No pool. No decent breakfast. Just cereals, no milk. Very rundown hotel. Photos are not current

Very unkept on the outside premises, there are wood pieces holding up steps of stairs

The room had roaches everywhere! There was even one crawling across the bed when i walked into the room! They advertised ice and vending machines, but had neither. And,, the outside pane of the double-paned window was broken, most of it was missing.

We checked in and they gave us the wrong room and with all the rooms open put us on the top floor the swimming pool wasn't open and i believe there are bed bugs. They need to tighten up big time

One of our rooms had a broken window partially filled with a piece of wood. One had no working lights. Both were missing smoke detectors, but did have the exposed wiring. We had a bathroom with a door that would not close. The elevator smelled of urine once you found it in the unlit courtyard.

They had roaches and no pool wen it said they did

I have no idea how this property was rated a 6.6! Received our keys and headed to our room. The elevator smelled like it was hiding a dead body, got to our room and the gentleman next door was doing drugs on the balcony. We opened the door and roaches scattered and spiders were all over the walls. The table was dirty and the room. Smelled musty. Went back to the front desk and requested a refund. The clerk issued the refund, no questions asked. Don’t stay here!

The loitering all around the property into the early morning 2am. Yelling, people arguing, have to step over people on the steps. Staff does nothing when ask them to address the noise. I felt very unsafe. Don't ask for extra towels. Wifi is very limited. If your staying for a few hours you'll be fine. No pool. Dog poop everywhere. Dogs not on leashes. Do not recommend

First off, the pool looks to have been out of order for some time. As this and breakfast are my search criteria, I was quite annoyed that it was advertised in the search. Soon after checking in I noticed a cockroach on the side of the bed. I hoped it was a one-off, but later that night when I woke up to use the restroom I noticed two more of them scurrying around the sink where I had laid my toothbrush. In the morning I noticed another one when I picked up my child’s backpack from the floor. I tried to inform the staff when I came down for breakfast, but they were locked up and no breakfast was put out. I didn’t see breakfast out either day off or stay during the advertised times. Before I came back for the second night I called the desk and asked if they could spray out the room for cockroaches and they said they would. When we got back hours later the desk had no log off that and no housekeeping to verify if it had been done. When I got back to the room it was apparent nothing had been done as I was greeted by more lovely cockroaches on the wall.

The hotel doesn't havee a pool for u to swim in, its bugs in the rooms and the prices are to high for what they say they serve

There was roaches in our room. Pool was closed, people were selling drugs. We stayed one night left the very next morning. Also the second security lock was broken off, ceiling had cracks and fallen drywall in bathroom. We seen multiple roaches, headboard very dirty, bed skirts filthy with stains.

Horrible hotel, I wouldn't recommend it even to my worst enemy, dirty rooms, I found marijuana cigarettes in the room, condom paper in the bathroom, old and dirty sheets, very dirty walls, refrigerator, skirting boards and doors, dirty floor, I found cockroaches and other insects in the room. have coffee at the hotel… Place full of strange people hanging around in the corridors, there is no security, the smell of cigarettes and marijuana in all the rooms, I had to change rooms 3 times and even then they all smelled very strongly of cigarettes and marijuana… The staff Poor people all lost, it seems that everything they were complaining about they already knew, this must be normal in the place... Conclusion: I don't recommend it to anyone, it's not worth it, my review is horrible and zero, the worst hotel I've ever stayed in in my life.

I guess you sometimes do "get what you pay for!" We reserved two rooms at this hotel because is was affordable and it's location was less than 10 minutes to the convention we were attending for the weekend... well, it was dirty, shady, and simply unpleasant. We killed cockroaches IN OUR BEDS, on our counters, and in the bathroom, every single day we were there, and not just one or two, SEVERAL. The free breakfast was only cold cereal, and there were cockroaches running all over the tables too... simply disgusting. I'm surprised the Department of Health hasn't shut this place down already. Too bad, the location is great, but boy, that was horrible.

I will say that my room was clean. But ROACHES were in the room. When I opened my food, ROACHES started coming from everywhere; behind the bed, table, refrigerator. I could not eat my food. I was even scared to go to sleep thinking one was going to get on me or in my belongings. This is not the place for me. NEVER AGAIN WILL I EVEN THINK ABOUT STAYING THERE.

It's was dirty with roaches moving around. The room smelled so bad.

The room was dirty. There was hair all over the place sheets were never changed bathtub had hair in it. There were people out selling drugs. People were living in the hotel paperwork outside the building panhandling it was awful staff wanted to charge $30 to check in at 11 AM staff would not refund for the hotel room But said if I check out, I would still be charged.

It was dirty not family friendly and there was feces on the wall along with roaches. Paid for 2 nights and left after checking in, they charged me 1 night, and have not refunded my money yet.

Extraordinarily rundown.

Not as nice as some hotels with a similar price. Several things in the room were broken with the dead bolt lock being one of them.

The front check in went quickly but I had to go back because they gave us a room on the 3rd floor, it was a long walk to the elevator from the parking lot & then to the room. They did switch our room to a ground floor handicap room but there were missing parts in the floor, the bed dipped in the middle, the chair was broken & the had the makings for coffee but no coffee pot. The sign on the door said the lobby opened at 6, there was a bell which I rang, waited 10 min & no one answered. I finally saw people going in the lobby after 8 am. I addressed the issue with the room, the lobby not being open & no one answering the doorbell. I was told nothing could be done about the room as I had already paid, the only have certain rooms with coffee pots and the lobby opens at 8.

Trash all over the property. Loud patrons on stairwells and balconies until 3 AM. Dirt all over the hotel room floor. Toilet seat was loose and slid halfway off toilet when sitting. hotel room bed sagged significantly in the middle. Husband did not feel comfortable, leaving me outside alone. I would not recommend. Like Motel 6, but worse.

The lock on my room door up top fell off when i place itto be lock 2 no Smoke device 3 was a dog barking all night 3 night light in between the two beds only 1 light work and last the room to dark also room has a smell to it

Had purchased 2 superior double queen rooms. 4 queen beds total. Rooms 307 and 311. * Room smelled horrible, getting stronger at night through the hole on bathroom wall. * The queen beds were actually full size beds. * After striping bed, found the mattress cover was zipped around and old stained mattress that smelled horribly. * Bathroom floor smelled of urine, the dog has clawed off paint off bathroom door. * Room 307 the hairdryer caught on fire. * Did not have coffee pot * In both rooms, the new floors did not connect together, gaps of between 1 and 6 inch gaps between the ends. * Continental breakfast consisted of sandwich bread, some of it toasted and a tub of butter. * The daily cleaning only takes place on Tuesday and Thursday according to the maid. *Was not a real safe place. People hanging around the cars outside and women of the night walking around in very very high heels with socks lurking around corners. * No rollaway beds to fit everyone since there was full size beds instead of queens. * Clerk was rude and refused to listen to anyone, just said leave if not happy. *Hotel.com did it's best to work with hotel.They gave me money towards my next hotel stay. Give them 4.5 out of 5

Extremely sketchy. Dirty. Tv didn’t work. Scary activity at night. Loud sounds clear through the night. People with rooms look like they were “out of it”. Would not recommend. My teen daughter cried because all the sounds were scary. I’m not one for paranormal but the toilet lid slamming over and over was questionable.

Room had water damage and mold near ceiling, some kind of bugs were killed multiple times. The elevator reeked of urine. Very poorly maintained. Staff were friendly and the bed was fairly comfortable as a plus.

The hotel is run down. My first room had no hot water and the shower handle just spins around and around. There was a hole around the handle, due to poorly done installation, saw roaches and other bugs, phone wasn't even plugged in, stunk like weed and cigarettes, the list goes on. I had to ask for a better room, as this was disgusting. The second room was slightly better.

I have enjoyed my stay for the most part. They try and keep things clean and room service does a great job. The whole staff tries to be friendly and helpful

This was the worst hotel i have ever stayed in after a 13hr drive they didnt have the room.i booked then gave me a toom thay was on the third floor with no working elevator do no handicap accessibility. After resching out to Hotels.com snd s rep arguing with front desk they gsve me a room on first floor which was less than welcoming with no where else to stay i was forced to accept. I would not recommend this place to snyone

Breakfast schedule 6am - 9am. Never ready until after 8am. People at the desk RUDE or no one at the desk at all.

The lady at the front dest was extremely rude and kicked us out because made a complaint. She wouldn't even allow us yo stay in the room until our Uber came. She threatened to call the police if we didn't leave immediately. Iwould never stay there ever nor suggest that anyone else stays there!

The people there were very nice and listened to any concerns I had for example with a Walmart order I placed they held on to it till I got back home from the DMV and other things.👍👍

After we spent 45 min looking for this property - because it still had the old signage (The Baymont). The man at the desk told me that there were no more rooms available even though I had a paid Reversation. After some upset discussion on my part, he found a room. As we walked down the hall looking for our room number which was a Magic Marker on the wall. I walked into the bathroom and there was a bug in the tub. The sink didn't drain. The bed was soft. The floor was sticky. There was no ice machine. The whole place looked as if all the previous items ( toilet paper holder, towel holder, lock on front door) had been ripped out. We would have moved but we checked with 4 other hotels in the area and they were full. This was truly the worst hotel/motel we have ever been in.

The place was clean and the staff was friendly, but it was not in a super safe area and there were lots of noisy people in the morning.

Upon pulling up there was nothing aesthetically pleasing about this facility to our family. It looked more like a run down apartment community. There was a strong marijuana smell in the lobby, some of the room windows were literally boarded up and the property looked one step away from being condemned. My kids cried at the thought of spending 5 minutes there. There were also people walking around the parking lot peering into vehicles. We did walk into the room to look, but quickly realized this was not a safe and secure location to stay so we turned our keys back in to the front desk and found another hotel.

Read the reviews, the 6.8 (good) rating is impossible. It was absolutely as bad as most of the reviews said. I really can't believe Hotels.com even keeps this property as an offering on their site. The young girl at the front desk was nice. That's the extent of anything positive. Dirty/dusty rooms, broken fixtures, dangerous surroundings. We did witness shouting matches and drug deals in the parking lot. We had a quick turn around, late night arrival early departure, due to buisness engagements, only needed a room for 7 hours, thought we would take a chance, we shouldn't have. My mistake for bot reading the reviews before we booked.

All in all was a great budget friendly stay if you’re not looking for anything fancy, just a place to rest your head for a few days. Clean bedding shower essentials (sheets, blankets, pillows, towels, wash clothes) as to be expected. Spacious sized room, friendly and helpful staff, located near the interstate made it convenient to get around town easily. No complaints from me! I would stay at the property again no questions asked.

You booked me a room at Budget Inn, yet the sign and all the badging says Baymont. Very difficult to find among all the other hotels here. I was here approximately ten minutes before someone attempted to sell me drugs. Dirty, ugly and situated among what appears to be Skid Row. Even though I just needed a place to sleep on my way to Florida, I would have appreciated it if you could have mentioned these facts in your listing.

Worst Management. There are roaches in the rooms. Worst of all I saw roaches around the breakfast section and around the toasters as well. The key card doesn't work as expected. I had to go every single time and get it updated. I was going to check out in the morning and the lobby door was locked and no one is present in the lobby. I tried to call so expected them to open the door. There hasn't been any breakfast served during my entire stay. There's no water provided as well. The stairs are broken, appliances in the room are broken, furniture is full of awkward marks on it. All in, I wouldn't recommend anyone to stay here.

It definitely smelled clean on arrival, the room was decent for the price. But breakfast took the cake!! They literally layed out a loaf of bread and a tub of country crock butter!!! I was beyond disappointed!! Now I have to go order my own breakfast.

The picture is not what you see in real life. Those picture where taking when the place was renovated. The breakfast is not what they say.

Do not stay here! Very dirty. Advertised breakfast but was apples and bread. Blood stains on chairs.

Roaches in my room. No phone in the room to call for service. I had to walk to the office to ask for more towels, and they only had one to offer. Half of the lighting worked in the room. No tv services at all. Not even local antenna channels. Breakfast was supposed to start at 7:30am, nothing was out until 9am....breakfast choice: Only offered bread slices with butter or jelly, and stale cereal. The ONLY thing good about my stay, was the hot water.

Terrible. Cockroaches are inside the rooms. The breakfast door was locked, so we can't go inside the lobby to eat. There are not enough towels for all guests. The bathroom was not clean...
