It was an okay stay can improve on cleanliness. My TV didn’t work needs a lot of renovation other than that, it was all right!

The places was great ! We got the pool side room. The AC would not turn off and we all were So so cold. The room had rust spots everywhere throughout. ( not suprised) due to the pool area. The carpet was ripped up in several places. As well as the bathroom door was loud and would not close. The food, hospitality, life guards, front desk, were great.

Room was ok at best, 2 dirty cups still on the floor and dings and dents in the walls. All the sprinkler heads had tape over them from a party. Rooms are spacious but not very up to date. Carpets feel like they haven’t been cleaned in a while. Almost every piece of furniture or trim is damaged. About half the arcade games don’t work and the ones that do look like they haven’t been cleaned in a long time. Bring your own pillows cause the ones in the rooms are terrible. The pool and waterpark are obviously the big draw to a Ramada and if it wasn’t there I’d likely go elsewhere as that’s clearly the only money getting put into the place so I’m sure whoever owns it just gave up on the rooms or doesn’t care. Next time I’ll just get a nicer hotel with a regular pool. But I’m sure they know all this given the reviews online.
