I know that it would be a pretty hefty cost, but the rooftop bar is in really bad shape. Nobody is up there. There’s no bartender up there. There’s no misting system. There’s no cover from the sun and the view is amazing. It’s a waste of a great view.

Loved location, could use some maintenance in the gym. Pool was supposed to be heated, not so much. No hot tub. Awesome staff. Had to pay for parking. Room was very nice. No tub, but shower was really great. Comfortable beds!

All staff are excellent and friendly! Beds are comfortable, rooms clean. Pool and gym were clean and available. Only suggestions are, add umbrellas at the pool for coverage over the pool (only 2 there and both were broken), buttons on elevator didn’t work.

Had a horrible sewer smell coming from the shower. Spoke to the front desk 2 times to get it fixed and they told me they sent someone up to fix it and then nothing. Front desk seemed uninterested in my concern and in fixing the issue.

Staff was over the top nice and accommodating. However the physical plant itself needs some adjusting. Internet connection didn’t work. In room steamer didn’t work. Shower was Luke warm and both ice machines were broken. Staff helped correct all these issues but I’ve never had so many issues when staying at a hotel. It was very clean. Location was good but don’t think I’d stay there again.

Hotel is in a good location for dining options. Rooms are small but modern and clean. Decent coffee machine in the room and overall amenities good. Unfortunately, the lack of hot water in the morning was an issue-- apparently from all guests. I kept receiving text messages from the BW website to request anything needed in the room. Asked for an extra blanket but no response. NOTE: parking is an extra $10.00 a/day which is separate from hotel.

Nice place to stay. We were there for 6 nights with our grandson. He thought it was cool. Comfortable beds, daily housekeeping, and helpful, cheerful staff. The rooftop was a great evening spot and the lobby areas were nice places to spend time. Location is within walking distance of many great restaurants. The only problem we had was what my phone, tablet and laptop regarded as malicious and dangerous sites when I tried to log on. Have never had this problem before in dozens of hotels. My devices would not log me into the internet, even long enough to use VPN. Staff were either completely unaware or were covering for a problem they knew they had. Unacceptable either way. A few days of fooling around with different networks and they finally let me use the staff network when I asked for a rate adjustment for no connectivity. Thank goodness I have a good data plan on my phone - probably why there weren't lots of people lined up in the lobby complaining, they didn't realize they were using phone data.

Great location. Walked to the light rail and watched Diamondbacks game. Lobby was great. Front desk fast, friendly and efficient! Room was comfortable, but a/c was noisy and when on and off during the night. A steady quieter fan would be soo much better.

The hotel was nice and clean + the staff were great.. but I was in room 512 below the roof bar area which ruined the experience. There was loud club music + stomping sounds until midnight. After the music stopped, there was more stomping likely due to the crew cleaning up. It was not quiet until around 1am. In the morning I was awaken to more stomping sounds from the roof at around 7am. This was one of the noisiest room I've ever stayed in. I would recommend you do not put people up in room 512 and hope the other rooms aren't as noisy.

The rooms are very modern and clean, BUT it is extremely noisy: the rooms have an AC unit that rattles all night and since you cannot open the windows, there really is no other choice than running it. 2nd: the train runs by the hotel and makes a lot of noise. 3rd: the traffic noise is AWFUL! It sounded like some car race was going on until 2 a.m. every night. I did not get much sleep in this hotel. Parking is expensive ($13/night), too!

I checked in on a Friday arriving from the east coast. After dropping off my luggage in room, I went to get dinner. When I came back there was extremely loud music above me and it sounded like someone was throwing things. I called downstairs to complain and was told there was an event going on until 8pm on the roof. I was on the 5th floor. When I checked in I was not warned of this event. At 848 the party was still going on. I called the desk again and was told there were only 5 people on the roof. I informed the girl the music is louder than before and the event was suppose to stop at 8. Also, I left the sign on the outside door handle to the room for my room to be cleaned on Sat/Sun and my rooms was never cleaned my entire stay even with me requesting for it to be done. I am extremely disappointed in management that they would allow a college party to take place knowing it would inconvenience the other guest paying to stay there. I will not stay here again or recommend the hotel to anyone.

This is one of my favorite hotels in the U.S. I love staying here. Unfortunately, two unpleasant things happened this time--for the first time ever: 1) The front desk called me at 12:30 a.m. It was a mistake, and they apologized, but why?? 2) Twice I put the "Please clean the room" sign on the door, but on neither occasion did they clear the room. Overall this is still a great place to stay in Tempe.

The hotel was clean and quiet with lots to do around the area and at the hotel. Only thkng that I found on as a negative was there was 1 hotel front desk staff that qas rude and not helpful. Treated us like an inconvenience and rolled their eyes at us when asked a simple question of who they suggestion to call for a ride to airport.

Located in a convenient area of Tempe with multiple public transport nearby. Walking distance to Mills Ave with endless eatery options and ASU campus. Hotel seemed quite full coinciding with spring break and Spring training but room was extremely quiet. I will book again without any hesitation.

This property definitely has a great Vibe! Decor is trendy and fun. The service was excellent as well! Some nice easy food options right in the hotel. Great amenities in the rooms! Rooftop bar has an amazing view and it’s so close to great restaurants and shopping.

Great experience. Slightly understaffed at the restaurant and the bar. They got a taco place. If you’re not from a place where they got good tacos then you’ll probably like this. Everything closes at 10 PM in the hotel. Shout out to Eileen at the bar, made our experience great.

Rooftop is very nice- comfortable seating. Beautiful sunsets. The restaurant on site is great - had the tacos- were really good! Pool area is nice. Staff were great. Beds are comfy- shower is a bit cramped- but hot at least. Walkable area- many coffee shops and restaurants. Not a shopping town if you were looking for quaint shops.

Building is very nice and clean. Free and easy parking. Has a Cousins Lobster restaurant inside which is pretty awesome Walking distance to lots of restaurants etc. Layout of room was a bit odd but still contemporary and cool. Bed was super comfortable. Bar downstairs and on the rooftop. My only complaint was the coffee situation. I think it’s just basic hotel courtesy to have complimentary coffee for guests. You have a small coffee maker in your room but that’s not the same. I tried to go downstairs to order coffee but the cafe is only open certain hours. It’s a small complaint so overall great hotel and would stay again.

The hotel was great, but the rooftop bar was not staffed during my entire visit. I’m not sure the bar was open often either. Overall a beautiful hotel and the rooftop views are incredible.
