The swimming pool was closed for repairs. The halls were warmer than outside air, so I’m guessing around 85-90 in hallways, which made our room difficult to cool. There was a party in the meeting room directly underneath our room-#229, which had the floor vibrating and beating to the music until 10 pm. Also I assume due to the party, we had difficulty finding a parking space after dinner. 🙁 The room was very clean and nice but the issues were unacceptable.

Greatstay as part of a longer trip. Room is very spacious. The kitchen had everything and was great. Fridge was a nice size. There is a nice sitting area. The beds and pillows were comfortable. The bathroom is clean. The hotel overall is pretty modern. Brandon at the front desk was great. He acknowledged my silver status and gave us cold welcome waters. Perfect after day a day in the Louisiana heat. There was a good selection of hot food for breakfast. The outside had a nice sitting area with firepit. I didnt get to use itbut wish i did. Would stay here again and would recommend

The pool was a main draw for choosing this property. The day we arrived, it was green and smelled of urine. Many people complained, and it was ultimately shut down. By the day we were checking out, it was finally opened again, but still did not look swimmable. The room cleaning is done every other day, which is okay, but when they did come, there was no restock of toilet paper, nor a check on any of the shampoo or conditioner. You had to go to the front desk and ask for more supplies.

Breakfast was just ok. We were hot in the room at night and asked for a fan but the front desk didn't have any at all. The pool was small and there was heavy traffic on the interstate (we could also see the interstate) so being in the pool while there was heavy trafiic was not great because we could smell all the exhaust.

It is rare to report being pleasantly surprised these days, but we were! Room was clean, modern, spacious, and well appointed. Hotel and room smelled like a spa. Staff were very accommodating with a special request, also friendly and cheerful. We had an issue with our blinds not working, and the night guest clerk came and helped us fix it right away. The area felt safe and quiet. The breakfast buffet was very good (you must try the biscuits!) I do not hesitate to recommend.

For the most part everything was fine. Our bathroom had some hairs left behind. Spots/satins on the carpet possibly from pets. TV’s were upgraded the day after we arrived which was nice for our chill times. The staff during our stay was always friendly, polite and helpful. We would recommend and we would stay again.

We arrived and our room still had food in the fridge from the last people who were staying there. There was only one towel in the room and there was 5 of us. There was 1 roll and a half of toilet paper and no extras. Sheets had little burnt hole marks on them. Breakfast was okay but the english muffins and breakfast sandwiches were a bit stale and hard. Area around seems sketchy at night. Probably would'nt stay here again!

Loved the spacious room worked perfectly for our family. The breakfast options were great for a free breakfast. We did have some issues during our stay with cleanliness and miscommunication no staff member was on the same page to take care of the issue. Upon arrival the king bedding smelled horrible and musty, no shampoo, and only 1 roll of toilet paper. I would stay here again but would definitely check cleanliness upon arrival.

This hotel was spectacular. The young man, Bernard/Brandon?, that checked us in was extremely helpful and friendly. The hotel is surrounded by several choices for food so we didn’t have to hit the road again. The room was huge and so nice. The bed and pillows were very comfy. I would like to know what the brand is. Great place to stay.

Overall okay visit. Room was nice, staff seemed bothered when we arrived at 9:00pm for check in. Our room was the last one on the floor closest to the highway. Didn’t sleep with all the road traffic hearing every semi going by.

The only complaint I have is that the room always felt damp. I hand washed an item of clothing, cotton, not thick on Wednesday night and it was still not completely dry on Sunday morning. A de-humidifier is desperately needed in this room.

We found this hotel to be clean and the staff was responsive and courteous. (Ŵe needed batteries for the remote).It was the first time we used this hotel so finding that the room had a full kitchenette was a bonus. Definitely would stay here again.

From our arrival, Brandon at the front desk was smiling and very helpful with information and making sure we were comfortable. The rooms were super clean and the breakfast was good. I will make this my go to when I am in Baton Rouge. And will try this brand of hotel in other cities.

I arrived to check-in at 2:15am, exhausted from driving all day and night. The 2nd set of doors were locked, so I tried to get the front desk gentleman's attention. He had a couple at the desk and he was on the phone and he looked at me several times but paying me zero attention standing between the automatic doors. Even tried caling a few times but with no answer. Finally, I just gave up. $125 down the drain, having to seek other accomodations. Extremely annoyed with that much money taken without even getting the opportunity to enjoy the stay that I paid for.

When I first made it there to check in at 4:10, my suite was not ready and had to wait 25-30 mins for housekeeping to clean it. Upon entering the suite, it smelled like a DOG!!! A complete turn off! I had to ask the front desk associate for something to help get rid of the smell and she gave me Lysol…Asode from that, the suite was perfect ! The overnight front desk associate is EXTREMELY RUDE! I accidentally locked myself out of the hotel and had to call to be let back in and he had a nasty attitude about it. When he let me in, I then asked what do you have an attitude for? He proceeded to say ma’am if you don’t like it you can leave and I said I know I can but what does that have to with you having an attitude… About 20 mins later, the police was at my room door stating he wanted me off the premises. I was so baffled and taken back by this and upset because I still don’t understand why he had me leave the hotel. I paid more than average that night because of high rates during superbowl weekend! That was not cool! I travel and go to hotels often and I’m NEVER A PROBLEM! For what!? I’m so unproblematic and chill. Still waiting on a call back from upper management!

Overall it was a very nice hotel to stay at. Check in with a little rough but understandable considering they had a large Russia people show up to check in at the same time. We reserve three rooms on the same floor near each other. The hotel staff was very kind and made sure that our wishes were accepted and taking care of The first room we went to wasn't clean but the immediately moved us to another floor and made sure all of our rooms were still together near the elevator. The hotel manager and staff was very friendly and professional throughout our entire state. The breakfast area and hotel was clean and the food was actually good. We will be staying here again.

Hospitality was excellent from the moment I walked in the front doors to check-in and throughout my stay of 2 nights. I was there on business and required some printing assistance the second night. The staff was friendly, helpful, and we were successful printing my materials. The room was clean and the bed was comfortable. Traffic noise can be heard at night due to the location (near downtown Baton Rouge), but I was still able to get a good night’s rest.
