Incredible service and the view of the city was breathtaking. Our Spanish wasn't the greatest, but the staff were still kind and helpful. Loved the location as well.

The Sevilla Palace is a very good value on prize real estate on Mexico City's Paseo de la Reforma. Like other hotels and restaurants they went a bit overboard with prices during the World Cup. Hopefully they'll settle down soon. But even so it is a good value. Especially so if you have a car. Parking is easy and up until a few months ago was free but now there is a fee which is reasonable: 70 pesos per day with in and out allowed during the time period. Swimming pool on the roof, with grand views all around. Glass enclosed elevators make every ride spectacular. Bring your own coffee maker. Coffee is expensive in the room, free in the lobby. The hotel is very clean, spacious, and well designed; everything works as it should.

I stayed at the hotel for 1 week for business and small time for leisure. In this time I wanted to use the pool and was unable as the pool was working however it was under repair was water heater wasn't working so water was super cold. Their two restaurants only one is really open the other is limited time open only and closes at 4pm which you can't even enjoy for dinner. The room and hotel over all was maintain clean, however room AC kept turning off don't know why, there was a major leak in the room above and seems overnight we had some water come through as when I got up shower looked like it had been used, it was informed to them. The most troublesome action was a card was left for consumption to charge to the room and at check out was asked to fill out a form with full CC information, the hotel charge was done for the consumption and right after that I had my card was used in various locations. This card was used only here and just for this purpose while on my trip so i don't understand how this happened, yet no proof.... All i say is be careful and be aware of where to fill out forms with CC information.
