What guests think

At Staybridge Suites - Guadalajara Novena by IHG, travelers highlight a central, safe location, clean and comfortable suite-style rooms with kitchenettes, and especially friendly staff—often praising the breakfast team—making it a practical choice for families, business trips, and longer stays.

Facilities like free self-service laundry, a gym, and social hours add convenience, though several guests found the parking arrangement cumbersome due to elevator changes and ticket validation. Rooms are generally quiet and comfortable with good beds and kitchenettes, but a few mentioned noisy refrigerators, limited AC control, or worn/squeaky mattresses. Cleanliness is widely praised, yet there are occasional reports of mold in showers, a pest sighting, or missed bathroom refills. Overall, expect a modern, convenient stay with welcoming service.

The hotel itself is beautiful but the parking sucks. You have to park underground then take an elevator to a floor that leads to another building and take another elevator to the lobby then check in and then another elevator to your room. It’s difficult if traveling with kids and there’s no help or bell desk.

Room was really clean and comfortable. The moment you step into the room it smells like clean and new. Bed and pillows really comfortable. They offered a lot of options for the breakfast. Also another thing that I liked is that overall it was quiet in the room.

The breakfast room is clean, the food is okay but the in suite where we stayed we found a roach in the bathroom, which we reported and they came to clean but nothing else was done. Those suites are constantly rented and perhaps they need to fumigate every couple of weeks to maintain the suites clean from any vermin.

We really enjoyed our stay. Breakfast was awesome and Rita and her staff were amazing providing first-class service.

The property was clean and in excellent condition, the staff were prompt, attentive, and outgoing (especially Rita, a breakfast attendant, who exemplified amazing customer service and care for the guest), and the room received daily housekeeping. Because of its central location, Staybridge Novena is a short walk (or drive) away from most anything you’d want to do. Don’t waste time fretting. If you are planning to visit Guadalajara, the Staybridge Novena hotel should be at the top of your hotel list.
