The amenities in the room were fantastic: coffee maker, toaster, dishes, fridge with freezer, and large bottles of shampoo/conditioner. Very cozy and spacious!! Parking, however, is $5/day.

The lobby area is very small. No seating, no breakfast, but the rooms are spacious and comfortable. They provide enough outdoor seating and ashtrays but nobody seemed to have used the ashtrays. Cigarette butts on the ground right next to a perfectly good trash can and ashtray. The grounds could use some maintenance. Otherwise, even with some obviously long-term guests, the place was convenient and comfortable for our trip to Red Rocks.

Some reviews have been critical of the rooms as being old, but ours was newer, clean, and well designed. Much more than we needed for an overnight trip, but the price was also far better than I found at comparable rated hotels. And free laundry?! Who offers that?? Definitely a perk if you have a load or two to do. The one thing that I did think was silly was a $5 per night parking fee that we only discovered several days later when our credit card was charged unexpectedly. There was no mention of such a fee when they took my credit card for incidentals and I didn't catch the "Parking available" as opposed to "Free parking" comment on the website that I had used to book the room. Seems like a silly thing to charge for given that there is plenty of on-street parking in the area.

I appreciate service and the ladies at the front desk were all about that. The room was nice and big and it was a nice surprise to have a full fridge and stove. Will definitely stay here again.

The staff was nice enough at the desk. The very first thing I noticed was that the entry floor, the corridor carpeting and elevator looked like they hadn't been vacuumed or swept in a while. I brought this to the front desk's attention and there was some non sense answer about not knowing when housekeeping would get to it. The corridor carpet and elevator was not cleaned for my entire 8 night stay.The room was OK but upon using the dishwasher, the sink backed up with the most fowl and disgusting smelling water imaginable because the garbage disposal was not working. It was a good thing that I was able to open the windo in my room. I called the front desk to let them know. Their response was not immediate but two staff members did eventually make their way to my room. The breaker switch had tripped and the garbage disposal needed to be cranked with the key to unjamb it. It is hard to fathom that housekeeping had not needed to use the dishwasher to clean leftover dirty dishes by previous occupants and didn't notice the sink backing up. At the very least the staff should make sure everything in the room is operable after one occupant checks out and a new one checks in. There was barely enough silver in the drawer for one person and needed to ask for more. To make matters worse, I booked a 2nd room for a business associate and his family and they made mention of how the corridors were not regularly vacuumed or floor areas mopped and swept. This was personally very embarrassing.

The property was mostly ok. Seemed dingy and unkempt. Broken down vehicle right by the entrance was filled with trash. Hallways smelled of smoke, in a smoke free building. Smell never went away. Carpets were very stained. Didn't feel or look clean. There was an extra charge for parking that wasn't well advertised.

First room assigned to us was visibly filthy with garbage on the floor and literal waste in the toilet. Second smelled overwhelmingly of cigarette smoke. Third had an overpowering chemical smell. Desk staff was helpful but did not look remotely surprised or bothered that they'd sent guests to two separate filthy rooms.

The beds were comfortable, but the cleanliness was not great. The pull out couch mattress was absolutely disgusting. It was covered with pet hair and urine stains. There were also no sheets or blankets for the pull out couch. We had two rooms to accommodate our family of six. One room had a small bar of soap in the bathroom, but the other room had nothing. Also, we tried to use the dishwasher and the water to the dishwasher wasn't even turned on. My husband turned it on, and it worked fine, but made me wonder how clean the dishes in the cupboards were from previous guests. The employees were friendly and nice, but the rooms could use some help.

I would not recommend this place to anyone. Upon arrival, the toilet flooded which was inconvenient. During our 4 day stay, our room was never cleaned. The place is also dirty, stains on toilet etc.

Fire Alarm going off for extended amount of time before Fire Dept. showed up to turn it off. Bottom floor hallway filled with smoke early in the morning had to pack bags quickly and possibly be ready to evacuate in snowstorm. Neighboring room had bags of trash piling up outside of their door. TV from room nextdoor was so loud i could not a sleep at night, i heard 2 full DW movies through the wall to my bedroom in one night. Small "store" at front desk was overpriced.

I loved the kitchen facilities in the room. I was there for 7 days visiting my son - who was a patient in the hospital. It was so convenient for preparing meals in the room. The room was big and very comfortable. The staff was friendly and helpful. It was only 1.5 miles from the hospital. Close to plenty of stores and eating places.

Unfortunately there was no soap/handsoap in the room, but everything else was very nice and clean. The size of the room was nice. When random people started throwing a loud party in the parking lot at 2 am, I was able to call the front desk and they immediately put an end to this disruption.

Overall our stay was fine. This hotel is set up for longer-term stays, which we knew going in, and that was fine. It's not what I would call a super nice hotel, but was priced right and was clean, so those were our priorities. We had to change rooms twice - the first room the bathroom door handle was broken and I was stuck in the bathroom until their maintenance staff (with my help) busted a hole int he door to remove the broken handle. They responded to the issue quickly and the whole deal was probably only 10 minutes. Not a big deal for me, because sometimes stuff just happens. Floor manager was super friendly and very apologetic, and (appropriately) comped our stay for the night. So they moved us to another room, which we settled into only to discover the toilet was clogged. Again, prompt response from staff but they couldn't get it fixed. So, they ultimately moved us to another room (upgrade) and the rest of our stay was fine. The area is OK but not much (restaurants, shops etc) within short walking distance - again not a concern for our stay but fyi. So hard to rate this stay/place. We had some unfortunate odd things happen but staff took care of the issues quickly and appropriately. The manager mentioned that she had only very recently taken over this property and was working to make improvements. 5 stars for her.

The main entrance to the hotel is very small and hard to find, and there is no lobby, just a small check-in counter. The check-in process is very slow, took us about 20 minutes to just do a simple check-in. Booking the room doesn't even come with a bottle of water. you'll have to buy from the check-in counter. The room itself is fine, but my assigned room had weird smell when I got in. Overall a pretty poor experience, do not recommend.

The hotel was tucked away and very quiet which I absolutely loved. We went for a walk to the park right behind the hotel and seen horses, goats, and roosters. This was very fun for my son. It was great that pets are allowed and even better that the rooms are in good shape and very clean!

Poor housekeeping. We never saw anyone. Across the hallway, there was a room blocked off with a sign that said the room was uninhabitable due to methamphetamines. No breakfast/continental or other. Inquired as to incidental Service charges staff member very rude and arrogant. He needs to look up the term CUSTOMER SERVICE. Will NEVER stay there again or recommend. Paid $537.07 for four night stay which was $536.07 too much.
