elevator was broken on 8/13-8/14. gym equipment was in very good condition. accommodated my late check out request

Was very quiet and very clean, staff was helpful and friendly. Close to Saratoga track and a great steak house. The elevator was broke - no first floor rooms luckily we got 2nd floor but we had one traveler that was difficult for. Reasonable price for what they have - pool & gym, decent continental breakfast & cereals for kids. Would gladly stay there next season if elevator works. Nice bar with a happy hour.

We travel a great deal and this was by far the worst hotel we have stayed in in years. To begin with, we get there and the elevator was not working and there are NO first floor rooms in this hotel. I have mobility issues and had to climb 2 flights of stairs to our 2nd floor room. They did provide help carrying up our luggage. The room was dark and most of the receptacle covers were broken, which made us nervous about plugging anything in. Then, one of the bed sheets was STAINED with God only knows what. As soon as we got to our room, I got on the phone to Hotels.com to find us another hotel for the next night. We would have moved that night but got to the hotel late and had been traveling all day and were very tired. But we couldn't get out of there fast enough the next morning! And the restaurant was closed also but given the conditions in his hotel, we wouldn't have eaten there anyway. Stay at the hotel at your own risk!

Rooms are very spacious and staff great. Unfortunately, the elevator was not working and the inflatable mattress they provided deflated during the night.

Hotel didn't have my reservation thru Hotels.com even though I had a confirmation #. Luckily they weren't full and gave me the rate I had a receipt for. Carpets in all common areas were dirty, looked like they hadn't been vacuumed in a while. Listing on Hotels.com says there is a 'free breakfast'. Good luck with that. Their 1 restaurant is only open at night. For their 'free breakfast', there was 1 pot of coffee, 4 frozen bagels wrapped in plastic, and a toaster. Nothing else, unless you count a vending machine and want candy for breakfast. Ridiculous. Hotels.com needs to watch more carefully for this false advertising. Myself, like many guests, look to book comparable hotels based on them providing a complimentary breakfast. This hotel did not. Pool and hot tub were closed since I arrived late at night, and they weren't open yet when I departed at 10am. They only stock 1 towel per person in the room's bathroom, you'll need to request more on check in. Room was reasonably nice, though the A/C unit was noisy.

My stay is usually me sleeping in between shifts at the ER. I enjoy being able to use the gym and swim however when there’s a problem and the manager discussed with you what they will do to fix it and then she’s nowhere to be found for two days after it’s very frustrating when you leave messages and no phone calls are returned, which has happened more than once during my multiple stages. I choose this hotel because of its cleanliness, gym and the pool. Also it is within 15 or 20 minutes of my place of employment. But the frustration when trying to contact someone with information that is related to your stay is still very frustrating. I even chose this place knowing that for two months they were without an elevator, which was very inconvenient when most of the rooms that I stay in on the third or fourth floor. So for them not to return my calls to me was insulting.

The elevator was out of service for 2 days of my stay with a medical issue it made ot difficult also the coffee maker in my room was not working i feel i should have been compensated for no elevator room 208

Everything was great about our stay. The check in staff were amazing and friendly. There’sa restaurant also in the hotel which was a big plus, lots of food options near by 4 minute drive. Very quiet and the pool is always a plus also. To top it off they have an EV Charging Station on the side (not free) and was great to be able to charge over night to continue on journey.

Front desk people were nice, lobby and rooms were clean, but the pool was dirty on arrival, when ask about it they did let house keeping know so was nice that next afternoon.

As I pulled into the parking lot to check in, I immediately noticed a large crowd of people, with motorcycles in the parking lot drinking. Apparently, this hotel hosts bike nights on Thursdays throughout the summer. There were a band and an outdoor bar that was set up in the side parking lot. I would say there were between 125-150 people there drinking, dancing, and listening to the band until 9 PM. I know 9 PM isn't late, but the band was literally set up in the parking lot, right below my window (lucky me). I have no problem with hosting a bike rally as a business; however, it would have been nice if I knew ahead of time. The gentlemen that checked me in were nice and friendly. There are two restaurants (Chili's and a local Italian restaurant) in very close proximity (My meal at Chili's was not very good). The elevator was broken, pool was closed at 7PM (instead of the published time of 10 PM), there was no working vending machines (and nothing nearby to walk to). Not my worst stay ever, and sometimes you get what you pay for.

Absolutely disgusting checked in and the bed was dirty with hair in it.

There was blood or feces on the tile and wall behind the bathroom door. The bed was uncomfortable. The water in the bathroom sink never got hot. The front desk person was rude, curt and difficult to understand.

Elevator was still broken. Thursday night is a big karaoke night in the attached bar/restaurant but we couldn’t hear it in the room. The rooms appeared clean and generally were except for the corners. The corners all seemed a bit dirty. The stay was fine and in the right place. Didn’t hate it but want wowed either.

Uncomfortably dirty. My wife felt it necessary to sleep in her clothes.

Our room tables stands were dirty, the jets in the tub didn't work, and a chair leg in our room was broken next to the tub. We also had the toilet paper holder in the bathroom hanging off the wall from being broken. The room size and bed were great, but definitely not as clean feeling as we'd hoped, along with some of the broken items.

It was the worst room I have stayed at. The sheets were not clean and had stains all over them. The toilet had poop stains around the rim. The counters were never wiped down and there was a film on top. Trash inside the closet. I have a video of how disgusting this room was.

The room had a musty smell. The bedsheets were stained. Furniture tops were dirty. It gave the impression of not having been cleaned. Room and bathroom are dark.

Our room, 306, smelled horribly of stale cigarettes. The linens had stains on the top covers, the outlets in the bathroom did not work. I found someone else's hair on the floor of the bathroom, several bobby pins on the carpet didn't look like it had been vacuumed very well. There was a Keurig machine but no pods in the room and the coffee mugs in the room still had dried coffee in them and the glasses by the ice bucket looked dirty, the curtains were in poor shape. No bar of soap or handsoap in the bathroom. Very poor water pressure, but we were on the 3rd floor. The floor molding was damaged and coming away from the wall and there were visible stains as well as drip stains on the walls and the doors. The drop ceiling tiles at the end of the hallway were falling down from some kind of water damage that seemed to get worse while we were there. The pool looked gross and had a film of sorts on the surface so my son and I were definitely not going in it. The restaurant, Seven, could not have been more unappealing and not very kid friendly. On a positive note the room was spacious and the bed and pillows were comfortable though the blanket was thin and cheap but was warm enough when we kept the air in the room at around 70 degrees. The staff were friendly and courteous. Overall, I would not choose to stay there again. It's a shame because if the owners actually put in some effort they would have a very nice little independent hotel in a convenient location.

Room was perfectly acceptable, bed comfortable. New lampshades needed and brighter lights would be a plus.

Room was as big or bigger than an apartment. Kitchen, dining area, large living room, large bedroom and large bathroom. Exceeded our expectations. This hotel has been remodeled.

The hotel was good overall. Really convenient location. I only had issues with the shower. Water pressure was weak in the shower and there was no hot water.

The beds were comfortable, and linens appeared to be clean, the A/C was whisper quiet, the room was generally clean and quite large, the furniture was pretty dinged up, but the carpet looked fairly new. We only stayed overnight after a wedding, so it was fine for the price. Check in was easy, staff was friendly. Glad to have coffee in the lobby. The elevator is STILL broken, reading other reviews, it's been out for quite a while. I doubt they will fix. The hallways and stairwells needed some definite attention, The side door didn't have a lock, so if you're concerned about safety, that would be an issue. I wouldn't choose to stay here again, but it was Labor Day weekend and all the other places were much more expensive. If you're not looking for luxury and don't mind the that the place could use some serious updating, then it should be ok.

Hotel is outdated, room we got was very spacious but dark due to not enough lighting. You got what you paid for.

Room was large and very comfortable. Loved the chaise and chair. The only downsides were the tv did not work - it turned on but didn’t connect. (Didn’t asked to have it fixed as I was already in bed). There was also music that could be heard from the bar the floor below - not super loud but definitely present)

It was a nice place. The room was spacious and the tub was an adequate size. It was convenient to lots of places. I didn't like the TV because it didn't have apps.

The room was a great size, but very dark, even with all the lamps and curtains open it was still very dark. Shower had a lot of mildew staining and there was no rack to hang the hand towel. We reserved two rooms and the other room had a stain on the sheets and the toilet seat was not attached securely to the toilet. The staff did come and change the sheets when notified and were very nice.

Booked this stay for a visit to Saratoga checked in on a Friday and out on a Sunday. We checked in on Friday afternoon and were told after we checked in that the Elevator was broken and would have to use the stairs. We were given a room on the third floor. This was inconvenient, but I thought things happen. We observed 2 men in and out of rooms and they identified themselves as housekeeping. Never did they use any cleaning products or run a vacuum they walked into rooms, emptied trash cans and supplied new towels. The room we stayed in was old and unclean, stains in the toilet, the tub was worn, chipped, dirty and not clean. while sitting on the bed, another guest used her key to enter our room, stating she too had been assigned our room after checking in more than 5 hours after us and had to walk back down 3 flights with her suitcases to get another room. I called down to the front desk to complain about this happening and was just apologized to. Later that evening we returned from dinner our keys did not work. We had to walk back down 3 flights of stairs, the attendant was rude and didn't apologize, instead blamed us stating we must have put the cards near our phones. This happened 2 additional times when we left the hotel and returned. I demanded a manager and was told she would call me, but I still haven't received a call. The side doors to the hotel were never locked This hotel should not be charging over $250 a night and even operating in these conditions.

For starters I don’t smoke and everything was fine until in the middle of the night I smelt cigarette smoke then thought nothing of it. Later find out that I was charged the deposit fee because they thought I was smoking and when I called to challenge the charge I kept on being told the manager was not in. It’s been over a week since I left my information to receive a call back and never received one.

Pictures make it look like a nice place and with the price, I was expecting a higher quality than what I experienced. * No towels in the room at all * The closet door came off the hinges when opened * No water pressure in the shower. * TV had no signal, we inquired the dude brought up towels, but it still never worked * There were free bagels and cereal in the lobby but there were no plates or bowls to eat from I paid $250 for all that

We booked this hotel for a trip to the Saratoga Race Track and reserved four rooms in total. Prior to arrival, we called around 9 AM to request early check-in, knowing the standard check-in time was 4:00 PM. We were told early check-in was possible but would incur a $15 per hour fee per room, which seemed excessive—especially since the hotel didn’t appear overly busy. When we arrived around 12:30 PM, we were told the rooms had been given to other guests and we’d now have to wait until 2:00 PM. This was frustrating as we had planned to get ready for the races. The front desk said they needed time to clean more rooms, asking for an hour. As we pushed for clarification, the timeline kept shifting—first 60 minutes, then 30, then 20—which made the whole situation feel disorganized and unclear. We politely asked for the early check-in fee to be waived, considering we were bringing in over $1,200 in business for just one night, and to their credit, they did waive the fee, which we appreciate. Still, the initial lack of flexibility and reluctance to accommodate us left a poor impression. That said, the rooms themselves were spacious and clean, which is the most important part of any hotel stay. However, customer service could definitely use improvement. Also worth noting: the hotel had a very strong smell throughout the common areas, which may bother some guests.

We had an issue when we needed to extend our stay "Due to Hurricane in FL no return flight we were stuck! Desk person said we needed to leave the following morning no matter what! But "Angela" heard about our predicament (we did not complain) and she tracked us down and fixed the problem we stayed 2 extra days. Please recognize her outstanding customer service!! FYI we have been staying at the Park Manor for many years there have been ups and downs as you may know. we stayed at other hotels in the area during some of those bad times. We stayed with friends at park manor that arrived later in the evening and there was no room for them even though they had reservations they eventually were given a room 2 hours later with on working toilet!!! So glad to see the place is running much better even though the elevator was broken throughout our entire visit. The Restaurant Bar is back a great improvement over the last one Good food better menu nice..

I recently stayed at Park Manor Hotel on October 10th, and unfortunately, my experience was far from satisfactory. Here are the key issues I encountered: 1.Elevator not working: During my stay, the elevator was out of order. This was a significant inconvenience, especially as I was traveling with a newborn. Without the elevator, I had to carry my baby outside in cold weather, which was uncomfortable and unsafe. 2. Unclean bed sheet: Upon arrival, I found the bed sheet in my room to be unclean. This forced me to request a room change, which was both time-consuming and disappointing given the hotel's reputation. 3. Door left wide open: When I arrived at my new room, I discovered the door was left wide open. This was extremely concerning and made me feel unsafe. Given these issues, I hope the hotel management reviews my reservation and considers appropriate compensation for the inconvenience caused. I chose Park Manor Hotel based on its reputation for quality and service, but these experiences were highly disappointing.

We were in the area for medical reasons so our minds were not exactly on finding a great fun place to stay. However, Park Manor fully met my 3 criteria - Clean, Quiet and Comfortable. I have to say that we were a little worried about the bar and band downstairs, but the sound stayed downstairs (and our room was on the bar end of the building on the second floor) The walkable eateries were good. We had dinner at the Chili's next door. We had some decent coffee from downstairs and then headed to the Half-Moon diner for the best breakfast. All in all a trying time made a little easier. Room was very clean. I heard people saying the restaurant was excellent, although I didn’t eat there. Very few personnel around, one poor guy cleaning by himself at 8pm! No included breakfast. Nice it was at an interstate exit and right next to a Chili’s as well. Shopping center across the street with Target, Trader Joe’s, Kohls. Good stay.

The location is the no. 1 reason to go there. It is very easy to reach from the highway. even if one arrives from the highway late at night, it is no problem, it is so easy to get there. The place is quiet, safe and everything. It is a medium-budget hotel, with limited extras. At the reception, people are friendly and helpful. We were there in winter; it seems best to eat out. Restaurants are close by. I would go back there any time.

The Park Manor is an excellent option for a reasonably priced hotel room. The gotel itself was clean and the rooms were well appointed. The location was central to shopping and restaurants.

It was right off the main drag but not on it so minimal traffic noise but maximum convenience

Lots of dining options right there. Easy on/off the highway. Had dinner at Delmonico’s. Across the parking lot, easy to walk to. Great restaurant!

The Room was spacious, the pool was a nice temperature, close proximity to shopping center, lots of options for food. Very wonderful experience.

It was advertised as having a coffee shop / snack shop/ deli. Neither were present. The breakfast option(continental) consisted of a coffee table set up near the entrance tot he hotel with a mini muffins and a plastic wrapped bagels. Next to these were a toaster and a microwave. None of this was taken care of by staff, so the butter and spread were left open and unattended. There were numerous vending machines which may have been the shop option?? Very convenient for travel to and from the event we were attending and there are a few restaurants near by to accommodate your dining options that you definitely will need.

The pool was amazing, it was warm and I think salt water...one of the nicer hotel pools we've seen. That said, there were no towels and when we asked the front desk for them, we got 3 and we were a party of 14. Finally, about 4 more towels were brought in about an hour later. There were also not enough towels in our room and the housecleaner was clearly tweaking on drugs! Very sad, hope she gets help. Room was fine, we ate dinner at the in-hotel restaurant and had a terrible experience, it took 2 hours, we didn't get what we ordered and there was nobody else in the entire restaurant- would stay at this hotel again just for the nice warm pool but will definitely skip the restaurant!

Our room was not ready when we arrived. When our room was deemed "ready" if was not clean. We reserved a king bed and got a queen in an accessible room which we did not want. The free breakfast was abysmal. We did not utilize that amenity.

The hotel was super nice. There was a printed sign on the front desk advertising a breakfast buffet. When we asked about it they said they weren’t doing that anymore. Maybe take the sign down? Also the restaurant on property was a disaster. No one really working there except one dude in track pants who may have been the waiter, bartender, and chef. A little sketchy. The hotel otherwise was super nice. Great little breakfast place across the street called Snyder’s Restaurant was amazing!!

Very clean and comfortable, the Restaurant and Bar on property was very nice with a large selection on the menu. And the staff was Very friendly. There are also 2 other restaurants you can walk right over to and lots of shopping areas

Showed up about 2pm hoping to check in early. LThe room wasn't ready, but they were able to get us accommodated soon as they could. Decided to hace lunch at bistro while waiting for the room to be cleaned. Seven bistro: lunch underwhelming; food was just OK. Service was slow, the bartender was new, so i give it a pass. Dinner was better...unfortunately, they were out of a few things that we had wanted. The flavor was good, food came out of the kitchen disjointed. My husband was 70% done with burger, by the time I was finally served my steak. Also, they have medium rare written on the menu for how the ribeye will be cooked, but it was more of a blue to rare temperature. The seasoning was dead on, my vegetable was cooked perfectly, and very tasty. Weird thing to note, Nascar on the tvs, but no music during dinner. We played sirius on my phone, and other customers appreciated it as did the bartender, because he was thankful to "be hearing good music in here for once". The room: spacious, beautifully decorated, and very clean. Worth more than they charge per night. The bathroom needs some work. Most notably the towel rack needs to be more secure, same with the tp holder & toilet seat. Safety grips in the shower are missing protective stoppers in the ends. Haven't slept in the bed yet, but lounging on it, it is pretty comfy. We are traveling with a service animal, and they weren't at all thrown off by it. This was refreshing to encounter.
