At Sleep Inn Lufkin, guests consistently praise the friendly, helpful staff, the overall cleanliness of the property, and a better-than-average hot breakfast with fresh, well-stocked options that starts early for business travelers.

Rooms are typically quiet with comfortable beds and, in many cases, spacious layouts. Some guests report issues including small rooms, very low toilets, sharp bed-frame corners, weak AC, doors not latching easily, intermittent TV problems, and a few bathroom cleanliness lapses or a missed housekeeping day. The location is generally convenient, though a few found access a bit awkward; overall, this is a solid pick for a value-minded stay.

The check in was pleasant. the staff that night was very helpful (black young lady) Super duper sweet! . Our television didn't work. But we were able to get assistance right away. The following day. same issue. The direct tv recvr just randomly power itself off and did not respond to the remote. called out for assistance. He stated he would come help but 45 minutes went by and nothing. I had to figure out how to unplug the Recvr. There was dogs. Big dogs in the next room that made my mother a little uncomfortable. But they settled down come nightfall. Breakfast was really nice. And the staff in the kitchen was very helpful
