The hotel is old. Our door handle wouldn’t work most of the time. I had to call maintenance to come close the window because the handle is broken. Shower is new and worked well. Hotel room was basically clean. My husbands phone was stolen at their property. They charged us an extra $100 to stay in the new room. Wasn’t impressed.

This is not a bad place to stay considering what hotels go for around Anchorage. For the price, which is generally half what other brands are in the area, you get a decent room. The room was clean and the shuttle to and from the airport is a great touch. Would definitely stay here again.
