The hotel was awesome, but they didn’t keep towels in the gym. Consequently, there were pools of sweat on and around the cardio equipment. I raised it with management, and they said they were about to fix it. It didn’t happen during my stay.

We got stuck in the elevator from the 12th floor down to the 11th floor for 15 minutes with 10 or so people. The elevator buttons weren’t working, we pressed the buttons and rang the alarm but there was no answer.

Convenient to anywhere in the west valley. Near the freeway, lots of restaurants and shopping. I used valet parking as it’s only $2 more per day with unlimited ins and outs. The parking garage is a separate building. Not a far walk, but it’s uncovered and it was drizzling occasionally during my stay. It also felt safer to valet since I was alone and I was driving at night. Staff were all very friendly.

Parking would be the only complain. It’s in a big garage distanced a bit from the main hotel (5 minute walking) which it’s not a big deal but it’s not as convenient given if you need to grab something from your car real quick, it’s a mild walking distance, not located immediately next to the lobby.

What I liked, Hotel and it's room were nice and clean. What I did not like, were; 1- Hidden charge of $22 for Parking 2- For Parking your car, you have to walk about 5 minutes to get to parking and 5 minutes back. If you are old forget about it you have to pay more for Valet parking 3- If your room facing the front of building or the street forget about sleeping comfortably, street NOISE is there because room windows are old and sound get to room very easy. Hilton should replace those windows. 3- There are NO more complementary water bottle or anything else.

The Hilton was valet nice and very close to dining and shopping. The staff was also very friendly. My only complaint is that they couldn’t accommodate parking for a vehicle with a higher profile. I think the maximum height is 6’ 6”.

Bathroom needs to be scrubbed. Mildew in corners of shower etc. gross. Short staffed in valet. Had to wait a lot. Breakfast buffet overpriced and gross.will never stay there again. Paid a lot and could have done just as well at Holiday Inn.

Honestly for the price I would expect better. Expect to pay v through the nose for breakfast. Room doors have huge gaps under them allowing all sounds in hall to filter into the room, and there is something odd about plumbing. First room had a toilet that flushed randomly (there was no hardware to make it flush, it just flushed). The room they moved me to didn't have this problem but it took close to 15 minutes of running the shower before water got hot.

We booked at this property because our home air conditioning went out and we wanted a cool place to sleep. Little did we know that Hilton uses "smart" thermostats that sense when people are in the room through motion detectors and run the AC accordingly. When you sleep you don't move around in the room, so the AC thinks there is no one there and, therefore, doesn't run very much during the night to keep it cool in the room. Very disappointing since we wanted a cool place to sleep. Otherwise things were great - comfortable bed, spacious room, but a big thumbs down for temperature comfort.

Jeffrey at check in was horrible. He gave me attitude shook his head way too many time at me. Threatened to cancel my booking because he was being impatient as I was trying to get my reservation information and didn’t have signal on my phone. He also said that I should Thank him for not canceling my reservation and if anything I owe him because he has that control. He was terrible!!! Never going back he was the rudest most horrible experience in that hotel.

Despite having 3 bartenders on duty during the evening, service was very slow as all 3 were often somewhere in the back. And when a bartender did deign to come to the bar, they ignored customers and did paperwork instead.

Staff were friendly and helpful and fairly expedient at the front desk and valet. I had the spaghetti lemon and it was surprisingly very good. One problem was that there was a large bug in my room. Either a cricket or a roach not sure which. I reported it and was able to get a different room without a problem. The walls are a little thin so I can hear people in the next room sneezing or talking and doors closing and folks in the hallway. Again staff were warm and capable.
