Regency Luxury Suites

Pros - Excellent views of marina from some suites and balconies - Very polite and service oriented (many Indian) staff members, although they were slow on the uptake (e.g., didn’t immediately grasp what we wanted) and uncoordinated among themselves (I asked for a saucepan and one of them told me it was already delivered when in fact, it hadn’t been) Cons - Don’t give you more than 2 keys - Water pressure in the shower was variable - Kitchen was pathetically stocked—had to ask for every little thing, from saucepans and frying pans to paper napkins, scissors (which when finally delivered didn’t even work that well), and wine glasses - We would have liked 2 suites on the same floor (we were a large grp), but we were given “upgraded” suites on 2 different floors, which turned out to be a “curse in disguise” - Key suddenly stopped working - Shower was clogged up - Archaic systems: kitchen has “gas button” - Piddly balconies - Didn’t give us 2 apartments on the same floor even though they had them - Didn’t call back with info on laundry for 20 min, despite promising to do so - Didn’t return laundry the same day, despite promising to do so - At the bfast area, service is quite bad. They don’t proactively offer water. And when they do, they only offer it to the person asking for it, not to the whole group. - Chef isn’t there at the omelette station and needs to be sent for often. So, net nett, i wouldn't stay there again. Not sure why it is highly rated by other visitors

Family of 4 really enjoyed our stay here. The room was very spacious and clean and had great views with a balcony of the marina. We paid a premium to stay in this location as it’s an easy walk to the stunning marina, tourist friendly and also the beach. The pool was fabulous with stunning views. They were upgrading the lifts which would be good when done. Luckily we were out of season so not busy. There’s a large construction site outside the entrance but it wasn’t being worked on. It had no impact on the views from the rooms. I expect it hard to find accommodation in Dubai without some new construction nearby. Staff were very friendly and helpful 24/7.

Preis-Leistung war super, vermutlich bedingt durch die Reisezeit außerhalb der Saison und des Umbaus des Eingangsbereiches, was zu einer nicht wirklich gelungenen Alternative führte, was aber in der Natur der Sache lag. Der Name ist hier nicht Programm, insbesondere für Dubai-Verhältnisse ist hier nichts "Royal" sondern nur Mittelklasse, definitiv nicht mehr als 3 Sterne. Lage ist recht gut in der Nähe der Marina und nicht weit zum Strand. Hier muss man allerdings wissen, dass man nicht wie anderswo alle 50m einen Durchgang hat. Ist man auf der Strasse parallel zum Strand gibt es keinerlei Weg zwischen den Hotels, nach rechts geht gar nichts und links muss man auch ein ganzes Stück parallel laufen. In der Nähe gute Einkaufsmöglichkeiten (diverse kleine Supermärkte) und zahlreiche Restaurants

Zugangskarten funktionierten dauernd nicht im Aufzug. Schlafzimmerbalkontür war undicht, deshalb sehr laut im Zimmer. Möbel schmutzig und unbequem. Kühlschrank und Klimaanlage in einem Raum derekt, wurde aber schnell repariert. Sanitäreinrichtungen mittelmäßig. Preis-/Leistungsverhältnis komplett unangemessen. Lage ist perfekt zwischen Marina, Metro und Mall

Good location close to the Dubai Marina Mall but there’s a construction site opposite to it. There’s also not enough key card (only one card can be provided) and couldn’t give us the room after check-in time.

Otel gerçekten çok güzeldi. Konumu Sobha realty metro istasyonuna 10-12 dakika, marinaya 5 dakika jbr’a da 15 dakika yürüme mesafesindeydi. Her yere bu denli yakın olmasını çok sevdik. 3 kişi kaldık. Bir büyük çift kişilik yatak ve bir büyük koltuk vardı. Çok rahat ettik bu konuda. Sadece odayı tuttuk. Mutfak kısmında mikrodalga, fırın, ocak, ekmek kızartma makinesi gibi kurtarıcı mutfak eşyaları büyük kolaylık sağladı bize. Kahvaltı ve akşam yemeği konusunda yorum yapamayacağım fakat temizlik konusunda gerçekten harikalar. Sizi rahat ettirmek için ellerinden geleni yapıyorlar. Diş fırçası krem şampuan pamuk iğne ipliğe kadar her şey çok ince ayrıntısına kadar düşünülmüştü. Ve kattaki görevlilerden ne isterseniz anında getiriliyordu. Otelin yalnızca havuz kısmını beğenmedim. 1.10 falan sanırım boyu. Havuz kısmından hiç keyif alamadık ve galiba tek eksisi de bu. Otelin ilgi alakası çok iyiydi. Dubaiye tekrar gelecek olsam yine bu oteli seçerim. Ek olarak otelin hemen 5 dakika mesafesinde Dubai marina mall, carrefoursa, ve 7/24 açık olan bir market var.

La seule chose qu’on a le moins aimé est la piscine car pas assez de place pour tout le monde qui habite dans l’hôtel

Otelin konumu çok merkezi,Marina ve plaja yürüme mesafesinde,ayrıca meytoya da çoknyakın.Kesinlikle tavsiye ederim. Kahvaltı vasattı,odalar geniş ve temiz.klima güzel çalışıyor.havuz ebat olarak büyük ama derinlik olarak 1 metre civarında. Personel güleryuzlu,otopark mevcut.

The hotel is in a great location in Dubai marina, 10 min walk from the metro, 5 from the tram and 10 from the beach. My room was pretty new, very clean with a nice view on the marina. The staff was kind and helpful, specially waiters. The pool is big enough, unfortunately after 1pm there's no sun.

Absolutely loved staying here!! The hotel was clean, check in and out was so fast and convenient. The staff was verh helpful and responsive to me. Room was always kept tidy everytime i went out. Will definitely be coming back!!!

bed sheets where dusty and unpleasent ... i had to ask them to change it it was probably not changed... overall stuff was friendly

El hotel está bien ubicado pero las piezas chicas , poco modernas muy básicas , toallas de mala calidad , cocina invasiba en la pieza , pasillos pasados a comida !!! No lo recomiendo alfombra habitación sucia !!!

Recently stayed at Regency Luxury Suites for 7 days 19-26 November. I had a top floor one bedroom apartment with a balcony. It was perfect for my needs and whilst Luxury is a bit ott the accommodation was spotless, well thought out, staff were first class especially Beatrice on Reception. The location is excellent for the Marina, for getting over to The Walk and Beach and not far from 2 Metro stations. If I return to this part of Dubai I would be thrilled to return to this Apartment.

Great experience staying. Friendly staff. Very loud music across the street on Saturday 9 PM. Hard to sleep. Rest was great and recommended! Marina drive is busy all the time. Just FYI for future people

Good location at the entrance of Dubai Marina, perfect to take taxi, since the hotel is located just before traffic starts. Free room upgrade granted us a huge room with a superb view of Dubai Marina and nice amenities such as kitchen and washing machine, very appreciated! Walkable 10 mins from JBR and very convenient to take electric scooters on the Marina Walk! Just one tip for the hotel: please place the bed in the room in a way that faces the outside Marina view.

Struttura comoda e pulita, vicino a tutte le attrazioni principali di Dubai Marina, 5 min a piedi da Marina Mall. Personale molto gentile Purtroppo le aree comuni sono un po’ old school e le stanze poco insonorizzate, si sente tutto!

Great location, Walkable to Marina Mall and JBR, and metro Staff excellent and professional Delay with room being ready, mixed communication about this. Front desk very helpful. Room quite small and basic from what I was expecting.

Stayed in a One bedroom apartment overlooking the Dubai Marina. Apartment was huge, living room spacious with a balcony overlooking the Marina and Sea, had a small Kitchen as well and the bedroom was spacious and comfortable. Beds extremely comfortable and the Sofa in the living room can be converted into a double bed. 2.mins walking distance from the Waterfront which is a great place for a morning/evening Walk Dubai Marina Maill is a 5 min walk from the property and the closest metro station DMCC is a 15 min Walk from the property. Bathrooms were clean and toiletries provided were good. Only drawback i encountered was the lack of options for Vegetarians in the buffet Breakfast and dinner .

Greatest of customer service ever seen in all my years of travelling 100s of hotels! The staff will go out of their way to help you and assist you in every way thank you

I wouldn't call the hotel luxury, so the advertisement is misleading. The room was clean, but it was definitely a step down from Tumbi Hotel Dubai The Palm. I wish I had kept my booking there, but I wanted to try new things! The room was also so cold at night, so when I called the receptionist to ask about heating, they hung up — and as an asthmatic, this was very important to me! The customer service wasn't great. The manager, Aziz, had an attitude from the beginning; it was barely possible to get any response to questions! I usually don't leave bad reviews, but as someone who owned a hotel, I think it is important to leave feedback — especially if the management is not communicating — and hopefully, it will help improve their service!

Clean room and helpful staff

Staff were super nice and processional, specifically 2 bellboy, Tuhin & Parmar. They always offered assistant and assisted us numerous times. We’re coming back to this place for sure.

Great location at the heart of the marina but avoiding traffic, bed is comfortable and apartments are clean. Some staff have an attitude, especially the front desk man that is there at night, but besides that, will 100% stay again

Stunning view of Marina, literally minutes walk away to the beach, shopping mall, restaurants. Very convenient and touristic area. Hotel staffs were friendly, special thanks to Mr Fahad for helping me with Amazon delivery and advice us regarding transportation. My wife and I already trying to book for our summer vacation in June through expedia, unfortunately it is not available. 😩

Nice sized room and a perfect location for the marina and the JBR..

Great service and location will make us come back in the future. Walking distance to metro, big shopping mall, restaurants and Dubai marina is a big deal.

Very spacious rooms, a super location and Marina views (if booked), clean and very new bathrooms. The kitchen could be a bit cleaner and newer but still fine. Breakfast room is very small and breakfast is basic but okay.

I feel very sad and shocked when I arrived they asked me to pay 750 DRH deposit This absolutely unacceptable And the the team was to rude The breakfast was really poor quality with no flavour the taste was not frish

Die Zimmer sind sehr geräumig und sauber. Das Personal ist sehr hilfsbereit und nett. Die Marina Mall ist zu Fuss in knapp 10 Minuten erreichbar und der Strand ca. 20 Minuten entfernt. Das Angebot und die Qualität vom Frühstück ist okay.

It was a pleasure to stay at this hotel. They have very kind and helpful hotel staff! In higher floors and the right room you can see part of the marina. Just some footsteps from the marina walk. The breakfast was awesome. Always fresh eggs from a separate person who prepares them to perfection. Fresh fruits, arabic food and lot more! Really delicious. The rooms are very clean and we have always got water from the staff. We would definitely stay again at this hotel! Thank you very much again for your outstanding job there!
