This hotel is absolutely gorgeous, by far the most beautiful place we have ever stayed! The staff was all incredibly helpful and friendly, amazing morning breakfast and restaurant as well as fabulous little cocktail bar for poolside drinks. Will return again as SOON as we can!

First time in Huatulco and honestly we choose one of a kind hotel there's so many things i can mention about this property but the most important for me was the hotel staff they make you feel in home,Thank you so much Vanessa and Ludo . - Menu its limited but delicious (excellent chef ) - Decoration amazing - Pool and garden Great - View to ocean spectacular - Honey moon suite wonderful Espero regresar pronto muchas gracias por todo

Amazing views from throughout property! Clean room, well managed with excellent and responsive service. Great food with a dedicated and creative chef, a nice pool, and 10 min walk down a small trail to one of the most spectacular beaches, Playa Arena a 1KM beach that you can have almost to yourself, and help with arranging exciting activities like snorkeling tours, wildlife viewing, or waterfall hikes.

The view is striking when you walk in. It is a small hotel which made it easy to visit with other guests. It is a very relaxing place in a quiet area. Could offer better storage for clothes and toiletries, and digital safes would be better. A few more lights on the paths around the pool would be helpful in the evening when walking between rooms. There was noise from the air conditioning or fan in the room above us that was noticeable every night. It is too bad that it is so difficult to get to the beach without paying the hotel below. The view from the pool was wonderful. And employees were very helpful. The restaurant was nice to have, although they didn't provide both menus (one has healthier options) until almost the end of our stay. Meals and drinks could be a little more consistent in preparation, some were quite good. On the whole we enjoyed this hotel and would go back.

We stayed in the Zipolite Suite and enjoyed it. The staff were nice and friendly and the meals in the restaurant were very good. Lounging at the pool for a day was a treat. It is a nice area, easy to access.

We really enjoyed our stay at Casa Ceiba. It is located in a quiet, peaceful, gated community. The hotel is small with 10 large well-equipped rooms/suites. All the rooms have an ocean view and easy access to the large, clean pool. Each morning we were given a large plate of fruit, granola, yoghurt, and some sweet bread, with orange juice and coffee and tea and was included. The walk to the beach is about a 10 minute walk down a trail. The beach is safe for swimming and was beautiful. We rented a car and were able to safely park it very near the hotel in a safe spot. The staff at the hotel was the best! Their English was good and the service excellent. We will for sure come back again because we loved this place so much!

The property at Casa Ceiba is breathtaking. The staff are warm friendly and consistantly, seek to make certain a guest has everything they need. They do this in a perfect balance, so they are never intrusive. The food is exceptional, we ate 3 nights out of 4 at the hotels restaurant

Ths is a great boutique resort. We liked it so much we extended our stay. Service is exceptional, great view, and pool. Its adults only and very quiet.

This hotel reminded us of a large home we rented. As a group of friends/couples we rented 4 of the 9 rooms. We really enjoyed this as no one else had a room rented so it felt like our own private home with the staff to take care of us and a nice pool. I’m not sure if we would feel the same if all the rooms were booked. In that case the pool might feel small. With that said the way the hotel is designed has a feel of privacy. This hotel would not be good for someone with mobility issues.

Our bed was comfortable, the room was clean, but the star was the view!!! Also, the staff was very attentive, helpful, and friendly. Ludo, Leti, and Paulina were wonderful! If you are looking for a quiet, restful place, this is it.

Me encanto la tranquilidad , aunque el ultimo día de mi estancia hubo exceso de ruido en la habitación de abajo, estaban tomando y no dejaron dormir, pero en general muy agradable estancia, la atención del personal magnifica, todo bien la alberca, las camas, limpieza, comida, esta alejada de todo, no hay donde comprar cercano tienes que ir en taxi para recargar provisiones de golosinas o algo que se te antoje.

The food was very good including the free breakfast. The staff were helpful and friendly and the hotel itself is beautiful with giant comfy beds and clean showers. My only complaint: of you have celiac disease this isn't the place for you! I ordered eggs without toast and made it clear I was allergic to gluten. When it arrived with toast they said "oh right, sorry", took it away and then it came back without toast but with little flecks of toast in it from where they'd scraped it off. I didn't realize this until it's eaten most of it so I spent the day with a sore stomach.

Cons This is a new resort so they are still working a few things out especially in the food area." They offer a free breakfast which is a bit of a stretch. You get a very small bowl of fruit with a couple table spoons of yogurt. The basket of breads is not consistent , 2 days we had very nice buns, next day 2 pieces of bread and the next 2 days cookies. We have stayed at many villas before that offered free breakfast and we got a full breakfas I can not comment on their lunch or dinner as we never ate there. Pros The staff are truly amazing!!! I can’t say enough enough about the staff they were at your service at all times and would do anything to try and make your time there better. The rooms are big with a beautiful view of the ocean The pool was a nice size, very clean and looked over the ocean.. They were cleaned every day and done very well. The beach is advertised as a 4 mi. Walk away which is not the fact at all. As I said they just opened in Nov so I’m sure the few problems they are having will be fixed soon especially their breakfast or not advertise free breakfast. I would not hesitate to stay here again with there strong point being their great staff!

The property was beautiful. Tricky to get to the beach, highly recommend getting a day pass to enjoy the beach club at the hotel directly in front. We had a bit of a misunderstanding with our room, we booked a sea view with balcony, but given a ground floor room with a terrace right by the pool. That was considered a balcony room, so no concessions on that. There are some beautiful rooms, but not much privacy in the room by the pool. The fruit plate for breakfast was lovely, but other meals / drinks a hit or miss depending on the chef or bartender. We very much enjoyed our stay, but If there is anything Casa Ceiba could work on is consistency in meal quality, drinks, and service.

Each morning we were given a large plate of fruit, granola, yoghurt, and some sweet bread, with orange juice and coffee and tea and was included. The walk to the beach is about a 10 minute walk down a trail. The beach is safe for swimming and was beautiful. We rented a car and were able to safely park it very near the hotel in a safe spot. The staff at the hotel was the best! Their English was good and the service excellent. We will for sure come back again because we loved this place so much!

El lugar es muy tranquilo!! Justo iba con el objetivo de pasar unos días muy tranquilos y lo logré!! Está en un fraccionamiento muy seguro lo cual además de todo me permitió salir a correr por los alrededores, una ruta con muchas subidas y bajadas, ideal para hacer un buen entrenamiento!! The property was beautiful. Tricky to get to the beach, highly recommend getting a day pass to enjoy the beach club at the hotel directly in front. We had a bit of a misunderstanding with our room, we booked a sea view with balcony, but given a ground floor room with a terrace right by the pool. That was considered a balcony room, so no concessions on that. There are some beautiful rooms, but not much privacy in the room by the pool. The fruit plate for breakfast was lovely, but other meals / drinks a hit or miss depending on the chef or bartender. We very much enjoyed our stay, but If there is anything Casa Ceiba could work on is consistency in meal quality, drinks, and service.

Me encanto la tranquilidad , aunque el ultimo día de mi estancia hubo exceso de ruido en la habitación de abajo, estaban tomando y no dejaron dormir, pero en general muy agradable estancia, la atención del personal magnifica, todo bien la alberca, las camas, limpieza, comida, esta alejada de todo, no hay donde comprar cercano tienes que ir en taxi para recargar provisiones de golosinas o algo que se te antoje.

The view is striking when you walk in. It is a small hotel which made it easy to visit with other guests. It is a very relaxing place in a quiet area. Could offer better storage for clothes and toiletries, and digital safes would be better. A few more lights on the paths around the pool would be helpful in the evening when walking between rooms. There was noise from the air conditioning or fan in the room above us that was noticeable every night. It is too bad that it is so difficult to get to the beach without paying the hotel below. The view from the pool was wonderful. And employees were very helpful. The restaurant was nice to have, although they didn't provide both menus (one has healthier options) until almost the end of our stay. Meals and drinks could be a little more consistent in preparation, some were quite good. On the whole we enjoyed this hotel and would go back.

The food was very good including the free breakfast. The staff were helpful and friendly and the hotel itself is beautiful with giant comfy beds and clean showers. My only complaint: of you have celiac disease this isn't the place for you! I ordered eggs without toast and made it clear I was allergic to gluten. When it arrived with toast they said "oh right, sorry", took it away and then it came back without toast but with little flecks of toast in it from where they'd scraped it off. I didn't realize this until it's eaten most of it so I spent the day with a sore stomach.

Cons This is a new resort so they are still working a few things out especially in the food area." They offer a free breakfast which is a bit of a stretch. You get a very small bowl of fruit with a couple table spoons of yogurt. The basket of breads is not consistent , 2 days we had very nice buns, next day 2 pieces of bread and the next 2 days cookies. We have stayed at many villas before that offered free breakfast and we got a full breakfas I can not comment on their lunch or dinner as we never ate there. Pros The staff are truly amazing!!! I can’t say enough enough about the staff they were at your service at all times and would do anything to try and make your time there better. The rooms are big with a beautiful view of the ocean The pool was a nice size, very clean and looked over the ocean.. They were cleaned every day and done very well. The beach is advertised as a 4 mi. Walk away which is not the fact at all. As I said they just opened in Nov so I’m sure the few problems they are having will be fixed soon especially their breakfast or not advertise free breakfast. I would not hesitate to stay here again with there strong point being their great staff!

Casa Ceiba has amazing staff. I made many friends! Mari who cleans the rooms does a marvelous job! Vane the manager is super quick to solve any issues, our host and chef always with a smile. The rooms are wonderful! There is no direct access to the beach. One has to walk outside the property for about 10 minutes and go down a steep hill with trees and plants. You need to need to walk this path with tennis shoes to avoid sleeping. Once at the beach you will see beds and umbrellas but those are private property and you can't rent them out or order food from the staff that is there. Sometimes you might be able to get a day pass from the private place in front the beach for $500 pesos per person and it can be used as credit for food and drinks, but it is up to that place to grant a pass. Beds were spacious and comfortable. The hotel was very good about providing towels to travel to beaches and to take tours to the Cascadas and the bay area.

Very nice boutique hotel with nine rooms on a bluff overlooking Conejos Bay. Excellent pool and about a 15 minute walk along a steep trail down to the beach. Room was very nice and many rooms have ocean views. Nice breakfast is included. Food and drinks in the restaurant were also excellent. Staff were very helpful and service was great. I don’t like big all inclusive resorts and buffets so Casa Ceiba was my kind of place and I would highly recommend it for travellers who have similar likes. Shout out to staff members Memo, Kelly, Giovani and Rosie in particular but all the staff were great.
