Super friendly customer service, quiet, very clean hot tub and warm indoor pool and gym. We loved it! Very spacious and clean room with all essentials inside including conditioner and body lotion. When some teens were making noise next door Sat night, they came up and made them stop immediately. Price was unbeatable. Wish breakfast was better, mostly just bagels banana and yogurt, wish more warm stuff but was ok. No restaurant on premisses but 10 min away from lots of them.

Place needs serious attention and if they are using that much perfume what are they trying to hide. Internet sucked, my bathroom was bigger than the gym. As an honors member I wasn’t offered water while the member in front of me was offered water and snacks and thanked for being a member. I wasn’t

The hotel is just ok. The beds are not as comfortable as other Hampton’s I’ve stayed in. They actually felt more like the $399 box spring and mattress specials you get from the discount mattress store. The cleanliness of the room left a lot to be desired. The shower didn’t drain as it appeared to be at least a few months of hair (barf) wrapped around the drain plug and our feet were pitch black from the carpet. Then I’ll finalize my stay with the lady running breakfast, she’s not very friendly and becomes visibly upset if you ask her something that “you should already know” as I witnessed her be rude to another guest who simply asked her about the broken waffle maker. I’ve stayed her before and wasn’t impressed but this time I do think will be my last. The pool and hot tub were great as well as the guy who checked us in. The hotel itself needs a good cleaning, well at least room 211 and maybe a retraining on hospitality.

Room was nice except for the bathroom. The tub was dirty and the water took a long time to drain from the tub. Really gross and dangerous. Every time I showered I thought I would slip and fall. Very dangerous. Also no plastic cups for drinks. The price did not reflect the quality of the room. I could have paid less and stayed at a nicer hotel. Disappointed

Not quite as nice as the pictures suggest, but it was clean. Heater/ac unit didn’t work properly. If the heat was on, it was a hundred degrees no matter how you set it. You could also feel a huge draft from underneath the unit. Also kinda had a funky smell to it. Other than that the place was clean and comfy.

This is my favorite hotel in the area, close enough to all shopping and dining yet still quieter than the other hotels by the mall. Staff is very friendly, rooms are very comfortable and spacious. Highly recommend

I was halfway down the hall and could hear the elevator dinging all night long. Cheap doors and no sound barriers. I was awake all night. I was in town for a funeral and booked the hotel for a good night sleep. Not at this hotel!

The heat in the room was oppressive and the control was unmanageable. I finally opened the window and turned on the bathroom fan and finally got some relief. The bathroom sink faucet leaked. I reported the two issues to the desk clerk upon departure.

I’ve stayed there multiple times, always good. I work for several hours in the early morning hours (3-7am). I typically return to my room, sleep for a couple of hours, then move on. I always hang the “do not disturb “ thing on the door handle. Despite this, the housekeeper on this occasion made sleeping impossible. She started right across the hall, slamming doors, loud conversations with other staff, shouting down the hallway. She vacuumed the hallway, banging into the door of my room several times. That ended my attempt for a little extra sleep. I departed

Luke was AMAZING! Great personality and went above and beyond. The only negative (which has nothing to do with your property) was the annoying adult that started pounding on his door at 4am. Messing the handle, and then decided when nobody opened that door he tried the door next to his. I did call the front desk to let them know. Other than that our stay was great and we booked for another two nights due to a delay we encountered.

Room was not ready at check-in time. 1 hr. 15 minutes late. Explanation was short handed cleaning staff. We had to wait in the lobby. On the plus side the room was excellent and clean. The breakfast, although appreciative of the effort was very low grade food quality. The employees who we interacted with were very polite and friendly. I get sorry for the young lady at the front desk who stayed very pleasant and patient in the face of delayed check-ins and she should be commended.

When we got there the 1st room they gave us smelled so they changed our room and it was great. The hot tub wasn’t working and the pool room was freezing. The next morning it was fixed. So their staff is awesome and it’s clean and breakfast was good.

Check-in was quick and the woman at the Front Desk was extremely welcoming. That was a surprise as we arrived rather late in the evening. She made us feel right at home and asked if we needed anything to give the front desk a call. I don’t remember her name but you do an ad with her in it, letting all the other hotels know how it’s done!!

The bed was relatively uncomfortable and the breakfast options were very limited. Also, the person working in the breakfast area was observed to touch food items without any gloves on, an at one point was observed dropping bagels on the floor and picked them up, taking them back to the storage room and placing them back with the good food items

Excellent customer service. Continental breakfast was great - wide assortment including yogurt, hard boiled eggs, omelets, waffles, cereal, bagels, sausage, etc. Beds are comfortable but lean towards firm. Dog friendly. Restaurants nearby. Would stay again.

This is a quality hotel. Great hot breakfast with a wide variety of good typical breakfast food including waffles, eggs, and daily rotation of the hot food. Nice pool and hot tub too!

Breakfast was very good. The pans that heat the foot could be hotter, food tended to cool off very quickly, and the toaster was really slow. Otherwise, a good variety, clean, and well-kept.
