It’s a construction zone now. Front entrance is closed. Valet is on the street on Wilshire Blvd. They can’t charge your car or other services due to construction. Call at least 20 mins ahead to valet when you need your car. Restaurant service slow. They are making do in a tough situation. New pool area etc opening next year. Will come back after their renovations.

The location and staff were absolutely amazing! The rooftop bar was great for the views, service, and cocktails. Unfortunately, we were unaware that the hotel is undergoing a large expansion project and construction was just outside our balcony. The view was of six cranes and construction work started at 6:30 am. It would have been nice to have known this before we checked in.
