The room was great, it looked like theybwere recently renovated because everything looked new inside the room. They have a pool but we didn't use it. We were on a road trip and stay only for one night. The property is right next.to the freeway so it was great. Plus it was one of the cheapest around the area that night. I would definitely stay here again if we need a room near that area.

I enjoyed the Jacuzzi

They need to have a signed parking for their guests. I had to park across the street and walk over when I got back to my room it almost midnight didn’t feel safe.

We checked in way to early but they had our room ready in less in 30 mins mean whiel we when across to the gas station to buy stuff once done we headed back the check-in person recognized us so there were no need to ask if our room was ready therefore our room was ready... definitely coming back for lil get away specially during summer for the pool play time.

I absolutely love the property. I’ve stayed there several times. It’s right off the freeway has plenty of parking and all the rooms have been completely remodeled. It has a nice pool and Jacuzzi walking distance to a restaurant that serves breakfast lunch and dinner and a gas station with a little convenient store

We really appreciated being able to swim and relax in jacuzzi even after pool closing time. Most hotel are very punctual and dont care if you just checked in or not and have that "get out the water now mindset." We didnt get that here and greatly appreciate their hospitality 🙏.

Hotels.com is confused! There is NO elevator at this hotel. Im unable to climb stairs, so first filter i use is elevator. However the young man at the desk was able to find me a downstairs room immediately. He was very kind. Staff was wonderful. The remodeled rooms were lovely. Would 100% return if guranteed a downstairs room every time.

The property itself is run down. The staff were friendly and great. The room was good, upgraded and beds were comfortable. Upon returning at 1:00 AM I was shocked to see a party near the jacuzzi area of about 10 individuals and many sitting on the stairs just above the office. They were carrying on as if it wasn’t past midnight. Walking to our room we heard music. There was a guest with their room door open, and a speaker outside on the sidewalk blasting music, it was 1:00 AM! I could not believe that was allowed. I would not stay here again.

Pool is filled with cement . Area doesn’t feel safe , rooms are clean and updated but ugly lighting outside makes you it feel like walking into a prison

very nice and clean hotel. very accesible and the hot tub was enjoyable and very clean!

This place was dirty floors were dirty, not mopped. Hairs all over in the bathroom. No breakfasts offer. One member staff at the time of checking.

We had a great stay, the room was clean, comfy, had a fullsize fridge and a little kitchenette area. Staff was great, very friendly and helpful. The cost of the stay with a great value for the stay.

The hotel, overall, was great. My only complaint is that upon arriving to our room there was hair on the floor and outside our doorway there was piles of trash. I guessed they were waiting for commercial trash pickup but alas the trash sat there for the full 5 nights we stayed in the hotel.

I literally had a cockroach crawling around the room. I called Expedia to see what they can do. I even explained that I have videos and they do anything about it. Outside looks cute inside disgusting

The sink was clogged before I ever arrived. The floor looked like it had not been mopped in weeks. Bathroom was clean though, bed felt clean. Although the mattress and pillow were not up to my personal standards. Overall it is average. Or slightly above average. Not the worst place to stay. Good enough to get quality rest.

I witness homeless hanging out by the trashcan in the breezeway next to the ice machine. It was very uncomfortable. And there’s cockroaches in the room

The newly renovated rooms are so modern and comfy, very spacious rooms.

Room below us in 129 or 130 were very noisy all night playing loud music then louder as dawn set in. But our room was fine but for the noisy people below.

Definitely not staying at this property next time I'm in town. Although it looked like a good spot at first several issues became evident throughout the stay. 1) The note from housekeeping stated that the last time the room we stayed in was "10/11" . We checked in Nov 15th. So either, housekeeping hadn't cleaned the room since October and no guest stayed in the room for over a month Or housekeeping cleaned the room 4 days prior to our arrival. The room did not feel aired out in a while so unsure which is better. 2) The shower was gross and had weird rust (?) rings on the floor of it. Also, the shower head kept dripping despite best efforts to turn off the faucet. Hearing the constant dripping while in the bathroom or (at times) through the wall at night time was aggravating. 3) Speaking of hearing things, for some reason in the middle of the night (3am) the refrigerator decided to make an incredibly loud whirling sound that woke up me and my guest.I'm assuming it was trying to make ice, but to be honest I have no idea. I just know it legitimately startled us awake. 4) The walls arent as thick as they should be. We could definitely hear our neighbors the entire time. 5) The tv was broken and would not turn on regardless of what we tried. Thank goodness we had other places to be and only needed this place to just sleep, so we didnt have to spend much time at this establishment.

One night stay for a soccer tournament. Rooms have been updated. They have a full-size refrigerator and microwave. Beds are comfortable. Great restaurant across the street and also a gas station across the street for last minute snacks. ALL the chips in the vending machine were expired, We got our money back for two bags of chips that we bought and then they were all quickly replaced with new chips. Only downside of the stay was that the room next-door had a dog that barked the whole night and you could hear a train going by a couple of times during the night. Other than that, everything was good

the outside is not the safest looking. random bikes everywhere. it was a last minute stay for us and booked it and went to check in & it took someone 20 min just to come to the window and check us in. get to the room you can tell remodeled but bathroom had a bunch of spideweb on the top of the walls. went to turn the tv on and no channels work just said no signal. called the front never no answer.

There was SO much noise that it ruined my stay. The inside of the rooms is modern and clean. The outside is sketchy.

Stayed here for a night. Clean and quiet. Only downside is that the tv remote control was a little funky and did not work well

I stayed at this hotel on two consecutive weekends and had trouble on both trips. The first time I arrived at the hotel at 10:50pm. No one was at the front desk. I called the hotel and I could hear the phone ringing. Obviously no one answered it because no one was there. The front desk employee pulled up in her car around 11:10pm. I was told during my second check in that it was a shift change and the person who opens at 11 is usually a few minutes late. So the hotel was left unattended for the switch over. The second weekend a younger gentleman was working at the front desk and he had trouble checking me in. He said that it was showing I still needed to pay. I explained to him I booked through expedia and paid in full on the website. He had a little bit of trouble trying to figure it out so he called a manager who arrived a few minutes later to help the situation. Other than the struggle with checking in both times the hotel was perfect for what we needed. Newly renovated and clean.

Check in was fast and simple. Room was clean, esthetic was nice. Service was fast. Concerns were addressed immediately.

So we have stayed here many times before. We went out and our room was not serviced. I called office was told that you need to request service. Asked how long has this been a thing all he could say was as long as i have been here. Other than that service was fine and quiet. Will be staying there next week. Thanks

Great service overall

Miscommunication led to not having the room for the time required which led to getting our $400 worth of personal items retrieved from the dumpster at 2 in the morning. This ruined the entire positive experience that was prior.

Very clean, quiet, good size room with comfortable bed. Convenient location, fast and easy check in. 👍👍

Great place to stay but there is alot of riff raff around the area. Had some equipment stolen off my truck.

The room itself was clean, but the price was high considering the level of unease the area and hotel occupants caused.

My husband and I would stay there again. It was clean, quite and comfortable. We were hungry when we checked and walked over to 'The Godfather' restaurant. The food was very tasty.
