Room was clean and spacious. 2 out of 3 treadmills at fitness center are out of order. They only had a pair of 5-lb and 15-lb dumbbells. Free breakfast is ok, not very wasteful. Hall carpeting definitely needs to be redone. Staff was great.

2 elevators stopped working for a few days & we had to use the staris to our 5th flr room; carpets are dirty (in our room and in the breakfast/lobby area); there was a gross smell in the bathroom (like someone just throw up). didn 't have time to complain to move to another room because our 5-day schedule is packed. but the smell eventually went away.

The rooms were nice and tidy, our stay was OK. The outdoor pool was very dirty. The spa was out of order, which was not properly disclosed at the time of booking. We booked the (rather expensive) motel mainly because of the pool and spa for the kids. We arrived at 1am, and all parking spots were taken (some trucks/trailers were parked horizontally). The receptionist shrugged off all responsibility. There is no nearby outdoor parking.

WARNING! They have a seasonal pool and hot tub that only runs from July-September. But it is not clear when you’re booking it on Expedia. So if you’re looking for those amenities you wont be able to access them for most of the year. Very disappointing, since that’s why I booked the room in the first place since it was in the middle of April on a sunny warm day. Also the rooms are very outdated with a ridiculously small older television, dirty carpets with stains all over. And the icing on the cake was a very large stain on the bed sheet!! Gross!!! In addition, the big ice machine was broken and replaced with a small ice machine with no scoop so people were probably using their hands, also gross. The lamp in the room was broken as well. Last but not least the room keys rarely worked to get in the room, due to an older key system and I saw others struggling to get in their rooms as well. Overall I would definitely not recommend this hotel to my friends or family or anyone else. Pretty big waste of money. The only upside was the friendly receptionist, I wish I would have remembered her name!

Stay away from this property - broken elevator, very old beds, stained carpets, dirty room, broken hot tub, trashy experience. Didn’t feel like anything really got cleaned. There was a dirty plunger in a bag in our room, food on the floor, stained carpets that smelled of urine, beds that are probably 30 years old. Worst hotel experience of our life. Would have slept better in our car.

Hot tub NOT hot in fact only 90 degrees. Pool towels had to be obtained from front desk. Only one of two elevators in service. Only one of two ice machines in service. No conditioner in shower. Had to call to get some. Nice room. Bed comfortable. Nice climate control. Nice TV.

Our room was dirty. The carpet had stains everywhere. There was mold in the ceiling. We were moved to another room. The other room had a dirty towel inside the closet, trash and hair in the bed sheets. We will never come back!!!

The room was very dirty. There stains on the carpet and mattresses as well as hairs all over the mattresses/bedding and bathroom. There was mold on the bottom of the shower curtain and shampoo/conditioner dispensers. Other than the beds being made and folded towels in the bathroom it looked like it had barely been cleaned.

Roaches. E v e r y w h e r e. I’m not easily grossed out by bugs, and decided to tough it out for a night only to wake up with one crawling up my leg. Left earlier than intended. It’s really disgusting apart from that, and the curtains were covered in old blood stains.

I liked the location of the property. I DID NOT like how dirty the hotel is overall. When we checked in, the room we were assigned (on the 2nd floor) had a strong smell of urine. We notified the front desk and they reassigned us to another room (on the 5th floor). This room was very dirty/disgusting. There were roaches coming out if the bathroom sink, the sofa bed and carpet had disgusting stains. Also, the description of the room said that it was for up to 4 people. I chose this room and paid extra, because it was supposed to be bigger than a standard room. The disgusting/stained sofa bed was very small, my two children wouldn't have been able to sleep on it comfortably. Once again, we notified the front desk. They reassigned us to a smaller room with two beds. This room was better, but smelled like cigarettes and the carpet was very dirty. We asked to speak to a manager several times, but she was never available. We were assured by staff that she would contact us when she was there and available. This didn't happen until 3 days later, and only because we continued to insist to speak with her. Also, the staff said that there were notes that she had spoken with us by phone, which is not true. When we finally spoke with her, she seemed to be bothered by our complaints. She said the the strong smell of urine is probably because they allow pets in the room and that they can't discriminate against pets. We were awakened at 3 a.m. by a dog in a neighboring room the was barking.

Stayed here in the past and tried it again, the quality has gone down. Hotel was dirty and showing wear and tear, rooms dirty, breakfast was "cleaned out" by other guests with no items left or very limited selection. It requires more attention to cleaning and upgrades. For the cost I would not stay here again.

It was horrible. The carpet so dirty in the room and hallways. We found roaches in the bathroom. Most of the staff are rude. Will never stay there again. Smell so bad in the elevator and hallways and in the room. They need to fix and clean up this place.

My second stay here: all common area carpets still filthy. My room was pretty nice but once again the hot water was an issue. In my prior stay the water was no better than lukewarm in the morning. On this stay, the water was completely cold the first morning. I had to take my clothese to work and use the gym there to shower. I requested but never received a credit for this issue. The front desk told me that there was an equipment malfunction the first day. It was fixed, so I've now had hot water on 1 out of total 4 nights' stay !

Didn't really like that there was only one elevator at the opposite end of the long hallway to our room. On the second night the wall heater was leaking water all over the floor. The wet spot was a good 3 feet in diameter around the wall unit. 2nd. even though the refrigerator was cold, there was some ice build up inside that did not allow the fan inside to spin.

Place is dated. Needs a update. Walked into the room found a bottle cap on the ground. The light switch turned on all the light one wanted on one of turned off the switch it turned a the plugs off and couldn't have just a lamp on. Mold in the bathroom no hair dryer. A lot of damage the the the furniture like a big hole on the chair and to fix it all they did was flip it which showed the zipper that's how I found the hole. Everything was just dated.

When we first got the first room, they put us in after I had paid for an upgrade of a deluxe king with a sweet. I thought that’s everything I was getting. They walked me up to a double twin which the floor was wet the whole carpet so we had to go to a different room on a different floor. My room key had to be reset over 10 times the two days I was there I was locked out of my room numerous times I had to continuously reset my key and they did not offer room service or give me clean towels or anything unless I went down and asked for it. I had no service whatsoever

The carpets in the hallways and room were littered with small bits of debris, and contained multitudes of stains. I would never rebook a stay at La Quinta. The only positive thing I can say is that the bed was comfortable.

The food was standard and the bed was comfortable. Overall the room wasn't horrible it just needed work.The carpet desperately needed to be cleaned in the room and in the hotel hallway. It was just unmaintained, holes where patched but not painted, plaster in the ceiling falling off, parts of the bathroom handles literally falling off. All of these things were not major but they added up and became noticable.

To be honest, I did not like how the person in the front desk treated us. He treated us like we were criminals. He didn’t want to take our money or deposit until 12 3012 almost almost close to nine 1 o’clock almost time where I was gonna be like you know no-show. We had to wait in the lobby for a very long time and then in the morning they they were new people so the lady or the girl in the front was pretty nice. The breakfast was OK but yeah, I would not go there again.

Had an issue with the key card entry on the door, I had to go down stairs three times to the lobby to rekey it and third time staff came up and noticed that it was having an issue. I was reassigned another room immediately. An upgrade to my room would’ve been nice due to the hassle But in the end, I was able to go to sleep and enjoy my evening.

We booked 6 rooms. After finishing the first day of travel, I returned to my accommodation. The room wasn't cleaned. I came down to the front desk and talked, but The front desk clerk was annoyed with us. I asked to change the towel. Towels were given for 3 rooms, but they said they would not provide towels for the rest. There were only two towels in the room, so I used them already. When I asked for a replacement, the front desk staff He started swearing (F...k) at us. We returned to our room scared. About 30 minutes later, I went down to the front desk again. I was so scared that I went back to my room. I reused the towel I had already used. Trust your company (Expedia) and make reservations for a long time I have done this and this issue needs to be handled by your company. I would like to get back the money I paid to the hotel. How can you swear and be scary like this in a hotel? I asked for towels to be replaced because the room wasn't cleaned. I swore terribly. We look forward to seeing how you handle it.

We booked 2 nights at this hotel. I traveled on the second day and returned to the hotel. Didn't clean the room. I went to Frontest and talked about it. I asked for a new towel. We reserved 6 rooms. New towels were only provided in 3 rooms. I asked for 6 more rooms, but Frontest staff told us to They started swearing at us. We were so scared that we returned to our room. I went back to Frontest about 30 minutes later. I talked about it, but I was too scared so I said it again returned to the room. The shame of having to reuse the dirty towel I used yesterday. there was. I would like to get my hotel costs back if possible. What can you help us with? Clerk Vinson was incredibly rude at check in, refusing to give any extra pillows told us "we have enough" and refused, saying "I will give you ONE". When I asked again he gave me some pillows from I'm assuming lost and found , and said "you officially wiped us out, I hope you are happy" The pillows were some one's personal pillows , one of which has blood/ feces on it. When pressed he said he was "new and they were booked solid, and he couldn't just magically find pillows" Another family there , upset that the AC in thier room didn't work, was told that they could just "open a window" He grudgingly gave them a new room after stating "I don't know what you want me to do. I guess I could give you another room" The hotel has dirty stained carpets, an elevator that sticks and sporadically works. Despite our previous stays at other Wyndham hotels we will likely not being using this chain again.

The exterior and lobby are very nice. The area is very safe. Customer service is excellent. Hallways and rooms can use updates (new carpet, paint, lighting). Standard all-white clean bedding. Rooms are spacious with work area, microwave, and refrigerator. Complimentary breakfast is basic/no protein options when I stayed. Overall, Good value.

Well located. Nearby area is good. Property carpet in hallway old and unclean. Room sizes were good. Water was barely warm and wouldn't stay warm for even 5 min. Vr akfast was 6-9 but most items were be gone in 30 min and not replenished.

Expedia didn't have the proper information about the type of breakfast they serve and what is included, so I called the hotel reception. The receptionist told me that the hotel serves hot breakfast, such as scrambled eggs and sausages, but that wasn't the case. Boiled eggs were in the refrigerator, but they weren't scrambled or any other meat, like sausage, etc.

Staff was very nice. The beds were firm and the room was clean. We were pleasantly surprised that there was a complementary breakfast (which consisted of bagels, oatmeal, coffee, bread for toast, and waffles). Only one elevator was operational during our stay and the hot water and wifi were out at various points during our 4 night stay but they fixed those issues. Overall, it was a good experience and I would definitely stay there again. It was worth it!

Wifi is horrible. I had to call their service provider to try and get connected. It was unsuccessful which was real inconvenience. Breakfast is horrible, very very limited. No juice only coffee and water. Only protein was boiled eggs. I liked that the rooms are spacious. Prime location. I travel for work so not having wifi is an issues for me.

Wow - legit horrible place to stay. Breakfast was plain bagel or plain toast or waffle ………. That’s it. Rooms were decently clean but the floors were filthy everywhere - elevator would randomly not work.
