Staff was nice but the hotel and the location left a lot to be desired. "Pet friendly" means a room that smells like dog pee (I guess so they don\'t have to clean it as often). Hotel left signs around the parking lot stating "cameras are not for security usage", in other words " we don\'t monitor cars, so go ahead and steal to your heart\'s content". Not the mist secure facility. Then, the location was a bit off putting, When we arrived, a car crash happened right down the road and we heard sounds that could probably be mistaken fir gunshots. Even the hotel staff are afraid of the area, locking all the doors completely before meeting guests at the front doors at night.

Not ro good... they advertise for a fitness room and a pool... They did not post anything about the fitness room being out of order and the pool looked like it hadnt been useable for years... so very disappointed. In the fact none of this was disclosed when booking. The breakfast was the worst i had seen at a quality inn.. they basically had waffles boiled eggs and oatmeal... very poor from what i am accustomed to from a choice hotels

This is an older hotel that is clearly showing its age. Broken ice machines, wall paper peeling off, skunky smell in the hallways, and a pool with green water and trash in it.

First thing we encountered was a roach on the luggage cart. The whole place is like the home base or go between for gang or criminal activity and drug deals. There was a CONSTANT banging on our wall all throughout the night and during the day. The pool is literally a covered hazard hole and trash all over the parking lot and against the building. The breakfast options was the only good thing left about this place.

Very good overnight stay. Beds were comfortable, my pet was allowed and quiet in the evening for sleep. Just two drawbacks, the vending machines were not working, however the attendant got me filtered water, and no protien at the breakfast bar. Otherwise I would reccomend.

Front doors are narrow very difficult to get your luggage cart inside Hotel when we finally reached the elevator we were met with a woman walking a large Pitbull once we were in our room lights in the room were flickering the screen was tore on the window the air conditioner was so noisy we could hardly sleep the television had poor reception coaxial cable was just dangling from the wall but the beds were comfortable and the room was clean

Overall this hotel was ok. It's an older property, but decently kept. My biggest complaint was the queen beds were actually full size, and the mattress was hard as a rock. My daughter used the in-room hair dryer which immediately tripped a breaker. The phone didn't work, so I had to go to the front desk to let them know. They had someone flip the breaker back within about 10 minutes. The other inconvenience was the lack of available outlets in the room. There was a small power strip by the tv, and an outlet on the alarm clock. The only ice machine that worked was on the 2nd floor. The internet connection was also very spotty. On a positive note, the staff was extremely friendly and welcoming. Their breakfast offerings were in par, and offered a good basic variety. Other than the uncomfortable bed, we had a decent stay.

Like all of the other reviews say, the hotel is badly in need of a remodel. We had a non-smoking room and didn't smell any cigarettes or pot in the hall or our room. The TV worked fine in our room. However the big problem was I saw three cockroaches within two minutes of entering our room. I didn't see any bed bugs but I definitely woke up with itchy red spots all around my ankles. There's a lot of hotels in that area and several in the same price range. I would recommend trying those instead.

The second I walked in to check in I knew it was a mistake. It smelled so bad, the receptionist was friendly and at the desk. When I entered the room the smell of air freshener was overwhelming. The room was outdated, chair was covered in black stains, the refrigerator was full of water from being turned off, the bathroom door was falling apart from the humidity the ceiling was peeling and mold was bleeding through the paint, mold in the shower shower head clogged with calcium. I have stayed in the hotel many times but never again. Room 226

If I could give it a -0 I would. This was the nastiest, smelling place we have ever been. The carpets were filthy. The halls stunk like weed. There were people walking parking lot all night. Empty liquor bottles were all over property. The man that checked us in was not very friendly. The non existent breakfast was horrible. The room was just as bad. Mold in bathroom found bug on sink. The bed had a metal spring popping out of it. There were stains on comforter and sheets. It was disgusting but we already had it paid for and we were in town for a funeral. The pictures are very deceiving. I wouldn't recommend this place to anybody.

Not sure how this got higher reviews than 1 star. Checking in the front desk person stayed on a personal call the whole time. Hallways were being repainted or wallpaper which was fine. TV didn’t work but could hear the one in the next room through the thin walls. Along with the person walking on the floor above us. Room was small, very aged facilities. Bed was OK. Price was cheap but still didn’t get what you paid for and wasn’t going to chance eating the breakfast. Just beware it would be worth spending a few more bucks.

Do not stay here. I came back one day to find the end sheets all over the floor and I had no pillow cases or towels . When I went to the front desk to ask for someone to make my bed and she just gave me a pile of sheets and told me to make the bed myself because no one was available. I was speaking to another lady and she said they checked her into a room that was already occupied. On top of all this, the carpet was filter and one pillow case had a lipstick stain

I was very disappointed in this hotel. We were assigned a “non smoking” room but our room had a bad smell. Our room had 4 flat pillows …I asked the desk clerk for two additional pillows but he said he didn’t know if he had any but he would look. On the 3rd request I told him “I am not being difficult …I have Heart Failure” and I have to elevate my head to sleep”. He finally found 2 pillows !

I stay in hotels every week. This hotel was definitely overrated on the app. The building stinks. The tv picture is staticky. The room smells like “smoke”. There is truck parking, but at midnight there was locals doing donuts in the parking lot. The area is very sketchy and would not recommend leaving anything of value in your vehicle.
