We have stayed at this hotel before with and were pleased so made plans to stay again. Hotel is clean, staff is courteous and friendly. HOWEVER, yesterday morning I was in the shower when the water stopped running halfway through my shower. NO WATER in the SHOWER or the SINK. Husband called down to the desk, staff claimed no other complaints had been received. Then I tried to dry my hair and the dryer kicked the circuit off. When we went to check out, I advised staff of the issue. They offered a free breakfast (we were meeting someone so couldn't do that) or points on our membership (we don't belong). They then said they would have Tracy Farendon the GM to call, and never heard from him/her either.

When I arrived at the hotel around 11:50 PM, the receptionist informed me that they will not have any water from 9 am until about 3 PM the next day. It was already late, and I couldn't find any other options. I requested a partial refund. However, the manager declined my request.

Excellent hotel. Clean, amazing front desk staff. Only downside was the bar/food counter was out of several items. We ordered the grilled cheese and tomato soup but they were out of soup. Guy asked if we'd take a salad as a substitute. The salad was a bowl of arugula. No dressing or any other ingredients. We were too tired to walk back downstairs to ask for salad dressing. Overall super great stay.... just check your food order before going back to your room!

I was initially placed in the wrong room for one night and had to push them to find me the room I booked. It was decent they put in the effort after I insisted, just wish they did it instead. Good suite size, i like the TVs and balcony. The floor of the shower was not clean and standing in the shower felt very gross, but since I dont like having housekeeping, I didnt want to go through the hassle of getting them to clean it. The hairdryer was gross and felt tacky/sticky to the touch, no idea was was on it but I wouldnt touch it with a 10ft pole. Overall I thought the stay was fine, but I think that for the dollar value, it was a bit overpriced.

The rooms are a good size but it felt like they tried to make it look nice as opposed to making sure it was clean. I definitely didn’t trust going barefoot in the room. The beds were very hard and walls thin, I could hear when people would pee in their bathrooms from my own bed.

The front desk staff was superb. The head of housekeeping had a delightful presence with her light-filled headband. Ana at reception was simply amazing. She seriously deserves a promotion to the corporate level. She went beyond expectations and even broke the mold on customer service. She sets a new standard!! The restaurant staff was somewhat friendly but the sarcastic humor doesn't translate to all cultures. Their cafe uniforms were a nice touch though. The hotel condition is very good. Nice updates. What a treat to have a mini-fridge and microwave included in the room. The design of the furniture is top notch. Fresh design concepts that differentiate your stay from other hotels at this price point. It reminds you that courtyard IS a Marriott hotel and represents the quality of the brand.

My visit for 3 nights last weekend was perfect! I felt that this was due to the warm hospitality, courtesy and kind assistance shown by the amazing staff! I was on my own, thus often needed some support and assistance, and thankfully, every single employee I encountered was there to provide it. However, I am especially grateful for the consistent kindness, guidance and assistance shown by Shericka Rahming at the front desk. Her excellent customer service, combined with genuine warmth was a true bonus for my stay! I would highly recommend this hotel!

It was buffered from the 'city' noise/mayhem of Orlando traffic by a nice, treed parking lot setting. I did not like that the bathroom fan couldn't be turned-off...I like to keep the bathroom light on with the door partly open as a 'night light'. Couldn't do so with the constant roar of that fan. Also had trouble finding ice...signage indicated it was in the laundry area... not! Not even on the same floor. Staff was friendly & helpful. Had no time to enjoy pool or fitness room as it was an 'event' weekend & barely stayed at the hotel except for showering & sleep.

The room amenities listed "coffee and tea in common areas" but the only coffee and tea were for purchase at the Bistro. I was expecting a coffee station with free coffee in tureens. The coffee packets in the room were acceptable. The pillows sunk down so flat into practically nothing. I wish there had been a luggage rack because there was only room for one suitcase on the pullout cabinet. The location was ideal: a safe, quiet area just off a main highway.
