Stayed 1 night

I requested an additional room key and was told only one key per room. I requested additional towels and never received them. When we went to bed, the air conditioner started making noise and leaking water on the night stand and head board, we did get moved to another room. The bathrooms did not have any body lotion and the liquid soap was horrible. No wash clothes provided in the rooms either and only one hand towel. This was my first time staying there, however, most likely the last time as well.

In our room, there were no face wash cloths. Also, there’s a Sports bar next door that kept us up all night. We had to be at the airport at 3am—so we barely got any sleep or rest due to hearing the base on off. The receptionist that checked us in, was short and “did her job” but when we had questions she responded as if we were ignorant. The receptionist that was there as we departed was very nice. The room was alright. A very different set up.

Room was fine although bathroom sink had a large imentarycrack. Location left nowhere to walk, but there was an adequate Mexican restaurant in the complex and a Wing Stop. Complimentary breakfast had good selections.
