The staff was quite exceptional. So helpful. The rooms however could be more like other motel rooms of similar price. They offer no shampoo, conditioner or dryer. You can get kitchen stuff from office of you ask.

The staff is Super nice and helpful. They go above and beyond. But room did need a little extra cleaning. Be aware, motel has NO amenities except soap. No shampoo or blow drier. Kitchen set up on request.

The room came with a full size fridge with freezer, stove top to and microwave. Great room liked that I could cook. There's also a Denny's nearby. No problems A/C was cold and water was hot. I would recommend you stay here. Close to south mountain hiking and Arizona mills mall. Also in n out is close

This was supposedly an extended Stay hotel. There was a fridge, microwave and stove top. The property had no ice machine. And the unit had NO dishes or glasses. Bed was very uncomfortable and the air conditioner didn’t work properly. I would never stay again.

Grounds were lovely. Room was acceptable. Kitchenette provided no utensils or dishes. Cooktop was usable via timer - one knob was broken off. Beds were ok for a night. Location was excellent to the Arizona Mall and the airport (about 11 mins to airport). It served us for a night before an early flight.

Terrible experience, probably the worst hotel/motel experience I’ve had. We got the room as soon as the front desk said it had been cleaned. In the room there were dead cockroaches in the drawers, food still smeared in the microwave, the toilet and shower were stained and had obviously not been cleaned, and the kitchen sink was disgusting. I really wish I would’ve just stayed somewhere else. Only positive is that the room was dirt cheap - I now see why.

The room had a terrible smell. Bathroom was not cleaned foot prints on the floor and hair on floor. Was disappointed in the cleanliness of this place. If I could have cancelled when I seen the room I would have. I will never visit with them again. Staff was really nice tho. Only thing I liked

Horrible, nasty and disgusting! The room looked like it hadn’t been cleaned in a LONG time, I understand normal wear and tear but this place was an infested with cockroaches. Shower was rusty and gross. Room is so rundown and filthy. Avoid at all cost sleep in your car if you have to. This place should be ashamed of themselves.

I should of taken pictures checked in went to the room it was dirty sheets were nasty floor also was dirty plain nasty complained to the front desk she gave me a diffent room was also nasty hairs on the bed blocked like blood stains on the wall asked for refund no luck on that so I left did not stay would not recommend

Booked a king suite with kitchenette, that’s not what i was given. Initial room did not match pictures. No couch, or chairs kitchen only had fridge. Went to the front desk multiple times bc things were missing. Room was changed 5 times over 2 nights. Had to call for iron, stove didn’t work, not enough towels, room smelled like animal & smoke. Ice machine didn’t work. Neighbors were super noisy so didnt get any sleep.

You might as well just stay at Motel 6 and save a few bucks. Obviously apartments that were turned into a motel, with most residents being “extended stay”. Only one person in the office, and sometimes no one, while the office is closed. Room was very beat up. Door knobs falling off, broken lights, toilet seat hanging on by a thread, beds seem very old, etc. Just not worth the price.

It’s a Studio 6, basically a good overnight stay. Very friendly staff, but you can hear the highway all night, and the walls between rooms are paper thin. No toiletries either.

I have been staying at this hotel for 2 nights a week for a couple of months on business. More often than not when I get there to sign in, there is a sign on the door that they are out running errands and will be back shortly. Having to wait for someone to open up while waiting in 110 degree weather is not any fun. They need someone to be there for checking in at all times.

Upon checking, they actually checked me into a room.That was occupied so I ended up walking in on someone elsextracurricular activities let's just say. Then they realized that they booked me for the wrong day.Put me in the wrong room so I have to go through the lovely process of contacting hotels.com to change the dates.And moving my luggage from one room to another and all of this took about three hours to get checked in.

Not a great hotel - Be wary about booking here! No attendant on duty in evenings and nights and no way to get a hold of anyone. I booked a reservation late night and showed up with no way to get into hotel. No one answered the "phone" provided and no contact information. So I had to go down the street and book another hotel. When I requested a refund both through Expedia as well as directly with the property - I was ignored!

When i was getting ready to insert my room key into the slot, a man came walking out of the room!!! He was booked in that room. I had to go to the front desk and get a new room assigned. I'm glad I wasn't in the room, as a single solo woman, and had the man walk in on me!!! This is the 2nd serious error in my past two times staying there. I think im done.

Checking in was horrible, this is the second time I’ve booked years ago they didn’t have a room and I had booked thru hotels. This second time was in the are and no one was at the front desk spent 20 mins trying to get a hold of front desk called hotels and then I was finally able to check in.

One particular staff member is EXTREMELY RUDE! She never takes the time to greet anyone. Every interaction with her has been a hassle and an inconvenience for her. However, every other staff member has been wonderful and kind. But one person can ruin the entire experience and outlook on this business, and make you not want you return.

Sits next to I10, very good for traveling, but also quite Rooms are dated but in good condition for the most part. Staff were friendly. Gas station and Denny's on the corner. Over all a good place to stay at on the lower side of price.

It is over-priced during the week, with no hair dryers, mis-matched coffee pot sizes to coffee packets, gang members/stalkers/dealers posted as homeless, a couple with cardboard signs followed us to hotel street turn from freeway exit on foot too. It is not safe area for walking around even for a single male, even though there is a mall on the other side of the freeway. No orbit free buses come withing 1.5 miles. Stalker appeared to be standing just at sidewalk area watching our hotel bldg too. Very scary.

Stayed for one night in March 2024. Hotel is located about 10 min of Phoenix airport, which was nice. Room was clean and decent. It\'s a budget hotel at a decent price, so don\'t expect much. I would describe it as "no-frills". While I wouldn\'t suggest staying long-term, it\'s OK for short trips.

Despite my lower rating I really enjoyed my stay. The area is a little rough and there are quite a few homeless folks out and about. No one was mean or anything. Walkable to a Dennys that has great staff. I would absolutely stay here again, but may not be for everyone.

Very nice to have a full size coffee pot, full size fridge and a cook top. Nice to have a counter top and some tall stools. Beds were comfortable. I did miss having a standard height chair to relax in, though. Near a busy road and can hear the traffic.

We stayed five days for our daughters volleyball tounament. The price was great especially because it came with a kitchen & the amenities, refrigerator and laundry mat within the property. The property maybe dated but the bed was comfortable & it had hot water. I would have given 5 stars but the room smelt like cigarettes which made our allergies go crazy, but I would return.

This is a no frills place to stay, especially if you are flying out. I had 3 bars of soap but no shampoo in my room. That's ok, I just don't remember it being mentioned. My room did have a little kitchenette.

The location was ideal, and I love the front door access. Friendly staff, nice clean property. The kitchenette was great. One suggestion , to ask housekeeping to fill ice trays. Not sure if there was an ice machine on the property. Thanks for the hospitality.
