This hotel was excellent. Friendly staff, clean room and other hotel facilities. Great gym on site as well as pool area. Overall, we had a great experience. It was wasn't downtown or by marina which we favored because we wanted to be able to stay away from any crowds. It wasn't far for us to drive to this locations. We enjoyed the quiet. Thank you for excellent service!

Great stay at the Ecos. Staff are all helpful and friendly. Good location and close to Al Furjan metro for access to Dubai attractions. Hotel spacious and clean with a rooftop pool and gym. Special mention for Rozma who helped with my bookings - always professional and nothing too much trouble. Hope to be back for a longer stay in 2024

Nice hotel newly built - not far from the public transport. Room are self contained but very clean - I liked the extra sofa for bags etc. They all have big windows facing the motorway or the internal yard so some rooms might have less privacy when the curtains are opened. Very spacious working area and lounge on the ground floor and second floor. The swimming pool is on the small size but the Gym is fully equipped. Following some misunderstandings at check in, I appreciated the call from the supervisor Tina that offered a late checkout.

Great experience for a staycation so much so I extend it for one more night. Great facilities and modern environment with a great light cleanliness and all the necessary things if one has forgotten anything. Nice and quiet rooms.

The building and decor of the hotel itself is attractive, however, at times requested service would take a long time to be completed, so you would have to ask again. Daily cleaning was very surface level. Quite a few staff could be somewhat dismissive at times. The breakfast choices weren’t great, but luckily there was a nice cafe and convenience shop up the road. If there was an option to give the hotel a 2.5 stars, I would, as there was some pleasant staff. But overall the experience could have been better.

My experience was going well until I found cockroaches in my room. Thankfully it was the last day of my stay. The situation was really not I was looking for and makes me wonder if any of them gotten into my suitcase. When I had informed the front desk, I was told we let the housekeeping team know.

My stay at this hotel was decent. Location was perfect, we had a car so JBR and Palm was just 15mins drive. Word of warning not many taxis around. Room was clean and spacious. Water and towels was provided everyday. However there is no coffee or tea in the room which was really inconvenient in the morning. So for that I'm giving this a solid 4/5.

Stylish clean hotel, excellent staff very helpful and saved me serious pressure by extending my checkout on the last day of my stay. Trendy and good atmosphere overall. Only one suggestion; please put kettle and coffee in rooms. I certainly recommend this hotel and special thanks to reception staff.

It is as basic as yiu can get in Dubai without being a hostel. Rooms are tiny. You have to walk all the way in the bathroom and close the door to even access the toilet. Nothing fun to see outside the window. Every uber driver had a hard time finding it even though you can see it from the freeway. Its a weird access road. Also no faxe towels. But it was clean and comfortable.

It is not possible to work from the hotel room. They have a designated area for working, but they play very loud music there, so dificult to focus and attend online meetings. (the other meeting participents complaining to much background music) the internet connection keeps having hickups which drops audio/stop video.(this will even drop ping messages that I had to run for testing) When I checked in and got to know it is not possible to work from the room, they informed me that there are designated rooms for working - those are only meeting rooms you can rent(was the answer I got when I needed a quiet place). It is too much noise from outside in the rooms. You can hear the traffic 24/7 and construction noise from the construction yard outside the window. There is an outside area where you can sit down and its allowed to smoke there, so it's normally full of smoke and even the ash trays makes a smelly atmosphere there, so dificult to enjoy for a non-smoker. They had a very good pizza in the restaurant and people are in general polite and good service.

Its a shame that such a nice hotel charges for tea and coffee and has no tea or coffee in the room. The best in the hotel was the gym and the Algerian guy Behkasem working in the restaurant.

The front desk made my day and my stay they are may be the friendliest i have ever met in a hotel. The Hotel location is the only downside as it is a bit away from central Dubai but new clean and comfortable i had a car so i drove extra miles to my destination but it was worth staying at a new hotel with excellent service. When the price is reasonable weight your options an extra half an hour drive is worth it or not.

Enjoyed my stay except for the notes above especially no business center. There was a area called business center but did not have the facilities of a business center. I would convert one of the meeting room which were never used to a business center / room or even a corner. Reception staff were very friendly and professional
