Overall not very happy with this place. The Four Seasons is literally next-door and you can see their pool area from your room, depending on where your room is located. Very upsetting when you book the hotel hoping to use their pool. Have a few drinks relax to find out the restaurant is closed. The pool is closed and there is no drinks to have and relax by pool. Instead, I get to see the beautiful pool with all the happy guest next-door at the four seasons hotel while I have no pool and I’m not impressed by the hotel. I recommendation would be look around decent value hotel but after staying, probably won’t be back feel like I was bait and switched excited about relaxing by a pool in Miami on a beautiful day instead, I sat in my room and got to see the pool next-door in a better hotel that I should’ve paid the money for.

The property is gorgeous with amazing views of the city from (top floors). I definately will return for future endeavours. I wouldn't recommend car rental services because of the $35 day/night (FORCED) valet parking which was absurd, especially for customers who've paid 2 nights/days stay. Walking too/from close destination(s) would be best, self parking is (NOT) an option.

It was an extremely nice hotel. My only complain would be the pool was not a big pool and the hot tub wasn\'t "hot". It was located on the 6th floor and did not have an amazing view. Some of the pictures online make it seem it had a nice pools with palm trees but it wa a photo of The Four Seasons hotel next door.

Aside from a few hairs I found on the bed sheets which is my complaint and hopefully they don’t let that happen again but aside from that the hotel apartment it self was clean. It’s a nice hotel apartment. Very cozy and so many restaurants near by I would totally recommend.

The rooms were outdated and did not match what the pictures showed. I was given a very large room that had multiple rooms with a kitchen and dining table. However, the rooms were very dirty and had bugs. Probably had bed bugs too because I could not sleep in any of the beds. Each bed I tried, I felt itchy all over and felt like something was crawling on my skin. Tried to sleep on the couch and also felt itchy. Eventually, the only way to sleep was to wear sweats and a hoody fully covered up, hoping that I did not itch anymore. I do not recommend this property. Only thing okay was the staff who were nice, and at checkout, gave some discounts for the room condition.

We received an upgrade to a newly renovated suite. It was very clean and comfortable. I especially appreciated the Purple brand mattress. I haven't seen these in a hotel before. The location was convenient to restaurants and shopping. I would give this hotel the highest rating possible except for one issue. The internet connection was uselessly slow. I haven't no idea how one could accomplish a business trip from this location.

The service at the front desk and the small little bar was solid. As were the parking attendants. The place looks nice, but these rooms are converted from fairly beat up condos. I had packaging tape holding some trim in places. Overall I would not stay there again, it was just kind of odd and unwelcoming once you got past the nice people up front.

We got locked out of our room because they needed to change the battery on the door. We stayed put instead of going out so they could change the battery. It took them three hours to come do that. When we tried to get in that night after coming home late from a venue, the key wasn’t working. We waited in the hallway for a half hour that time. Then they said they fixed it, but we found out the hard way when we came back from the beach the next day. They had to send the guy twice and then another person had to finally come. The only thing they comped us was one day of amenities fees because I told them we couldn’t use the pool without a working key card, and I had to ask them to do that. They also lied to us at check in and told us they “upgraded” our room. In looking at the fire plan, we had the smallest suite on the floor by a third. Our balcony door was incredibly hard to open and shut, so we didn’t really get to use that either. The property was nice and the people did their best with what they had, but overall it would have been nice for them to have made it up to us in some way other than waiving a fee for one day. It might only sound like a minor inconvenience, but it changed our whole trip because we had to wait around mid day for two of our three days for them to fix this battery thing. Waiting during the day, waiting in the hallway at midnight, waiting the next day…. And worse was that we had to go up and down to concierge and wait on line a bunch of times.

It was conveniently located. The female at check in was friendly. The gentleman wasn’t as helpful or friendly. Didn’t even try to see if we could upgrade our room our give us our complimentary beverage coupons. I asked him about the upgrade he said he would check. All he did was active the room key. Which didn’t work I had to rerun downstairs to get the key updated. The Tv in the bedroom was broken and the pool was out of order. The Sauna and work out room were nice though.

I highly recommend Fortune House Hotel! From the valet attendants to the guest relations agents, especially Ray and Maria F., everyone made me feel at home. They made my stay feel smooth and welcoming. The suite was impeccable. The only problem I found was the low water level and pressure in the toilet. I was happy to see the washer/dryer in the unit, but the water pressure gave me pause. It's not like I had to do a lot of laundry while I was on vacation! This was just a minor issue. I appreciated the care and cleanliness throughout. The hotel is very convenient, with easy access to all the places I visited in the Brickell, Coconut Grove, Key Biscayne, and Overtown areas. This is not the first time I've stayed in Miami, but I must say that I felt safer here. Thank you.

Great location. Was able to walk to the Metro mover and get to Bayside Marketplace. Restaurants nearby. Was like having an apartment. Full kitchen, laundry was inside the room. Great views from balcony of the city, Pool Area and a peak at the Ocean. Didn't have any vending machines, had to walk to CVS other than that great place.

The room wasn't terrible but it was cheaply furnished and not clean clean. The walls could've used a wiping. Also the pool was closed which was unfortunate, and breakfast at the restaurant was supposed to be open at 7 but went down at 7:20 and the staff wasn't in yet. Just overall not the best experience, so average at best. I was there for a conference so needed this to be walkable for the event, which it was so satisfied there, but just overall wouldn't stay again.

It was wonderful having a large apartment type room with a kitchen and lovely view. The staff was excellent as well, particularly Rey at the front desk, who coordinated so much for our party. The pool bar was not open during our stay. Nobody knew why. This is why I rated amenities a 4 instead of 5. We would definitely stay here again!

Very comfortable apartment with two bedrooms and a living room with a pull out couch. Full kitchen great for lengthy stays or overnight. The restaurant is alright but around the corner is a restaurant named CRAFT that is fantastic. We were headed out for a cruise and stayed one night. The staff was excellent

Overall the room would work well for an extended stay. It was very bare bones in the kitchen, but there were some plates and basics. It would have been nice to have some laundry detergent so that we could actually have washed some clothes (maybe you can get some from hotel staff? I didn't ask). The shower was designed poorly. There is a giant glass wall that they put up that doesn't slide, so you have to get into the shower to turn it on and there is nowhere to hide when you're blasted with water. It would have been much better with a regular shower curtain. We did enjoy the views of the ocean though, and we were a short walk to a restaurant called Crazy About You, which was great for dinner overlooking the water. We stayed here for one night before our cruise because it's not far from the port. Our uber that morning got stuck in traffic for about thirty minutes because the bridge was closed (I guess that's a thing). Otherwise the location I thought was great. I would probably stay here again if I was in the area.
