Do not stay there! It's a waste of money and time. We rented the room because a relative was having open heart surgery at Advent Health hospital. When we checked in the only female staff looked annoyed and cold as ice, like we shouldn't be there. She also made a charge for damages deposit and another charge deposit for something I can't remember. The room looked clean until we started moving the sheets and pillows, really disgusting stained pillow covers, the sheets had cigarette burns like someone was trying to make a happy face. The other sheets were already used and stained as if they'd had relations in them really gross. The ironing board was all stained and had seen far better days, the iron didn't work at all, it didn't even warm up. Thank God I always travel with a portable steamer. The bathroom door was so narrow that I had to walk in sideways, I'm not a small man, Dead bugs in the bathroom shower and over the entrance door. The floor was sticky like they rushed to mop it and left it as is... The outside was full of sketchy people hanging out like they actually lived there and making transactions,"if you know what I mean" Because of this we were forced to sleep in the hospital and go to the hotel to get our clean clothes and freshen up, yes we had to purchase our own towels. I checked out a day early and they still charged me for the entire 6 days. Again avoid this place, never stay there!!

Disappointing Experience – Unexpected $42 Charge I am writing this review to help other travelers know what to expect before booking this hotel. I was very disappointed by an unexpected additional charge of $42 that was not clearly disclosed when I made my online reservation. I believed the price shown at booking was the total amount I would pay. At the hotel, I was told this extra charge was for service/cleaning. The next day, staff showed me a printed notice stating that a service charge applies to reservations and is not included in the online reservation total. I have attached a photo of that notice. What makes this worse is that during my entire stay, my room was cleaned only once. I paid the $42 because I had already arrived and felt I had no other practical option. The breakfast was also disappointing and did not match my expectations from the hotel's advertising. During my stay, the options were basically bread, cereal, coffee, and apple juice. I believe mandatory fees should be clearly disclosed before booking, not after arrival. Based on my experience, I found the hotel's pricing and advertising misleading. I recommend that travelers confirm all additional fees and included services before booking.

My honest review isn't going to be the best, I was there July 6th and 7th, room 102 .. here's what I did and did not like about the place. I stayed a few nights and in the morning of my 2nd day .. the room was not refreshed or made up. I had to chase down the desk person to get fresh towels and washcloths .. then "HE" instructed me that there was a laundry at the back of the building where I could go get them. While at the desk I overheard that same person talking to another guest on the phone .. he was rude, loud and belligerent with whoever was on the other end of the line .. not the sort of person I'd want representing my company .. breakfast .. was a disaster .. nothing but pure carbohydrates, no eggs. one flavored yogurt, no meats, apples were the only fruit and only 2% milk. Then the room .. if you are staying alone (no significant other) AND on a budget .. this might be the place for you .. the ceiling in the bathroom had a ceiling fan that was open to the bare wires .. electrical outlets did not work next to the bed .. the ceiling in the main room was falling down in one section .. there was rust on both towel holders and the bar that held the shower curtain. It was obvious that this place was operated under the theory that not keeping the place up was more money in their pocket. The Quality Hotel/Motel should be ashamed to have their name associated with this establishment .. would I ever stay there again .. HELL NO. would I recommend it .. HELL NO.
