Elevator was not working. Facilities had a dirty appearance. TV is very old with terrible quality. Toiletries were not topped off but rather left for continued use from previous stay. Lack of towels.

I needed a room close to my family. This one did the job. However, other than a few small restaurants and a McDonald's next to it, there's nothing around it. Why have a pool, but not heated? Crazy! Also recommend if you can request not to have a room near the stairs or the elevator as it was very noisy. Other than that it did what I needed to do a place to sleep close to where I needed to be.

Do not fall for the rating, not worth 8.0. There was no microwave in the room itself. There was a common microwave in the laundry which was not so clean and definitely not convenient for using multiple times. The area seemed shady and some folks were shouting in the common area of the property. The room itself was nice.

All was good with the exception of three things: 1. the pool. I dove in not realizing it wasn't heated! :) It's pretty obvious that the pool is rarely used. 2. The tap water did not look clear, so I was hesitant to drink it. It might be nice to provide each guest with a bottle of water. 3. In room 214 the TV picture is blurry. Perhaps it was only unclear in that room.

Our room smelled like urine, they did shampoo the carpet but that didn't help. They would not give a refund or switch rooms, the AC unit also has mold in it, I'm glad the window opens.

It was good, customer service was great! Cleanliness not so great, bed had stuff between the sheets like the sheets didn’t get switched out for new sheets. I hope that wasn’t the case. Because that’s unacceptable and unhealthy.

First room was dirty. Hair and urine on the toilet seat. Hair in the mini fridge. Smelled of cigarettes. Not vacuumed. Staff was very apologetic and moved us. But the second room was also not vacuumed.

Room is remodeled and clean. Room is small. The window is still single panel. Price is very decent, well worth the price. The only thing I notice is that wifi is not very stable, I got disconnect with meeting once during zoom.

Enjoyed our stay for the most part. Comfy beds, cold fridge, very clean. However, the rooms are not even remotely quiet. Spent a very uncomfortable night being stuck listening to the neighbors enjoying... adult time, anxiously hoping the noise didn't wake my son. Both nights we were also woken up to yelling outside the hall multiple times.

We stayed for 1 night on our road trip and was greeted by the front desk, who let us pick what floor we wanted to stay on. We chose the 2nd and were woken up at 3am with the water pipes above us from the 3rd floor. It was very loud we tried to call the front desk and the phone didn’t work. It was a fine stay for 1 night had everything you needed. But the cleanliness from the towels and sheets were not what I’d wish. Overall it was a safe location for our stay.

The check in was terrible. The lady had zero customer service skills and could care less that our room was not ready past the check in time. We came back 30 minutes after the check in time and it still wasn’t. She didn’t offer us an upgrade or anything, we had to ask. She was rude, unaccommodating, and unprofessional. Will not come back. The bed was also horribly stiff and uncomfortable.

Arrived at 1030 PM after driving 11 hours. I was told I’m going on lunch you have to come back in 30 mins. Then he left the property. Come back he was checking a person in cash pay no deposit because he says yes there before. He demands $100 deposit from home which is not listed in this site even with it being prepaid. Room had one towel no others. room was ok but not great The next morning went to check out. The lady was in the office on her phone i waited 15 mins then walked back there and scared her asking if i could check out. She was playing on her phone not even a call. She took my key and said your good. I said what about the deposit ? took her five minutes to print a refund receipt. It took 6 days to release at my bank. Room ok … Service trash

It was not a bad hotel for a one night stay to see a game at Levi's Stadium. The room was very clean, nothing special, but considering the price it was a value. The property was hard to find for me and for a Lyft driver. GPS had the driver go the wrong way twice and I had a hard time finding it. Better signage would be nice, both for the actual hotel and the reception.

We were looking for a less expensive but safe place to stay and sleep one night. This worked just fine. Check in was super easy, could walk to the Golden Arches for coffee/breakfast and right off the freeway. Would not be a place I’d stay for more than a night, no microwave or blow dryer, but one nights sleep, perfect.

The location is easy access to the freeway and walking to McDonalds and some Asian restaurants. This hotel is a updated version of a Motel 6. Some of the bathroom fixtures are falling apart. Can’t believe there aren’t any HD channels on TV, these days are standard. Won’t stay there again.

Excellent customer service as they checked us in early after our flight. It’s got more than a few different spots to eat all within the same parking complex, which makes it extremely convenient. Plenty of parking and rooms are sufficient and come with your standard fridge, so bring your drinks!

Staff was friendly, and for the price, the room was good. The tub needs to have drain cleaned out so water doesn't accumulate during a shower, and it would've been nice if there wasn't a piece of gum on the ceiling. Otherwise, the room was fine. We do quite like the dim sum place that is in walking distance from the inn.
