Room was clean, although slide door for the balcony would not close. Breakfast was purchased but cook was unavailable. A good stay overall.

We stayed here for one night after a concert at Red Rock! Everything was great till around 7:30am when there was workers outside throwing what sounded like pipes around. Next went to get in the shower and the water pressure was horrible. Last but not least we found some socks under the dresser and I thought they were my daughters. They were not. Which tells me that the room was not cleaned very good. Not sure we will stay there again.

Stayed 4 nights

isit started with the front desk informing me that my room had been downgraded with no notice. Great way to greet people. The inexperienced person at the front desk had to call someone else in to figure out how to fix my reservation so we had to sit and wait after traveling all day. Person was nice but obviously newer to the job. No explanation was given as to why I would be downgraded with no notice or reason. While I waited a huge line of other people trying to check in formed because apparently only one person works here. Never had that experience in 49 years. Not a great start. They offered a free breakfast due to their screw up but a hotel breakfast of rehydrated eggs and stale bagels really isn’t much of an offer. Onto the room. Pillows were so soft they were almost non existent. Comforter on bed was ridiculously thin and not comfortable or warm. Walls are paper thin…could hear the people in the next room giggling in bed in the morning. Some weird high pitched ringing came from the pipes starting at about 4 am which made it difficult to sleep. Very close to the highway which was also loud. The shower doors were installed in possibly the dumbest way I have ever seen. You need to get into the shower to turn it on…you can’t get to the handle from outside the shower so you get nailed with very cold water to start your day before it warms up. Shower is so skinny that it feels like showering in a casket. I am 6 ft 185 pounds and I could not turn in it without hitting my arms

This hotel is very conveniently located near Red Rocks Amphitheater. The room was very spacious and comfortable. My only complaint was that they didn’t have many vegetarian options for breakfast. I would stay here again if I’m in town for another concert.
