The staff was excellent. We enjoyed the restaurant Agora for everything they served and the staff went above and beyond to serve us.

Staff was pleasant and helpful. Property is aged and in need of updating. Even though I brought it to staff attention immediately, my room had lukewarm water in the shower and was never resolved during a week long stay. Room was good sized, but the recliner, which I did use, was terribly worn. There was a lingering “perfume type” odor. The bed was comfortable. The bathroom is very cramped. The casino was fun and the staff were pleasant. The restaurant, though separate from the hotel, was good. Not sure I would stay again.

The staff were terrific, the rooms were a nice size but otherwise not great: very dated and dark. Location was great if you don’t want to be directly on Main Street, which we didn’t, but you can easily get downtown with the trolley or by walking. The casino portion was bigger than I would have expected due to the size of the hotel and was well staffed.

Our room was very clean. The lobby and entry could use some updating. The outdoor area by the gulch could be utilized better since it is a fabulous feature. The new coffee shop and bar is AMAZING! Overall very good.
