Amazing fine dining restaurant Four Flamingos. Very comfy bed with beautiful view of lake. Excellent gym, lake running track and included kayaking. Fantastic service and welcome from all staff members we interacted with. Excellent location - very quick Ubers to all the Disney parks, Epic Universe and the premium outlets.

We had a wonderful stay at the Hyatt Regency Grand Cypress Resort with our two boys (7 and 4). The location is super convenient to Disney Springs, Universal Studios and local grocery stores like Publix (7 minutes away). Our lake-view double room was spacious enough, with a handy mini fridge and plenty of counter space. The views were beautiful and the false balcony was nice. The resort’s pool area is fantastic — lots of pool square footage to swim, a hidden hot tub, a sandy lakeside “beach” and plenty of shade. The $50 daily resort fee covers bikes (even kid’s bikes and adult bikes with a child seat) stand-up paddle boards, kayaks, pedal boats and more - there’s tons to do without leaving the property. While the 7 year old and I were at Universal the other two enjoyed a casual poolside dinner and then a movie on the poolside projector. Poolside food was consistently good (we ate there 3 days in a row for lunch) and the bar was well stocked. Staff were all very friendly and helpful. They do offer shuttles to Disney Springs and the parks but the timing didn’t work for us. Even though we live less than 3 hours away, Orlando isn’t typically on our radar though we liked our stay so much that we’ll definitely be coming back for a relaxing weekend getaway!

Have stayed here multiple times and loved it. This was the first stay where our room could’ve used some TLC. It was most likely one of the non-renovated rooms (and it showed). Pool had clumps of hair and food all in it. Which listen - is going to happen but the amount made us think it hasn’t been cleaned in a min. Overall, love the location, staff is always attentive, poolside is awesome and kids love the waterfall/slide. Great if you’re looking to do Disney and be in the middle of all the action without the Disney price tag.

Property has nice rooms and pools!! But in comparison to all the guests that visit, it seems small! Pools get crowded. I had trouble finding an available lounge chair by the pool. Otherwise it is a beautiful place to stay.

What I liked was free shuttle to Epcot to avoid paying another parking fee there when already charged $36/day at hotel (even for handicap van).Although unable to take advantage of, they have a lagoon pool in a grotto area lots of outdoor sports (mini-golf, beach volleyball, pickleball courts, bikes, walking and jogging trails) I believe included in the daily $46 resort fee. didn't use the restaurants so can't review.

The property was very nice. We really enjoyed the staff and great service. It was a very convenient location. The pool could have had some cleaning as it had debris in it. Additionally our room was not very clean when we arrived but staff were able to move us to to different room.

Probably one of the cleanest hotels I have stayed in this last year. The hotel is pet friendly so my only complaint (now that I know) is that if you have an issue with allergies or rather not stay in a room that had a dog before to state that on your reservation notes. The 2nd and 3rd flood are only for customers with dogs and in my case I was given a room on the second floor and I could smell "that dog smell" which was not strong. I was not staying with a dog. My sense of smell is very acute. Did not bother me enough to change rooms, however, I asked about this out of curiosity. My room was sooooo neat and clean that I was impressed!

Common areas of the hotel were very nice however there were often empty drinks scattered around the various areas around the lobby from the bar/coffee shop. Rooms were decent but definitely needed maintenance - towel bars falling out of the wall, peeling ceilings, old toothpaste and makeup on the bathroom wallpaper, sink hardware falling out, stained linens.

Midway through our stay we found a cockroach in our room. We had to change rooms late at night and have all of our clothing laundered. Management did not compensate us for the unsanitary conditions and were rude. Do not let the exterior and beauty of the grounds fool you. This hotel is not clean. Go elsewhere!

We arrived and got checked into a room with no hot water. Our second room had ants everywhere from the dresser countertop to the bed. The third room had dirty bed sheets. We have never heard of anyone having to switch rooms four times, but this was a cluster of inconveniences and it really sucked the life out of our first day at Disney.

Overall pretty good. Great location. Dated property. We could smell perfumes and hear noises through the air vent in the bathroom. The staff at the reception was visibly upset / not friendly even after I apologized because I did not realize she was free and she had to call me (it was not busy, there was only one other person with whom I was talking).

Never again! For the price we paid, this hotel was a complete disappointment. The rooms are way too small, and the bathrooms are even smaller tighter than any I’ve seen in other hotels. The "balcony" is a joke; it looks good in pictures, but in reality, it's barely wide enough to stand on maybe 2 to 12 inches deep. Definitely not functional. The TV guide doesn’t work, so good luck trying to find something to watch. Parking is another disaster extremely overpriced considering how far you have to walk, and the lot is always full. The service didn’t match the price tag either. This place is all about appearances and lacks real quality. I would never stay here again, and I absolutely do not recommend this hotel especially for Orlando.

This is one of my favorite hotels to stay at in Orlando. The beds are some of the most comfortable, the service is excellent, and the food options at the Lakehouse are quite good. My only negative comment, is that some of the rooms are beginning to show their age, not so much the bathrooms and beds, but some of the other furnishings and hardware. Nothing too extreme, or from a lack of care, the resort is well maintained.

I wish I could give more than 5 stars. Business meeting and we never had to leave the property. Between the amazing food options and stunning pool, we were thrilled but add the entertaining bar staff and every other amazing employee we interacted with, and you have an experience that is hard to properly explain. We were totally delighted and will be returning with family in tow because of all this and the location convenient to every attraction.

It’s just the best of the best you can never go wrong with Hyatt. They treated me like a king. Valet service is fast responding too. The bellman omg he beat me to my room on the 9th floor before I even I got to the room. Ahhh there so much more to say but 2 thumps up ! 5 stars from me. I love Hyatt !!!

This property is very nice however the rooms are a little run down and in need of some TLC. The elevators were often crowded during certain times which on a couple of occasions made it challenging to get to your room or down to the lobby. Other than that, I would recommend. The pool was lovely and the customer service was top notch. Very friendly waitress and waiter staff in all areas of the hotel. Housekeeping was wonderful as well.

I would give this hotel 10 stars if possible. The rooms, hotel common areas and grounds are immaculate. There are so many activities available at no additional cost - so unexpected. But the best part was the customer service. Every employee was friendly and helpful. My daughter and I were very impressed.

A woman at Starbucks was incredibly rude to my partner and me, instantly scoffing when we inquired about menu options and responding in a curt, dismissive manner. This kind of behavior makes guests feel unwelcome and unworthy of service—something no one should experience, especially on vacation. Throughout our stay, we encountered several instances of prejudice. We were repeatedly asked if we were staying on the property, even when it was obvious we were guests. I appreciate the warm greetings I have received from the team at the beginning, during, and after. The check-in was smooth and fast. I was able to get my questions answered in regards to the services available at my stay. The room was clean and seemed new, with convenient stores available just right down the building. If this can be considered for enhancement, it will be great if the trash bags are open and wrap in the cans to be ready for use each time when changed. We also did not receive our two bottles of water on the last stay of the stay. Amenities like disposable razors and slippers would boost the comfort and convenience to the guests, if possible. Regarding the shuttle bus, the schedule was quite consistent and arrived on time. The booking system was easy to use. However, convenience can be made by considering adjustments to the return schedules. The last return bus for most theme parks were earlier than the park closure times. That means guest will need to arrange own transportation if wished to stay until they are closed. This service is being offered upon a charge to each guest room each night, so I suggest accommodation to be considered by arranging later return shuttle bus at, or even soon after the park closures.

We have stayed at the Hyatt Grand Cypress several times and if certainly doesn’t disappoint. The property is well maintained, beautiful aesthetic balancing a tropics and modern vibe, comfortable rooms and an amazing pool. My only critique on the rooms is that the bathroom doors do not lock as they are sliding doors. When traveling with kids, this is something to keep in mind. If you go there, try the Banana Nut Old Fashioned at the Main Bar. It’s phenomenal. The food at the Lakehouse Restaurant was mediocre.

The front desk was friendly, Mark at Four Flamingos was an awesome server. But that’s where it ends. I don’t really have a like for the property. It was a necessity to stay there as I had a conference nearby. I’m really sick and tired of resorts finding extra ways to charge for things like a resort fee and extra fees for parking. There was nothing there that a resort fee would have covered. What I was really disappointed by was the Four Flamingos Restaurant. $300 for 2 people to eat. RUFKM?? And it was sub par food. Yes, I ate there twice, but only because it was close to the room to have a business dinner. IMO, not worth the price I paid to stay there. Highly unlikely I’ll ever be back.

Just a quick one night stay after a business trip elsewhere in the area, I wish I could’ve stayed longer. The amenities here were beautiful and one night allowed me some relaxation after a busy work trip. The pools and hot tubs were great, I love the view from my room. Also highly recommend the Four Flamingos restaurant. The food was excellent, I only wish I could’ve tried more there if I were dining with someone else! I had leftovers which I packed up and ate poolside for lunch the next day.
