What guests think

Many also describe rooms well suited for sleep, though some report thin walls, smaller layouts, and occasional maintenance problems like faulty thermostats or lights. Service is often warm and efficient, but a few guests faced reservation or billing snags or unhelpful responses to problems. Facilities such as the pool and outdoor spaces vary in availability or upkeep, laundry can be limited, hallways can feel cold, and the elevator placement or property layout confused some, though parking is easy. Overall, expect a comfortable base with pared-back amenities.

This hotel advertises a restaurant and bar on site, but they don’t have either available since Covid. Staff was great and the rooms are clean and spacious.

Traveling for work, very easy navigation and comfortable. Lobby inviting and modern with some special touches of a snack counter and bar area. Convenience items for sale near the front desk was a nice touch. Parking easy. Elevator in an odd location far from the lobby but worked just fine. Bed was comfortable for a good nights sleep.

Very nice stay. We stayed 3 nights. The only thing that I did not like was the fact that on the website they showed that they had a bar & bistro, and they did not. They said ever since "COVID" they haven't had it staffed. Fine, but take it off the website and the TV monitors that was showing the hotel.

First when we got to the hotel we were given a key to a room that 1.) the door wouldn't open and 2.) sounded like there was already someone in it. Then when we got to our room that actually let us in, there was leftover food in the fridge from the previous guests, a huge water spot above the shower head and the water took FOREVER to get even the slightest bit warm. For the price I paid, I could have stayed in a hotel of the same quality for less.

My father had to be taken to the emergency room and we were unable to travel. This hotel would not give my money back. Things are tight right now especially since he is in the hospital again. I can’t believe a hotel would do this. They make enough money from people staying in hotels why do you need to take money from people that cannot stay due to horrible circumstances. I could never recommend this hotel due to this experience. Hope it doesn’t happen to you. Matt Hood. The assistant manager thinks it’s okay to steal money.

Frustrated that I had a negotiated rate through Expedia for $142 including breakfast for two but my credit card was charged $170. $20 of that was supposed to be refunded but has not been at this time.
