The property was comfortable and quiet. The room was clean. There was no exercise room, and it was two floors of indoor corridors, but no elevator. The waffles were good. It would’ve been nice if they add eggs to go along with the Breakfast. I would stay there again.

I guess this hotel is just ok. Carpet is a bit dated with stains and damage but otherwise the property seems in decent shape. I’m most disappointed that Expedia listed this property as having laundry facilities as an amenity, only to find out that was completely false. That was one of the main reasons I chose this place, so I could avoid a laundromat on this trip. Also, I know beds are a very personal preference, but the mattresses are very soft, which for me is a negative. Also, 2nd floor has no elevator which was not a problem for me, but may be for some people. Lastly, I wish the free breakfast started before 7am for the early risers. It seems like most hotels start breakfast at 6 or 6:30 so 7am was disappointing.

Two story hotel and no elevator. One luggage cart in the entire hotel. Grateful for breakfast; however, limited to muffins, yogurt, cereal, juices, and waffles. Room appeared to have very old carpet and not updated any time recently.

Place was in good shape clean and adequate parking -for whatever reason there were only sheer CURTAINS on our ground floor room - Continental breakfast left something to be desired. Bed was comfortable. Bathroom was nice

I think the measurements for the pool are off by a for. I'm 6'7 and the 5 feet side came up to my neck area which shouldn't be for 5 feet, that's more like 6 feet. My children are taller than 4 feet but couldn't stand above water in the 4 feet area. The entry and exit is in am inconvenient spot.

The pool is not heated and it needed to get to certain temperature to have it opened. The pool was closed for our stay on April 25 thru 27. There is no gym but again the rating of this place is 2 star so that part is acceptable.

Check in time was at 1pm we arrived at 2:30pm and we got the room. When we open the door the bed was a mess, restroom was dirty, and the room just had a nasty smell. We go up to the front desk and ask for another room and believe it or not that room is even worse. It took us about another 20 minutes to find a room that was clean. Never again!

Room was dirty. Top sheet had makeup stains from the previous person I guess, curtains for window had stains on them, and the bathroom tub didn’t look very clean. Overall, it was alright. I just needed a place to stay for the night so I just dealt with it. Wouldn’t stay here again.

The room and the property smelled like cigarette and pot smoke, even though it’s a non-smoking property. I heard there were LOTS of bikers there this weekend, so maybe it’s not always this bad.

Property very old! It was dated and gross. The room smelled moldy. Walls, floor, and bathroom dirty. The hotel itself look like it never had been renovated. The bathroom bathtub looked worn out, cracked, scratched and old.

I will be staying here again. It was very nice and clean. Very comfortable stay. It smelled clean and neutral. Most hotels smelled musty and stink but this hotel was superb! Very quiet even tho it was right next to a busy street.

Just a stop over for the night after traveling from Reno Nice for receptionist to allow us to book in an hour earlier than normal time Room was nice and large ,good comfy beds 2 main issues, road noise as close to road where traffic lights were so all cars taking off made road noise a problem Second, the fridge mad a constant noise all night with a funny tapping noise The last problem could of been solved by turning it off but had had stuff in it that needed keeping cool Breakfast was good and filling for the days drive

Pros: Very clean bathroom. Good quality and clean bedding. Cons: Not soundproof. I could hear a person walking all night on the top. Cheap windows are not soundproof at all and I could hear traffic all night. Windows are not even weather resistant, leaking rainwater inside has been causing mold buildup.

Enjoyed everything about my experience starting with finding the room on Expedia at a great price point, the ease of check in, the courteous guest clerk who went above and beyond to help make a weary traveler comfortable. The bed... Honestly it was the most comfortable bed I've ever slept in. So comfortable that I chose to skip breakfast for a couple more hours of sleep. I'll be coming back to this hotel whenever I'm in the area.

Convenient location. Rooms are clean and nice sized, beds and bedding were comfortable. Microwave, mini fridge and small coffee pot in the room, the blow dryer was broken and could not get another one because they are all attached to the wall, very poor water pressure in the shower. Couldn’t open the curtains because the room was on the ground floor facing the street and a busy bus stop , so it was dark in the room. Also, not the hotels fault , but the Xfinity Cable TV went out several times on both days. The staff was nice.

Clean hotel clean room comfortable bed with strong shower pressure. Positives - Dark out curtains and usb outlets to charge phone. Plenty of parking pleasant employees. Wi-Fi had decent speed. Breakfast option is bread waffles bear claws cereal yogurt juices and coffee. Negatives - right next to the freeway on/off ramps so a lot of vehicle road noise. Right across the street is a mechanical garage with dogs that bark all night. Can hear a lot of noise from rooms next door. Vent not working in bathroom.

These people go beyond expected to satisfy. When a Uber wasn't available, they drove me to the airport 8 miles, would not let me pay them. Very great updated facility, clean, great breakfast, Owner told me he just remodeled. Seriously good employees, it's going to be my go to in Fresno. Everyone was gouging everyone on price due to a low vacancy event, He told me he didn't on purpose. These people deserve your business, it will be ours. Thank you Nick....!!

We forgot and left an iPad in the room at checkout. Receptionist called us 10 minutes after we'd left and even before we had gotten on the freeway. We were able to come back and get it. What wonderful service.

Really nice rooms and comfy beds. Very clean, I have no complaints. I like how breakfast ends at 10 because you don’t have to wake up so early and still get good breakfast they also have a variety of great breakfast options. Overall 10/10

Clean room and grounds. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Breakfast: waffles, cereal, breads ( no proteins) The hold for the room was $150 which is very high.

Carpets in rooms need thorough cleaning and some general use items (doors and door frames, curtains and bed skirts). Breakfast need some protein - all is waffles (good), cereals and prepackaged pastries. Fruit yogurts are the one and only protein. Get soma eggs and cheese at least!

Extended our stay. Pricey on the premium days. Breakfast was lackluster. No meat or eggs. Waffles and cereal seemed to be the choices. Bed was comfortable pillows were ample and plentiful. Staff was friendly and helpful.
