I have been staying at One&Only resorts for over 20 years and have always had exceptional experiences. Unfortunately, this hotel did not live up to the usual standard. The service was very poor from the start. On arrival, there was little attention to detail, and throughout my stay, staff seemed unorganized and inattentive. At breakfast, I waited over 30 minutes just to receive a drink. One of the biggest disappointments was that the rooftop pool was closed — something I was not informed about when I booked. Few things that do this hotel the lowest of all the One & Only Hotels in Dubai: - kids are not allowed to enter the infinity pool area, nowhere on this site does it say that.. -they have a kids area pool - with 3 interconnected pools, out of the 3, kids are allowed in only 1 of them, even if the are only 80-90 deep. - to get to the kids pool area you have 2 switch 3 elevators in 2 building blocks and with the air conditioning - it's a nightmare when you are with children. - staff is just normal, always trying to help but never in fact doing anything. - the people from the breakfast area, the staff, they are rude an tired at 9.00 AM. The most i waited for a coffee - was around 40 min, with an average of 20. Incredible i would say... The hotel is new, beautiful, etc... however, the people and the awkwardness of the property was making our stay difficult and bad. I wouldn't go back and i would advise any1 with children to skip this one.

My experience at One & Only Zaabeel was wonderful. Everything was perfect, the Staff, the spacious room, the ambience, the breakfast & just absolutely everything. The place was sometimes (not always) a bit smelly, but they tried to compensate that with a fabulous set of perfumes & diffusers. Definitely worth a try. Will come back again.

We loved this place so much, it has amzimg view the staff was excellent from the hotel loby to the rooftop bar to all restaurants their customer service was 1000% everyday day. The hotel was very clean and they made our 10 years anniversary enjoyable.

Amazing building and rooms. Grand Za’abeel room is stunning - beautiful bathtub the size of a plunge pool! Incredible Burj Khalifa view. Staff is kind, warm, professional and execute with grace and humour. Stunning shared areas. The lobby, the hallways, and the views feel luxurious with beautiful modern design. Link is a landmark in itself. A wonderful and gorgeous place to stay!!

It’s excellent designed hotel and property’s. The staffs and management seemed overstaffed, undertrained, very slow services in all type of services ( checking in and anything with front desk, guest service, housekeeping, valet parking, elevators, ..etc) even though they were polite, friendly, smiling and trying to help. It’s overpriced to the current services level. Restaurants, pool, gym, and lounges were good. It is the first month for this hotel and hope to see changes and improvements in the future.
