The property is definitely rundown. The elevator is not working and the staircase is full of junk and does not feel clean. The door To my room felt old and the lock was not working correctly. It took me about 10 minutes each time I went out to try to get back in.

Office was really clean attendant very nice. The room floors very dirty curtains full of stains and small holes bed was very uncomfortable. The elevator got stuck with people inside had to climb three flights of stairs loud people. Overall experience was horrible but room was very cheap I guess you get what you pay for..

The office was never open day or night. You had to call from a phone outside and wait for them to buzz you into the lobby. The room was very basic in decor and nicely clean except for the floor that could have been mopped better. Even though there was a cook top frig and microwave in the room there was no utensils or cups and no coffee maker. They did not provide any soap or shampoo and the TV remote in our room was missing (I had to go to the office to get a replacement at about 9:30 pm and waited more than 15 minutes before someone from the office answered my call to get into the lobby). They also do not clean the room daily but we only spent two nights so it was ok for us. On the good side there is several nice restaurants and fast food places within walking distance and a Target and Walmart within a 5-6 minute walk. Even though we had a room on the third floor there is an elevator and parking on all sides of the building.

Besides the dirty elevator, two broken down cars in the parking lot, mounds of trash where residents are told to place their trash. The lumpy mattress, the short shower curtain, missing sheveing in the refrigerator. The staff was very nice and courteous

It didn't have housekeepers,no ice machine or ice, had to bring towels sheets to lobby in order to get new one. Didn't have any problem with my vehicle. Lots of permanent people living on properties. Ill give it 4 out of 10

You have to be buzzed into the office, for security it was fine but I was standing outside for almost 10 minutes while they checked the person before me in. Once inside the employee barely talked to me. There was no conversation, other than asking for my identification and how I was paying. Once I got to my room I noticed that there was no hand soap in the bathroom. My room has dirt on the walls and mold in the bathroom. The bathroom door was sticky. The elevator needed to be cleaned as well. Even though it claims to be a smoke free hotel, it smelled like cigarettes while walking to my room on the second floor.

While the staff at the front desk was friendly & provided us with items such as toilet paper & towels when needed, the cleaning staff seemed to have only come by maybe once over the course of a week as bags of trash, empty boxes, & cigarette butts laid on the floors of the outdoor halls leading to our room. When we finally got to our room, we did get two decently comfortable beds as we paid for & the room stayed at the temperature set to consistently, however, beyond these two positives the stay started to become gross in several ways. The wooden floors of the room were covered in dirt & dust, several large cockroaches appeared throughout the week of our stay among a couple other small bugs, & the entire complex had a smell similar to that of urine and cigarettes all throughout the hotels halls and elevator. While the staff is nice, the hotel overall is gross and I would advise spending a little bit extra for a much more comfortable stay at a different hotel nearby here in Fresno.

No hot water, room had a smell, toilet made a noise all night, the outside smelled like urine and marijuana. Stairwell was dirty, elevator smelled like it had not been cleaned in weeks. Moisture in the ceiling in the bathroom prior to use.

Staff was great, however, they do not offer cleaning service. The outside of building have a bad urine odor because homeless people camp and live outside. Lots of cockroaches crawling on the floor. Kitchen burner doesn’t work, this rental place is not safe and adequate for small children because people use drugs and sit together outside at night near the garbage dumpster. So sad to see this place is being handled with carelessness

Place was extremely dirty. Lots of homeless around. Toilet paper holder ripped off bathroom cabinet. no toilet paper, no shampoo, soap, conditioner. TONS of flies in the room Cockroaches in the room. And potentially bed bugs in the room. Lots of blood stained sheets at the very bottom. tears in sheets

The room was so dirty. Dirt everywhere, table and counters were sticky. The table top look like it has not been wiped for a long time. The room was for non-smoking but the smells of smoke was so strong and we have the air condition on all the time. The were holes in the bathroom door and so dirty. Bugs inside the drawers and holes in the comforter. I will never reserve this hotel again.

By far one of the worst Motels I have ever stayed in. This is set up for people that are staying long term, basically homeless.. If you are only planning on staying a night or two avoid at all cost. Bed and pillows were rock hard..The place is really run down. They advertise no dogs but I must have seen at least 10. Cars pulling up in the back at all hours to exchange something with a resident and then leaving immediately. Bring your own ice because they don't have ice makers. I guess you get what you pay for and I made the mistake to go cheap. Won't happen again. On a good note there are plenty of places for food within walking distance..IHOP, Burger King etc..and the AC worked well.Also has fridge, microwave and stove with 2 burners. Again, if you just need a night or 2 pick elsewhere

Very thin walls you can hear everything. Woke up to neighbors fighting. Hard to park. Our bathroom outlets did not work and rooms definitely smell like smoke. Rooms are affordable though so its great if you’re on a budget. Close to many restaurants and stores. Front office will only allow one person in the office at a time so make sure you beat the line in the morning for check out.

The room was very clean. The bed was comfortable appliances were clean. The only problem we had was that the Ac unit kept leaking water so we had to put a towel under it.

I mean, it's... fine. A little dirty, and there's mold in the bathroom. Toilet keeps running. AC is REALLY noisy. But it was cheap, and has a full size refrigerator, a cook top, and a microwave. Mostly what I expect at the price, except for the mold. That's kinda gross.

Just what I expected. A clean room with double beds. I have nothing negative to say about this place. Clean and safe location. Our room had a full sized refrigerator/freezer, a 2 burner flat top stove built in, with a small kitchen sink.

It was my favorite hotel up to last night 12/19/24 The receptionist was very unfriendly. This wasn't my first time staying at this hotel. He was checking my bank card as if it was a stolen card, then I handled 100 dollar bill for the deposit and he went ahead and check it with the pencil stating it was fake at that point I was already upset n told him it was a real bill but anyway he can just return it the day after i check out. Then he handled me the papers to sign n since I've been doing this often I was in a hurry put my initials n signature but he didn't like it he said i have to do it "properly" n I'm like what makes u think this isn't at this point I was mad n told him if he didn't want me rent me a room just cancel my reservation and give me a refund which he did and im glad because now i found a way better hotel building with a friendly receptionist. About the hotel facility is okay. Maybe a little more effort about keeping the place clean because as you walk you can see trash bags on every corner and in the entrance of the elevator. Im still coming back I just hope not to see this receptionist.

They cancelled my reservation on their own without notifying me. I got there to check in and they said it was cancelled. It's because they had no room so they put it on u guys Expedia, saying it was you not them. I ended up sleeping in my car. I'm highly upset. Who did it?

This place has been a life saver for me over the years. When I need a place to stay for long periods of time or in a pinch, it’s affordable, convenient and you couldn’t ask for a better location. There are 3 grocery stores to choose from, and fast food galore. The staff is very accommodating and the grounds are kept tidy. I am so grateful this place exists, it’s the only way to go if you are on a budget like I am.

They advertise that they have coffee in their lobby in the morning however there is no coffee there! I am really love my morning coffee and it was one of the reasons why I wanted to stay here! The sign in the lobby mentions coffee however there is no coffee! Another problem is that I have to check in with the staff to re- key my room card daily even though I have paid to stay for the month! This is frustrating and time consuming for me, especially when there is a line in the lobby!

Kinda looked like a weekly suite rental. No coffee in common area as advertised, no wifi as advertised. Parking lot full of people living out of their cars. Room smelled of cigarette smoke, cramped with full sized fridge in room, No Toilet paper holder (TP placed on back of toilet), Slow drain in Bathroom sink. Probably will not stay there again. The office staff seemed pleasant.
