The breakfast is a standard template and guests staying long-term, like a week felt like eating the same food out of a wrapper everyday i.e. frozen or packaged food serving every single day is not expected in a hotel stay. Change the menu for everyday breakfast like other top hotels. Room next to Guest laundry room was definitely not acceptable due to loud noise whenever it was run. Housekeeping on one of the days was not good since the bathroom was not cleaned rather only towels were replaced.

Stayed 5 nights

We were meant to stay here for five nights. On our third day, we were planning on staying in the hotel to relax. We had been there until about noon and we only left to go get something to eat. When we came back there was a man, who looked like he was trying to get into our room. He wasn’t dressed like he worked there and when I told him that was our room, he alerted us to the fact that he was trying to get into our room to “fix our phone”. And he told us that he had ALREADY been in our room. Problem is we never complained about our phone and we had the “do not disturb” sign up. In any other hotel we’ve stayed at, they usually call us to tell us they are going in because they need permission. Now, what bothers me is that we were in the hotel the whole day, but they waited until we were gone to go into our room. Where we had all of our belongings out, drinks open, food open, etc. When this man came into our room, he pretended to hit buttons and then asked if someone heard him and then left. He didn’t go into any of the other rooms, he just disappeared. He told us he went into another room when we were gone too. This scared me and the person I was with. I went down to the front desk to complain and both women there were incredibly nice, but they didn’t know that man was in our room. And they didn’t seem to know who he was. In their words “We didn’t know the phone guy was coming today” and then they asked us “Did you even complain about the phones?” No. We didn’t.

1st room we were given the A.C didn't work. The hotel just needs to be renovated. Couch in the lobby has holes and tears all over it , carpets need to be heavily cleaned or replaced, needs to be repainted by professionals, looks like a 15 year old painted .
