Overall the staff was kind and helpful. The pool was down. Nothing was posted on their site. The fitness room was minimal and contained broken items. The breakfast was good. The grounds could use a trash cleanup.

Great place to spend the night if you’re on a budget and want to stay close to 95. Friendly staff, easy check in/out, comfortable bed, cold AC and decent breakfast. Just a few minor cosmetic issues like stained ceiling and wallpaper tears but for the price, can’t complain. Also, the Mexican restaurant Agave Bar and Grille has good food, portions and prices and it’s within walking distance from the hotel.

We book this for the night after coming back from Miami to go into Savannah for the night. We walked into our room and found the ceiling was peeling and stain around it. We went back to the front desk and told them about it. The guy came back and took pictures of his own and apologized and moved us to a new room. All was good until we heard a lot of noise outside. Saw a whole group of kids in the parking lot throwing glass bottles around. We told the guy at the front desk about it. He said there was a birthday party going on and he was going to check on it. Not once did I see them step outside and heard it going on for while long after we told them.
