Hotel was just okay. Water pressure in the shower was terrible, it barely just dribbled out. Doors were hard to open and close and very loud. Windows were dirty and there were dead ladybugs on the ledge. No real schedule for the airport shuttle. It was nice to be able to walk to the stadium for the game though.

This was the worse experience I’ve ever had at a hotel. There was no parking. We rode around the lot 4 times and finally left. Never even got to the room. The staff was not helpful at all. $15 charge for parking that was nonexistent

Not fun, had maintenance in the hotel, my husband could not rest due to the sounds. They charged me 15 dollars for less than half of an hour parking. Could not get a refund even though I was told I would because of the inconvenience of the noises. This is poor management. Appreciate the shuttle.

Check in was delayed, we were there for a concert and although the website said we could check in after 3pm we didn’t get our room until 4:30, this caused delays with plans and getting to the event. Meanwhile they gave rooms to certain people who arrived after us. The restaurant shouldn’t even be referred to as a restaurant it’s so limited. Elevator was very slow the other one didn’t work at all. Many people were there for a concert and they did not seem prepared. I will never stay there again nor recommend it to anyone.

The person in charge (tall heavy build man) of the parking lot was very rude and confrontational. Apparently I entered the parking lot above speed limit and he approached me very unprofessional and with challenging attitude. “Hey dude are you in a hurry? I said excuse me ? You drove too fast slow down. Really? That’s the way to talk to a customer that just arrived to check in? I was the only car in that moment and nobody was walking around. How about “ Sr excused me can you slow down a little bit ? Or something in that line. I didn’t say anything to no escalate the situation because I was with my 11 years old son but it was very embarrassing. If I was alone I’m sure that my response and tone will be very different.

What a great place to stay especially for access to the nearby stadiums. The venues are about one mile away via walking. The hotel itself was excellent. Room was spacious, clean, and comfortable bed. No guest laundry available.

The parking was horrible spent an hour waiting for a parking spot. Then walk a long distance to the hotel. Was told there was balconies there is no balconies! The water had to run aboout 15 min to get hot. The tv was limited channels due to no signal. Bar opens at 5????? T he food in the shop was expired and expensive!!! Never will i stay there again i wasted 500. Dollars on a horrible weekend.

This should not be an IHG it’s so dirty only one elevator works then they take you up an service elevator and it has bugs everywhere in there I’m just so disappointed I will never stay there again and to charge you for parking is also ridiculous I’m not sure how long it’s been an IHG but it’s crazy because it’s definitely not worth what you pay it’s basically a Motel 6 don’t waste your time or money book something else

The property was pretty clean, the only complaint is there was a strong smoke odor in our room. Property is supposed to be smoke free but definitely smelled like prior guests smoked. Almost undoable. Great location for walking to stadium areas. Good diner across the street. Staff was very nice, has a nice bar and very comfortable lounge area. Only other complaint is $15 to self park our car in large lot that involved no staff. Would stay there again, hope for an odorless room. It's a nice, clean hotel with friendly staff in a great location.

This hotel is very sad. The shower door did not slide and would not stay closed while showering. The room was very dated. The staff were noisy while cleaning. One of the doors they use would slam shut starting early in the morning. The room had a very musky smell. The breakfast was not good! The coffee was horrible. The elevators were not cleaned the three days we were there! There were only 2 handicap parking spaces. We were allowed to park in the ‘diamond’ reserved spots. The staff was really nice and helpful. The lobby and breakfast area was very clean

Checked in late night after a concert. Gentleman at the front desk was nice, but seemed to get a little brisk when I kept asking him to repeat himself bc of his thick accent. The room was very clean and put together, but the condition was a little poor. The AC unit in the room kept knocking and waking me out of my sleep. The doors to each room on the floor were also very loud, as they slammed shut each time someone entered or left their room. Overall, it wasn’t terrible, as we really just needed a place to sleep after the concert- I wasn’t too concerned with fanciness. There was also air traffic (which is to be expected), but this didn’t bother me at all. However, the AC unit along with the doors slamming made it very difficult to get a good night’s rest before getting back on the road the next morning.

Pros: great location we were able to walk to the stadium in about 20 mins and grab a bus within a few blocks to head to all the site we wanted to see. Bed was comfy, shower had good water pressure, and everything was clean. Cons: the walls are very thin we could hear everything alarms, snoring and doors slamming. This might not be the place for you if you are a light sleeper.

The hotel staff were good and helpful, but the door to my room didn’t line up properly, so I had to slam it each time to get it to close properly. That’s very noisy at night when other guests are trying to sleep. The television only had local channels, which I knew was different than many other hotels I’ve stayed at. The front desk said they were working on the satellite dish, but it went on during my entire 3 day stay. I had to ask for a light bulb that was out in my room. It’s not a big deal, but the room wasn’t brightly lit even with all good bulbs, and the housekeeping staff should check those things before guests check in. When I made a request at the front desk though, the hotel employees did have the light bulb changed promptly, and they did seem to want to help. They were friendly too, and I appreciate that.

My wife and I stayed at this hotel before and love how close it is to the sports complex. It’s a 25 minute walk to the stadium or you can get a ride share for about $9. The staff are very friendly and accommodating. Rooms are modern and clean. Our view from our room on the 14th floor was the Citizens Bank Park.

This really is a great place to stay if you’re planning on going to any of the sports venues or seeing a concert. It’s a 30 minute walk to each of them which is very convenient. I will say the staff was trying to be accommodating but I was placed in a room at 4pm that was yet to be turned down, then moved to another room that was already occupied until finally the third room was available. Fine stay overall but this was a bit of a pain.

We stayed in mid July for a concert at Wells Fargo. The location is perfect for concerts there and many other people were were attending Phillies games. The room was very spacious, tidy, and clean. The bed was extremely comortable. However the check in process and general arrival to the hotel was less than ideal. There was a line of concert and sports ball game attendees in line waiting to check in for over 45 minutes. The events were all at 5:45-6p start time, and there was simply not enough time. Check in started at 4p and it took 45 minutes for us to get to the desk to check in. Leaving us with little time to get into the room, change, etc, after travelling all day. Most people in line were very upset with the lack of planning and service on the hotel's side, I can only assume that the staff knew of the multiple events going on in the area. Other than that experience, the hotel was nice and we would stay again without an event with time constraints, concrete plans, etc.

We arrived at 1:30 in the morning after an international flight that was delayed for six hours then cancelled. I booked on Expedia for check-in the day that it was when I got to the front desk John was extremely rude and said I had to wait until 4 PM to check in. I explained to him that Expedia allowed me to book for that day (since it was after midnight) I asked him if he could adjust the reservation he was unwilling and so was Expedia unfortunately very disappointed as I was forced to buy another room for the “current” date even though it was after midnight and was the current date. The front desk person John was extremely rude, and had no empathy for dealing with two travelers that had 30 hours with no sleep.

I arrived much earlier than check in time and was tired after traveling early and the gentleman at the front desk checked my daughter and I right in which was a relief. The hotel was overall clean and welcoming, the only downfall we found was the quality of breakfast and no microwave in the room to heat up food we wanted to eat in the evening. Everyone including the shuttle driver was personable and checked in on how we were enjoying our stay. If in the area, I would stay again.

The front desk person did not even tell me they had a restaurant, *even after I asked where to eat in the area. Also, after I noticed that the bar was opened, I asked the bartender what time they closed, he refused to look up from his phone and answer. I came down an hour later and he was busy and still refused to give me even a menu and said "You will have to give me a couple of minutes" Just all around bad service at this hotel.

Breakfast that was included left a lot to be desired. The staff brought out white and rye bread, that was ice cold, no rolls or bagels or muffins, no toaster. The breakfast area was being set up at 8:30 AM so when I got there, no milk for coffee,, ice cold bread, had to wait for butter, etc. Not the breakfast I'm used to seeing at other hotels. Other than that, everything else was very good.

When I boked this reservation, I opted to reserve breakfast at an additional charge. When I arrived, I was told that the kitchen was closed. Also, Expedia showed a hotel bar and that was also closed. We were planning to have a light dinner and drinks at the hotel before going out for the evening. If I had known that these amenities were unavailable, I would have booked elsewhere.
