Sehr schönes Hotel mit kostenlosem Flughafen-Transfer. Gries Zimmer mit großer Dusche. Sehr freundliches u. hilfsbereites Personal. Extrem teuer finde ich für ein Glas Whisky und ein paar Nüsse über 400 pesos (20.- €) zu verlangen. Frühstücken kann ich nicht, da ich nachts um 03 Uhr schon wieder zum Airport muss. Aber sonst sehr zu empfehlen.

me encanto el desayuno bufete que manejan, esta delicioso eso les da un plus, el servicio de transportacion al aeropuerto tambien excelente, las facilidades de la propiedad y cercania al aeroupuerto. en general todo muy bien, solo si nos toco una fuga de agua de un aire acondicionado que estaba filtrando eso es lo unico que recomendaria dar mantenimiento preventivo a sus unidades para que no decaiga sus instalaciones.

El sensor contra incendio estaba arriba de la cama, la luz que emite parece flas, molesta muchísimo. La luz del módem se refleja atrás de la cabecera y se proyecta la luz en el plafón. La cama está vieja que parece cuna. El blackout no se ajusta bien al ventanal, de los costados entra demasiada luz. Para mí fue terrible noche.

Todo muy bien excepto por el baño que está prácticamente pegado a la cama con muy poca privacidad de luz y ruido (solo la puerta de cristal) lo cual es incómodo incluso para usarlo de madrugada porque al encender la luz molestas al que está durmiendo, tema de diseño de la habitación pero es el único punto negativo del hotel

We loved the room, accessibility, and amenities. We had a couple of drinks and food at the bar and really enjoyed the flavors. The hotel’s lobby is nice and elegant. Staff is courteous, friendly, fast, and accommodating -we requested a bath chair for my daughter with special needs and it arrived very quickly. Would definitely stay here again. Could not rate the property’s surrounding areas because we did not go out.

The hotel isn't as close to the airport as it sounds, but the free shuttle to and from makes it easy. The front desk staff is VERY touchy about extra people going up to your room, even for a few minutes, and tried to charge us for each person who came up with us! Other than that discomfort, I would stay here again.

Excellent stay multiple times at Holiday Inn - Dali in Mexico City! I left my black blazer at the hotel accidentally on the first stay and they kept it for me until I was back in town to pick it up. Very friendly and attentive personnel at the hotel and security was very attentive and present at all times. I highly recommend this hotel for anyone staying near the airport. Kemmons Wilson would be proud of this location!!

I stayed at this hotel for a week during a business trip, and I'd like to share my experience. Firstly, the hotel's shuttle service was very convenient. I arrived at the airport around 11 PM and only had to wait for 15 minutes to be picked up and taken to the hotel. The shuttle from the hotel to the airport runs punctually every hour, which was a big plus. The buffet breakfast was impressive with a wide variety of options. Each day featured different meats and fruits, providing a great start to the day. My room was on the top floor, the fifth floor, which was relatively quiet, although occasional noise from the hallway could be heard. The staff were extremely professional and always greeted guests with a smile, making the stay pleasant and comfortable. However, the hotel's location was a bit inconvenient. Apart from the hotel's own restaurant and small shop, there were no convenience stores or restaurants within walking distance. While you can use Uber, and it's quite affordable in Mexico City.
