It was extremely cold on the 7th floor but all in all the hotel was great the hot tub was wonderful exercise equipment was clean and wonderful to stay there was excellent that's why I always choose durian and I'm a proud Rewards member

Good hot breakfast. Friendly staff. It’s a bit older building and shows some wear and tear. Our elevator screeched and wobbled. I would recommend if you need a place to stay over night, it’s fine.

From the moment we arrived, this hotel was a disaster. The front desk was completely unattended when we needed assistance, making check-in and any requests during our stay a frustrating mess. Our room was in terrible condition—clearly not properly cleaned, with dirty linens that looked like they hadn’t been washed.. Overall upkeep of the hotel was embarrassing. A roach scurrying across the floor as we walked to the pool—hardly the welcome anyone would hope for. The best part of our stay? Leaving as quickly as possible. I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone. Save yourself the headache and stay somewhere—anywhere—else.

I have stayed at several Drury Hotels; in fact, most of my out-of-town stays are at a Drury property. This is the first one where the cleanliness was way below par. I told a friend that if this had been my first experience at a Drury, it would have been my last. So I will give Drury another shot at my business, but I'm not sure I'll give this one another chance. I'm very disappointed; in fact, a friend was going to Atlanta this weekend, and I told him to stay elsewhere.

The room was spotless and the bed was comfortable. The front desk staff were extremely accommodating . The breakfast was wonderful each of our three days there and the vegetable soup was nice in the evening. I would stay there again without thinking twice!

I enjoyed my stay at the Drury Inn. The check in was easy and fast, the staff was friendly and knowledgeable and check in was very easy and smooth. My only issue was that when we checked in the room there was previous trash from the guest before us and we never had anyone replace the old towels that we used. I guess maybe because we stayed only one night, idk don't know, but minus those two things everything else was awesome. The breakfast in the morning was excellent and we had many options.

Dark long hair on bed, in bathroom on toilet and walls. Noisy. Asked for quiet room away from elevator and was by elevator on pool side which was noisy. Tried booking at another hotel but reservations were full due to traveling baseball teams in town.

Hotel was very clean, and customer service was courteous and polite. Now for the not so good. Hotel location allowed for traffic noise to be very loud. There were young children playing in the elevators and stairs, no supervision; made for inconvenient waiting times. The AC unit in the room worked great but was also very loud. The shower water pressure on the 7th floor was non-existent if you wanted hot water. Other than that, our stay was great.

This was my first time staying at a Drury Inn & Suites, and overall, I had a very positive experience. The room was comfortable and fairly standard—nothing particularly remarkable, but it met my needs. I appreciated the complimentary breakfast and dinner (with drinks) that were offered. We were able to enjoy breakfast during our stay, and I was impressed by the variety of options available. Unfortunately, we missed the evening kickback each night, but I think it’s a great perk for guests. My only real complaint was that the fridge in our room wasn’t working. Although we called the front desk and someone came to check on it, it was never actually fixed, and all the food we brought spoiled. Despite this issue, I still enjoyed my stay and would consider staying here again. Next time, though, I’ll be sure to check that everything in the room is working properly before getting settled.

I'm so sorry I cant remember his name, but the man who checked me in and ran the desk that first day was so kind and funny and personable. He was very helpful, and I could tell he took great pride in his hotel. I told him I have bad luck with rooms, so I always go check it before lugging my family and luggage up there. There is always smoke, or pee, or bugs, smell, or just not turned over. He was very understanding and like a reverse jynx, the room was perfect. He was also tending bar that night by himself and he was hustling. There was a long line but not his fault at all. There was someone else there too later on, but he only served beer and wine and everyone wanted cocktails so he just kind of hovered then disappeared, probably checking in new guests. All in all, great hotel.

Booked this hotel after a long day of travel excited to have a drink and some snacks. Checked in at 7:02 pm. Desk agent matter of factly said “sorry too late”. I understand policies but it could be stated much more clearly when booking and also some kind customer service when a tired traveler realizes they paid extra for the drinks and now won’t be getting them. Bad taste in my mouth after a hard day and won’t be using Drury again unfortunately.

We stayed twice, on 12/6 and 12/9. Both times the staff went above and beyond to help us. I needed a shower chair and they provided one for me. We didn't make it for the evening meal the first night but the second stay we made it with 2 minutes to spare and the clerk let us eat before we checked in, which was so appreciated. The staff even remembered us and was very helpful on answering questions like best routes to take.. we will definitely stop here again when we travel from Ohio to Florida and vise versa. I would highly recommend this location for the staff and comfort. the first night

The hotel was clean. The breakfast and 5:30 kickback was good. The main problem was checkout was at 11:00am but at 9am housekeeping was knocking on our door. It was a light knock and we barely heard it. Fortunately we were awake because when we answered the door the housekeeper was standing there with the key card ready to let herself in. Two hours before check out! Then when checking out we were trying to get out a door and had to stand and wait because the housekeeper was blocking the door vacuuming.

Check in was horrible. I have a valid Tennessee Drivers License with no picture. It says valid without a picture. This was a law for older people like myself. They said in Georgia, you have to have a picture ID. Ok fine . Where is that on their website. I have a picture ID passport. Didn’t know I would need it for a hotel. The staff was not flexible. I asked them what I was supposed to do. Stay on the street. They said “ I don’t know.” Really! My son was with me and used his ID. I have been to hotels in Kentucky, Ohio and Missouri in the last 2 years. No problem there. I felt disrespected. Last time at a Drury.

Check-in was fast. Good information about services and benefits shared at check-in. Dinner was being served when we arrived around 6:00pm. Dinner was just okay. We had chicken and pasta, others had hot dogs with chili. Salad also offered. Room was clean, no odors and no bed bugs. Room was fresh smelling. AC was a little loud. Shower water pressure was horrible--worst I've experienced in a hotel. Other users use of shower affected my water pressure--not used to this at all. Staff was friendly and courteous. Breakfast was robust with two types of scrambled eggs, round sausage patties, biscuits, several juices and other entrees I can't remember. Parking was good.

The staff is amazing. Lexi, Randy, Lupe, and the tall chef (forgive me for not getting his name) are all so friendly and helpful. Lexi at the front desk deserves a promotion. Her customer service is top tier. She has made our stay so much more pleasant! She is very accommodating and very friendly and helpful. Love her!! Randy is also really nice and the manger Scott is nice as well. Will definitely be staying again! The jacuzzi looks like it could use updating because it looks dirty and old. The pool looks ok but I haven’t tried it yet.

My stay at this establishment was one of the best hotel experiences I've ever had. From the knowledgeable front desk personnel to the friendly housekeeping staff. The food that was served at the 530 kickback was amazing, as well as the kitchen staff. All employees were very personable and did whatever was possible to ensure a great stay for the customer. I would definitely stay there again and would recommend this establishment to anyone traveling in or around Atlanta
