Hotel is nice and clean. I loved having a refrigerator and stove in the room. I would have to agree with others on the parking fee being unjustified. The hotel is inside of a very large shopping center and there’s plenty of parking all around yet there’s a parking fee to park in a public space. Breakfast was served from 7:30-9:00 if I remember correctly. By the time I went downstairs with my daughters there were 3 sausage patties left, 3 English muffins and a few slices of bread and yogurts. I asked if they would be putting more food out and they said they were out of food. Only thing that made this hotel worth my stay was the location. Other than that, I more than likely wouldn’t stay here again. The “free” breakfast wasn’t worth it and the parking fee was the deal breaker.

The place and stay were awesome! The staff is super friendly and reliable. The place is well accommodated. The room was super spacious and clean. Area around is nice and quiet. Plenty options to eat around. Free coffee and water in the first hall. The gym and pool were top notch ! Had a one day stay before leaving to the San Diego and will definitely come back and check out a room on the way back

The room was very nice. It included a little kitchen with full size stove, refrigerator and microwave. First problem was the lights from the two clocks on the stove and microwave lit up the whole room making it difficult to sleep. I was able to cover one clock with a towel but could not cover the microwave clock. If that wasn’t enough to keep us awake, the TV kept turning itself back on throughout the night about every 5-10 minutes. The breakfast was ok except for the burnt and spicy andouille sausage which me and my daughter could not eat. Never knew andouille was spicy. Nothing noted it was spicy sausage. We thought it was an overcooked kielbasa until the first bite. Then found out it was spicy. Because we bought on hotels, the manager could not adjust the cost of the room. He did waive our $10 parking fee. We literally got zero sleep making this expenditure nearly worthless.

Where to start… Hotel is being renovated. Nowhere was this listed/shown prior to booking. Amenities were mostly unusable. No propane for advertised fire pit. Couldn’t sit on outside patio after 9pm on Friday due to “quiet time” in a mostly empty hotel. Pool closed. Basketball court closed. The seal around our toilet was inefficiently sealed with caulking and began spilling contaminated sewage water onto our carpet and bathroom floor. We contacted the front desk , 5min later a man knocked at our door and handed us a plunger. Ummm???!! We call front desk again, a maintenance man responds quickly telling us it will take HOURS to fix - the hotel is under construction and most rooms need work/renovation. We would need to contact the front desk to move. Ok fine. I ask the front desk can we PLEASE have a room with 2 beds (we had our two teenagers with us) and or a discount due to the inconvenience and was told simply NO SORRY. We traveled 7 hours by car and just wanted to enjoy a comfortable safe stay. We were short on linens and amenities. I was hopeful for breakfast the next day and that also fell short. The “continental “ breakfast was under supplied and I was told verbally by staff they couldn’t make additional eggs because breakfast was over in 30minutes. The ridiculous was exhausting. Your entire job is HOSPITALITY. It was our family’s worst travel stay to date

Stayed here for 3 days, I had a course to complete nearby so this was a close convenient stay. They had hot breakfast every morning, friendly staff and most importantly a very clean relaxing room. Bed and pillows were super comfy( I’m super picky w/pillows). Shower had perfect water pressure! Kitchenette came in very handy to prep my lunch for class as well. The only turn off was the $10.00 per day parking, it’s not like they have a private garage or anything you just park around the hotel where people park to go to the surrounding businesses, so I guess that’s my only gripe. Other than that, I would recommend for a comfortable room.

Our room was very nice and spacious! The bed was very comfortable and slept so good. No complaints, except for the fire alarm our last night of our stay. Luckily nothing too bad, just someone cooking something in the microwave that started smoking. Overall a lovely stay!

I was a little surprised to hear dos barking as we walked down the hall to our room. We were skeptical in that we thought we would hear more during the evening and night while we were in the room. Luckily there was no dog barking sounds during our stay in the room. The breakfast was good.
