The location was good. Breakfast was good but the eating area was crowded (elbows to elbows) every morning. They could benefit by taking out the lobby couch and chairs and adding more eating room.

This hotel was conveniently located for me on the western side of Denver, in a good area w/ fast and sit-down eating options, coffee shops, and other nicer hotels nearby. This hotel was about half the price of the other hotels, but just figured it didn't have "Sheraton" on the building, so would be fine. The staff were nice. The hotel was reasonably clean, but old and falling into disrepair. The outdoor areas were unkempt and overgrown. The building had old, worn carpet throughout. It just reminded me of my grandparents house years ago. It wasn't unclean. It kind of has a musty smell of a place that used to be smoked in years ago. The breakfast the next morning existed, but I opted to go up the road for a coffee and breakfast burrito. I'm surprised Baymont is willing to keep their name on this place. It needs a major face lift. The location is good. The people are nice, and bathrooms were clean. It's time for the owners to block off one hallway at a time, and pull all the carpet, fixtures, flooring, deep clean all the walls and baseboards, repair all the trimwork, and lay down a fresh coat of paint and flooring. That said, the bathroom was clean. The front desk was very accommodating and friendly.

We always had to work to get staff attention for things like they forgot to give us towels. The pool seemed pretty dirty and the breakfast wasn’t great. The shower also didn’t have any fan so our room was humid the entire stay
