We like the place, ill recommend it. But they charge me $100 pesos for the parking when it was supposed to be included.

Bien, la atención fue buena. El estacionamiento del hotel bien, pero es un estacionamiento compartido con el centro comercial, por lo que hay que cargar las maletas de dónde quede el vehículo hasta el lobby y no hay elevador. Aunque el precio o costo extra es accesible y económico para la zona donde está el hotel.

Nos encantó el hotel esta en el centro de la ciudad dentro de una plaza donde puedes encontrar de todo. Lo único malo fue el elevador que es solo uno y si tarda un poco, no mucho.

El lugar en la reservación decía que incluía desayuno y no era cierto, decía que incluía parqueo, pero es el del centro comercial y es pagado.

El personal muy amable, el hotel muy callado para descansar, la calefaccion muy buena, me agrado mucho que contaran con agua para hacer refill y huelo gratis, 100% recomendado.

Molesto que solo haya un elevador para las habitaciones.

Un par de puntos a mejorar: 1. El aire acondicionado hace mucho ruido y resulta incómodo para dormir (habitación 204) 2. Para el precio de la habitación, podrían poner de cortesía dos sobres de café (en vez de uno) y, evidentemente,los siguientes cobrarlos. Por lo demás, todo excelente y el detalle de las aguas rellenables es genial.

かなり古めの作りに感じました。 部屋は非常に広いですが、おそらくベッドにダニがいました。 2晩寝ましたが2日とも手首足首に虫刺されがいくつか発生しました。 かゆみは強すぎないのでベッドバグではないと信じています。 これはたまたま選んだことですが、私はシティの他にオアハカ、ラパスと同価格帯のホテルに宿泊しました。ついでにシティ空港にあるホテルにも泊まりましたが、このホテルが最も古かったです。 商業施設が1階にあるので食事には困りませんが、洗濯機もなくバレーランドリーサービスも機能していないと言われたことがとてもショックでした。 ラパスのホテルよりは単価は安く、料金表も袋も設置されていたので安心してフロントデスクに行きました。 しかしそれは機能していないと。 ホテルとしての必要な機能を満たしていません。残念です。 次は隣のホテルを選ぶでしょう。 メキシコ中のホテルで、毎日ペットボトルの水が支給されました。 しかしこのホテルでは、蓋のないガラス瓶が人数分設置されていて、離れたウォーターサーバーに充填に行く必要があります。 タイミングによっては並ぶ必要があります。 これは、他の国ではたまにあるシステムなので許容しますが、蓋がないのは意味がわからない。 冷蔵庫もなく、蓋もできず水を一晩置いた。それを飲むと妻はお腹を壊しました。 どうするのが正解でしたか？

Overall a good stay for a short term stay. However, the bathroom needed extra cleaning. Most notably the bath tub look a bit old/dirty. Did not feel comfortable using.

Standard Holiday Inn type hotel. Very thin doors, so you could hear everything in the hallway. No ability to control temperature in the rooms.

This is a solid-budget hotel option for Central Mexico City, about half the price of the Hilton next door. I enjoyed the stay and would likely stay again if I were going to stay in this part of the city again: Pros: - Price is hard to beat. - Location: great walkable area, busy area, easy access to transit. - Nice size room Cons - - Room walls are paper thin, could hear neighbors' conversations - Most room windows open up to an interior courtyard, so leaving shades open invites putting on a show for fellow guests. - Most staff does not speak Engish, but it's a Spanish-speaking country, so this is for awareness, not a deal breaker - The hotel is located inside a shopping center, which does have some pros, but scheduling transfers, tour pick-ups, or food delivery to the hotel can present challenges. (Most will go to the Hilton next door regardless of instructions. - Prices inside the hotel are pricey, even for bottled water. There are multiple convenience stores around to get supplies for a fraction of the cost. Overall, nice hotel... I got lucky with my room at the end of the hallway, so only one neighbor and that room was empty for most of my stay. You could likely get a room between 2 expected noise level/volume guests and have a tough visit. You'll have to measure your price vs. comfort tolerance.

The room is very clean, comfortable. The insulation is good, the room is quiet, I don’t hear any noise from outside or other guests. However, the AC is very noisy when it’s on. That’s my only complaint. The hotel is at very good location, across street from the Alameda park , walking distance from many attractions. Also appreciate they provide free filtered water fountain, very convenient and environmental friendly. Overall, the hotel is well worth the price.

El servicio dell personal del recepción el 17 en la madrugada fue pésimo, quisieron prácticamente estafarme ya que quisieron hacer un cobro indebido de 700 pesos por noche, argumentando que solicite un early check i, el gerente o quien contesta el teléfono se negó a darme su nombre. Me dieron 3 veces diferente información, creo que como llega uno cansada en la madrugada quisieron apreciarse

El hotel a última hora me canceló mi reservación , supuestamente me anduvieron buscando y fueron puras mentiras porque nunca me llegó alguna llamada , ellos les estaban dando preferencia a sus reservas directas y hasta me ofrecieron una para poder esperarme y como No accedí me dijeron que lo sentían y que NO tenían habitación para mí , el personal de recepción muy mal porque no sabían que decirme , les pedí que fuera su gerente pero me mandaron a la gerente de servicio y me dio 2 opciones de hoteles , una fue el One de ave Juárez pero ese hotel está muy pequeñas las habitaciones y no acepté , me ofrecieron otro Fiesta Inn demasiado retirado y con otra tarifa más alta , ya al final NO quisieron hacer nada PÉSIMO TODO , Jamás vuelvo a reservar en ninguno de esos hoteles , ni siquiera quisieron dar una compensación que era lo mínimo que se esperaría , me hicieron pasar un mal momento, Me hicieron andar buscando otra opción , lo único bueno es que encontré algo cerca City Express que ahí fue excelente todo .

I recently stayed at Fiesta Inn Centro Histórico and had an overall average experience. The location is very convenient, with good access to transportation, shopping, and dining options, making it easy to explore the city. The area around the hotel felt safe and walkable, which was a definite plus. In terms of cleanliness, I found the hotel to be well-maintained, with a solid 4-star rating in this aspect. The rooms and common areas were generally clean and comfortable. However, staff and service were a bit underwhelming, deserving only an average rating. While they were professional, there was nothing particularly outstanding about the service, and I felt it could have been more welcoming or attentive. A major downside was the property condition and facilities, which I also rated as average. The walls were extremely thin, to the point where I could hear everything happening in the adjacent rooms—conversations, people using the bathroom, and even their TVs as if they were in my own room. This made it difficult to rest properly, and I think soundproofing improvements are essential for a better guest experience. Overall, this hotel is a decent option for those looking for a well-located place to stay in Mexico City, but there’s definitely room for improvement, particularly in noise insulation and service quality. Would I stay here again? Possibly, if location is my priority, but I’d explore other options first.

This was my second stay at this property and I was extremely satisfied. The location is perfect to wander around the centro histórico especially as a solo traveler. As soon as I checked in, I walked to Casa de los Azulejos effortlessly and took all the sights and sounds of this vibrant city.The room was spotless and in a perfect location on the first floor. I loved the buffet breakfast and the options available to start the day fully satisfied. More than anything the staff goes out of their way to make sure you have a pleasant stay. I had an issue with my sink and it was taken care off immediately. I love having a great bookstore at the first level as well as multiple shops and the vibrancy of so many people having meals at the main entrance. This hotel fits all my needs. Look no further, this could be your place in CDMX.

Staff was friendly and always attentive to our needs. All the staff that we meet were incredibly helpful. If you need transportation around the city that is safe ask for Miguel and Uriel they made getting around Mexico City a breeze and we always felt safe! Our family had a fantastic time.

Estupenda ubicación aunque ha que considerar que ha mucho tránsito vehicular y cierran a menudo la vialidad para desfiles y cosas así pero para mí fue perfecto . Cerca de Bellas artes y del Centro histórico a pie .

Excellent location, clean rooms -- everything on a walking distance -- safe place

This location, on Ave Juarez, across from historical Alameda Central, promised much BUT due to a public march the building was surrounded with a protective wall which blocked the ramp, making it difficult for my wife to take advantage of her wheel chair. Furthermore, there is no staff to provide assistance with luggage. We were able to talk the maintenance staff to help us out. This Location and room were subject to street noise until late hours. There was only half a roll of paper tissue in the bathroom and the courtesy phone required us to call maintenance. On the other hand, food was acceptable and the kitchen and restaurant staff were polite and attentive, as was the bartender. We chose this site due to the proximity to el Centro Histórico and it proved to be convenient in this regard. Best to make the reservation directly than thru a 3rd party. I don’t think I would stay there again under these conditions.

No depende de la propiedad pero la zona se me hizo muy insegura, hay demasiados vagabundos a sus alrededores.

I loved the location of this hotel. Perfectly centered in the heart of el paseo de la reforma. Everything we wanted to do was at a reasonable distance. I didn't like that the entrance to the actual hotel was hard to find. The very bottom floor is where the food court is and the corner of the hotel is the elevator to get you up to the lobby.

Excelente ubicación justo frente a la Alameda, a unos pasos de Bellas Artes, en la planta baja hay muchas opciones de comida rápida, como Carls jr, McDonald’s, etc. Muy buena atención.

Overall very good, but the area nearby has lots of traffic and an interesting assortment of people including artists, street vendors, etc..

Me gusto mucho la ubicación, frente a la alameda y de ahí a pocas cuadras llegas al zócalo y ahí todo el trayecto mucha seguridad, y en hotel todo el personal es muy atento, la habitación muy cómoda y la atención del café y galletitas gratis todos los días, muy buen detalle, sin. Duda alguna volveré nuevamente, gracias!!!

En realidad todo. La ubicación, el personal, la limpieza, etc. solo un comentario, muy caro los precios en el restaurante del hotel. Ya había llegado ahí y comido y desayunado, ahora está muy caro.

Estancia muy agradable, personal muy atento, me ofrecieron up grade al estar rentada la habitación reservada. El desayuno buffet muy bueno y precio apropiado.

It was in a very convenient location. The bottom floor has restaurants, donut and ice cream shops. The hotel was clean, the people were great! I will be coming back here again! ♥️

Pésima experiencia en el restaurante, la cocina tiene serios problemas, no elaboran los platillos conforme al menú que ellos te ofrecen, improvisan con lo que tienen. No coman ahí, ahórrense el mal rato. Puntos a rescatar : 1- atención en recepción , necesité imprimir unos documentos 2- Buena disposición del jefe de meseros para tratar de compensar la pésima experiencia con la comida. No volveré a hospedarme en ese hotel

The hotel provided us with a pleasant stay experience. The hotel staff provided excellent service during our check-in process and our bed was comfortable while our stay remained quiet/peaceful. The hotel's location stood out to us because it offered the best access to all locations. The hotel has a wide range of dining options available on its ground floor including a Starbucks location.
