is the first hotel I've encountered that had hot chocolate, a yogurt machine with 6-9 toppings you could add in, and even popcorn machine. Scrambled eggs actually tasted like eggs and they had salsa if you wanted to add that too. The fancy wave your hand pancake maker was neat. The workers kept the breakfast area very clean as well. The room was great. Comfy bed, pillows squished to the perfect height (for me). Hot tub (in room) was clean and didn't have tacky mirrors surrounding it like most places, smart tv worked well and had both apps and channel options, TV swiveled to watch in tub or bed, Off brand keurig maker (with pods) in room, windows opened which was nice, and even the shower water pressure was decent. The only issue we came across was the blackout curtains and door frame to the hall. They weren't great at blocking our the light so it did get a bit bright in the room as soon as the light came up. Staff was super friendly and accommodating- both night shift and day shifts. Also, absolutely love that the hotel was decorated for the Christmas season (inside and out). Probably one of the top 5 (affordable) hotels I've stayed at.

Arvind was the gentleman that check us in and was super nice. He was right on top of all the people that was comming in, he took care of any problems we may have had and he works his tail off. The hotel was super clean, the breakfast was great and we had such a good time. Definitely will be back.

It’s an okay place. One front desk staff member, David, treats guest horribly and made us feel very uncomfortable being at the property. I would caution anyone staying at this property of this front desk staff member because he’s makes the stay unpleasant and he works a lot of the shifts.

I booked this hotel room for my wife. She is traveling alone on this trip which allows comes with a lot of concern for me when she is traveling alone. She door dashed food since she doesn’t not know the area and when the food was on its way the person at the counter told her she was not allowed to pick up food in the welcome area of the hotel. So he told my wife she had to go back to her room and wait until the dash driver showed up to her room. Now call me crazy but a woman traveling alone should not be told she has to wait at her room until a complete stranger shows up and she is now alone with no help or anyone to see if something was wrong or goes sideways. Obviously that doesn’t happen all the time but it does. Happen. We will not be stopping here on our way back together from our trip or on any other up coming trips in the future.

The stay was pleasant and my family really enjoyed it. Breakfast was great, coffee is tasty, great selection of food, especially was surprised by fresh and tasty fruits that were offered. Staff is polite and makes you feel welcomed. Would definitely recommend this hotel to everyone!
