Fix the parking rails or don’t charge for parking because it’s pointless to pay upfront and then later discover it doesn’t work

Nice hotel, but I was caught off guard and disappointed by what they consider a balcony. The space is incredibly narrow—so slim that you can’t even fit a chair out there. To make matters worse, my outside area was located directly in front of the noisy HVAC unit. Because you can only stand up, the space is highly unpleasant to use. I am very dissatisfied with the balcony setup. In addition, the unit in the room was also loud and the room temp never balanced. the temp was set to 70, but the room temp read about 5 degrees higher.

EXTREMELY DISAPPOINTED in this property. From the room itself which was dirty, shower curtain practically hanging off wall broken to nasty smell in hallways to random trash in hallways. Staff was NOT friendly at all and rather rude. Make sure you read the very very tiny print- you have to pay a daily fee to park. So not worth it at all.
