Staff was great! Property was very clean. Bad news… windows are not sound proof so traffic noise is a problem at night! Pool is not heated and NO sun hits the pool area ever in the Winter time! Bummer for us snowbirds! Would not stay again because of these reasons.

We stayed in a king size bed with kitchen area. If i had a re do we would of got the 2 queen size beds. Our room was wonderful, but I think the other room has more room. The room was very nice. We did not use anything but the coffee maker, but there was everything you needed to help yourself with fixing meals. We were on the 4th floor. Never was woke up by noise. Pool area was a dream. Beautiful flowers, close to restroom, just what a vacation needs. My only small disappointment was that the laundry area needs to mark the washing machines and dryers. In my opinion. I put $2 in what i thought was a dryer. Front loader, like the other dryer but this was a washing machine. No big deal. $4 to use a dryer for 10 minutes is not the worst experience. LOL. Free Breakfast. Yes!! Coffee delicious. We would definitely seek out another Marriott TownePlace Suites in the future.

We just loved this place! A lot less costly than staying right in Orlando, and the bang for the buck was well worth a few extra minutes of driving. Safety and cleanliness are my top priorities, and everything was good there. The pool and workout center were nice, I just wish there were a hot tub, but oh well. The room amenities were awesome, we loved the full kitchen, all the way down to a dishwasher! Beds were very comfy. Breakfast was included, and was pretty typical. We enjoyed the oatmeal bar and fresh waffles. Parking was free and easy. We will absolutely be booking here again in the future!

I loved that it is a more new hotel than others located on the same street. The rooms.are VERY spacious and the mattresses gave me some of the best sleep I've ever had. It's a clean, attractive hotel. I especially enjoyed sitting out in the big brick patio area,.there are some nice cushioned outdoor couches with a crystal rock fire pit, all surrounded by tall palm trees. Kitchenette is so nice. Full size fridge,.sink,. two burner glass stovetop,mcoffeemaker, plates, bowls,. cookware.. The.bathroom.is.big,.too!!

I clean every room I go to having moved around a lot. I’ve recently stayed at Hampton inn lake Mary, Orlando Marriott lake Mary, Hyatt lake Mary, Hilton garden lake Mary, bome2suites lake Mary, embassy suites LBV and Westgate. After cleaning in this room, I was impressed with the very small amount of dirt residue on my towels upon wiping things down. I appreciate that.

I have been coming to this hotel over the past three years and this is the first time I’ve come here and the cleanliness was pretty bad. When I checked in I was given my key once I got to the room I began to check out the room starting with the bathroom. Looking at the shower head it appeared that it had corrosion or calcium build up on the shower head. I then called downstairs letting staff know and they stated that they would move me to another room. I was happy to move. I go to the new room and check this bathroom out and this shower head was worse than the first one plus this room included a dead roach on the windowsill. So instead of complaining further I reached out to one of the cleaning attendants and asked if they would come in and clean the shower head and the roach they said they would come back but never returned. I am not sure who the management is but above anything else cleanliness should be priority.

The room smelled musty and was small (king bed). The bath towel I used the first day had a long black hair in it and made me wonder if it was clean. The bathroom floor also looked like it hadn’t been swept.

I stay here several times a year when I visit family in the area. Always a good experience! I know it’ll be clean. The little kitchenettes in the room is perfect if you don’t want to eat out all the time. The breakfast is good & has different options every day. I usually travel solo when I stay here & I feel safe.

My room was big enough however I had a used doche in the bathroom drawer! Then underneath the bed it was a old spray bottle! I told the front desk of all of my concerns and nothing they ask me why I didn’t tell somebody the night before I found all of this Saturday morning and as soon as I seen it I went to let them know

Feb visit, husband had to unclog shower drain, matted hair. Management would not make any compensation because we booked on Expedia. April visit, room not cleaned after first night. Management told us we had to ASK for this ,but we were not told this at check-in. So I am paying the same amount as someone who asks for daily room cleaning ? finally, elevator carpet dirty both visits.

The king bedroom was very comfortable. We heard no noise from neighboring rooms. Extra pillows and sheets in the closet. The Bedroom was not spacious with plenty of storage for clothing. There was a refrigerator, stove top and microwave along with kitchenware. It was a very nice touch! The bathroom was classy, nice and clean with full size body wash, shampoo and conditioner. The AC was great, the premises and complimentary breakfast buffet was awesome. And there’s a mini convenient store on the first floor. Pets allowed and that’s a plus! We enjoyed our weekend.

Overall great stay. The front desk ladies were great. Safety at night for the door to be opened only by room card. Room was spacious - 2 queens. With a kitchenette and all things you need to use it. Beds were comfy, pillows hit or miss. 2nd floor was quiet no issues at night. My only complaint would be the continental breakfast. The eggs were salty, it was sausages all 3 days we were there. And the milk tasted no good. There was cereal, bagels and waffles.

Good location for the planned activities and close to family! Front desk staff (Stacy) is a gem. I stayed on 1/8/25 & 1/13/25 for one night (before/after my cruise), and both times she greeted my husband and I with a smile and a welcoming spirit. Much appreciated after a day of travel.

Clean. Friendly. All basics very good. No frills. Only real problem is breakfast hours stop too early for travelers on vacation paying big dollars for hotel night. Should consider breakfast til 10 am minimum. Thank you.

The hotel was very clean. The breakfast was wonderful, my kids loved making their own waffles. The room was quiet and comfortable. Beds were clean and comfortable and the shower was very soothing. Lots of storage to pull out clothes and having the kitchenette was very convenient for us.
