I was picked up late by their airport shuttle within about 7 minutes. Polite driver/ security staff. Shuttle is 24/7. My room was big and very clean. Middle aged rooms, still good furniture. Comfortable bed. Lots of lighting. Ice machine. Vending. I will stay here again when flying into Fresno, CA. I give 2 thumbs up.

Property was ok, clean but dated. Pool is out of order, and has been for several months. I flew in, and went to property to ask about an early check in 2pm, and was told by front desk staff, that it would be an additional $50.00 on a room rate of $90 for a night. Was not rude, but very matter of fact, pay $50, or come back in 2 hours.

I am sorry to report that the pool and spa are closed and have been for over a year. This is Fresno, CA at 106 degrees and increasing this week. I don't understand how they can advertise on Hotles.com And Expedia that they have a pool. I didn't fibd out until check-in. Room was dated, beds were clean, bathroom- not so much. Old toothpaste stain on the wall as you walk in was obvious. Mirror relectiveness flaked off on the edges in the bathroom. Non-working phone next to the toilet- why?

1.This room has all-time big machine noise from the ceiling (fan?) 2.worst, this room has 1/3 area floor unstable … it shaking when you walk on it so that people next door walking and shaking sound …. All the time from 9:30 pm to 1:50am 3. All the power outlet can not hold the plug securely , … it’s time for them to replace all .

property very old. you can hear everything from the next rooms even flush of a toilet. I was unable to sleep due to someone in the room above arrived late and they were walking around, taking shower etc and kept me awake until 1 AM. I will not stay here again!

Front desk was not super welcoming, but check in was pretty quick. Outside of building is dated and definitely needs a makeover for curb appeal. Inside lobby/building is dated, but clean. Area was quiet and seemed safe. Room was large, clean which was appreciated, bed comfortable. TV was in cabinet (no cable and battery was out in remote). There was microwave available no fridge, did not use the shower this visit. Quiet at night. About 5 minutes from airport. No breakfast was eaten. Would stay again for a night or two if needed.

We stayed a night after an evening flight before driving to Yosemite next morning. Parking and check in were a breeze. The rooms are disconnected from the lobby and as soon as we stepped outside the smell of cigarette was pungent. Then as we went into the hallway we were greeted by another awful smell. Thankfully the room did not smell bad. It was clean and spacious. It is an old hotel and for one night stay is enough.

Given the low rate I paid, I was pleasantly surprised at the room quality of this older hotel. It’s adjacent to the Fresno Airport making it very convenient. The rooms are well appointed. The restaurant for breakfast had numerous options. Parking is easy and convenient.

Shower head to pipe connection was leaking and water was squirting on the walls, ceiling, and floor.. Arm chair has a large hole in the right arm. Overall, the room was satisfactory. Location is very conveniently located near the airport.

I pre-paid for a hotel room, arrived after a very long flight, only to find they over sold their rooms. I still don't have a refund. They told me to go to a different hotel, where I would be guaranteed a room - they said 20 minutes away - it was 45 minutes away, without any rooms. Horrible hotel - if you want some assurance, I would encourage you to consider a different hotel.

Look I booked my room way ahead of time and I was driven to the hotel and then I get there and told I had to wait to check in for over an hour but someone else gets there after I did and they could check in but I can’t then you take forever and mess up my reservation just terrible service

Front desk was not available when I arrived. After5-10 minutes, front desk person arrived. Checked us in quickly and sent me to a room for which the key didn't work. Returned to front desk and was moved to another non-smoking room that stunk of cigarette smoke. Redirected to 3rd room which was ok. No one from front desk ever came with me to room. I was also not told where entrances were to building

We checked into our room to find someone else's bags. They had given our room to another couple. Instead of getting us a new room, they simply took the bags and we were the ones that had to tell the other couple that their bags were with the concierge when they came knocking on the door

The staff was super friendly and helpful. They have a shuttle service which is convenient. I had to be at the airport at three in the morning so the shuttle was great. The property is just a little outdated but the bed was comfortable and everything was functional! Would stay here again.

So easy to stay at the Piccadilly Inn because of it's so close to the airport. Parking is free and the shuttle will take you to the airport and pick you up anytime day or night.

This is a very convenient hotel that is close to the airport. We did try the breakfast at Charters Cafe and it was delicious, however, it was so warm and humid in the cafe, that I didn't enjoy being there to fully enjoy breakfast. The hotel is old, therefore, there was old, outdated carpeted areas that a good vacuum couldn't help with the dirt. There are no elevators if you are given a 2nd floor room. If you have heavy luggage or have difficulty walking up the stairs, this is not the place for you. As soon as I opened the door to the room, a strong musty smell most likely from the carpet and we discovered a wasp on the ceiling that we had to get rid of. Advised the front desk but they didn't seem concerned. There were stains on the rug and on the wall. When you walk, the floor creaks. Beds are older and not too comfy. Other than convenience to the airport, I would not stay at this hotel again. This hotel needs a desperate renovation.

I always stay at this hotel when I’m in the area, the staff at the front desk are wonderful. Also they have a restaurant on property with a variety of options, and the wait staff is very attentive and friendly! Always love staying here.

The staff were wonderful, but the amenities were awful. There was no breakfast available. I had an early flight and there was absolutely no place to get food before my flight. There was some family fight all night in room across from me.

You get a complimentary breakfast voucher if you book through the hotel. If you book through Expedia you won’t get it. In the room the carpets were stained and both sinks were dripping to where I had to turn on white noise from my phone in order to drown out the dripping sound to sleep. There is another Picadilly in Fresno that I had the pleasure of staying at. They’re not affiliated and the other is so much better and with them you will get a free breakfast.

I liked the proximity to the airport. The area has a lot of homeless people running around that area. I had no problems. The restaurant inside has a very limited dinner menu but the food was good! The breakfast restaurant was excellent! In fact they have the best sausage gravy that I’ve ever eaten! The hotel staff were very nice and accommodating!
