Broken windows, broken tiles, cigarettes inside windows, no water heater, room smelled dirty When i got the key, the sleeve was wrinkly, old and dirty. Used many times without replacing for a clean one. And advertising a pool, but when we got there there was no water in it.

The pool is drained and coffee machine in my room was broken. also nobody at the front desk has been working there longer than a few days apparently because no one knew how to do anything and had to call their manager about every question I had lol

It's a OK motel to stay for the night. It was clean and the staff were friendly. But the bedroom's door didn't lock, we never had hot water in the bathroom's sink, we were cold during the night and 2 out of the 3 nights didn't have a parking spot inside.

The pool was closed. Hot water took a while to heat up. I liked the access to CA-55 both north and south bound. The 24-hour convenience store and gas station was nice. Some of the floor tiles were broken. I got my money's worth.

The bath tub looked nasty. There was no chain latch on the door, and no smoke detectors in the room. The room itself was fine, beds were clean and comfortable. Hard to find, as you have to go in like you are going to the Chevron gas station. It’s behind the gas station.

I didnt know it was possible for a place in villapark to be so disgusting. Bugs in the shower, used flossing toothpicks in the shower. Decided to take all the sheets off the bed to see how clean it was and found a fat puddle of dried blood, i almost threw up. Chairs were broken and drooping to the side, bared windows, woke up to leaf-blowers right outside the door at 8am. But you know what… there was a spatub in our room next to the shower and atleast they kept that clean, along with the floors

We stayed here last year, but it seems it has become a bit run down, dead bugs in our room, ants, run down bathtub with calcium build up, and questionable people around…It overall felt it hasn’t been deep cleaned in a while. We ended up staying elsewhere for our two nights, we got offered another room but we declined seeing the state of our initial room, didn’t want to bother hopping around the rooms. But unfortunately this place has gone down in the last year.

The rooms were clean and bed was comfortable. Staff was super nice and welcoming. The area is very quiet and safe, stores like walmart and target are close by (5 - 10 min drive) and a lot of places to eat near by.

I didn’t feel dirty or unsafe, but this was one of the worst hotels I’ve ever stayed in. My window was held together by a zip tie and tape. The chair was horrific and the bathtub didn’t drain. Never again.

I booked this motel because it was close to my son’s college, planning to stay two nights. Unfortunately, the room was not clean or well-maintained. The bathtub looked like it hadn’t been properly cleaned in a long time—there was hair in the drains, mold along the caulking, and stains that made it unusable. The furniture was also stained, which was uncomfortable and unappealing. I barely managed to get through one night but couldn’t bring myself to stay longer. When I asked for a refund for the second night, the motel just wanted to move me to another room. If cleanliness, comfort, and basic hygiene matter to you, I would not recommend staying here.

Looked nothing like the photos. Run down and dirty. Spiders and flying insects in the room, bathtub and toilet was stained and disgusting. Walls were dirty. Windows did not lock and door did not seal properly, there was an inch gap around the front door. Anyone could have climbed in our room through the windows at anytime. All the base boards were molded and falling apart as if there was a previous flood. Pool is closed and empty, currently being used for storage and junk. TV worked, no WiFi, and half of the lights worked. Would not recommend and would not go back.

The staff was fine. The bathroom shower was filthy. The hotel is so close to the freeway, that the noise level was extreme the whole time. The windows and the front door did not block any of the noise outside.

Don’t usually review places but all of these photos are deceptive and the 8.2 “very good” rating is shocking. This place is a run down, side of the highway, cheap motel at best. It’s hidden behind a chevron, and there’s a large abandoned structure when you drive into the property. Our blinds in our room were broken so they didn’t stay shut. It looked like multiple previous guests had taped them shut until they broke. The window in the bathroom was wide open when we entered our room. The blankets are so thin, room is very cold and uninviting. Basic cable, not great water pressure, cobwebs in the corners and ceiling. The pool and “spa”? Empty. Again I have no idea how this place has such a high rating, would not recommend until it gets a major update.

Room was clean, but had like a thin metal frame that stuck out and made an awful clink noise when you accidentally tapped it. Along with that the air conditioning/heater unit needed the manager to come in with a pair of plyers to make it work. Worse part was the noise coming from it, we couldn’t even hear ourselves talk so we had to unplug it since there was no on/off that functioned. I really like this hotel, but that room needs some updating.

I had a small budget for this trip. I was worried it might be a bad area but it was fine. My room was big, I think I got the deluxe king or something. AC ran great even with afternoon sun on it. Plenty of hot water and nice backlit mirror. The only thing was the shower had only one light that was not bright.

When I visit SoCal I want to rest and relax in my hotel room without breaking the bank. Casa Blanca is nice for a budget property. Pros: Comfy beds, clean showers. Cold fridge. Microwave worked. A/C worked well and gave me "white noise" to put me to sleep. There's a clean gas station right on the property, and it's right by the freeway. Best of all, it is quiet. Cons: You can only turn right out of the property. Also, it's a motel. The pool was empty, not that I was going to use it. My only real gripe was that my room was missing a chair. If a place is clean, safe, quiet, comfortable and I can sleep then I'm happy.

This is tough. Great room, clean, well equipped. But I could have been killed! I was given the key to a room that was already occupied. I opened the door and to my surprise two men were already in the room. They could have easily shot me thinking it was a room invasion! Wow.

When I got to the counter to check in the receptionist told me they were over booked and charged me extra to upgrade to a “bigger” room which in my experience was the same thing I booked a king sized bed.. the air conditioning system was broken so our room was hot called the receptionist and said there was nothing they could do because they were over booked and I booked with a third party. The bathroom toilet was disgusting. I’ve stayed at this hotel 4 times within the last 2 years and this would be my last it has deteriorated so much the pool has never been opened regardless of the time of year I’ve stayed. This is a waste of money and land they need to remodel or sell the property to someone who will take care of it.

If you check in, safe after 9pm, you are going to have trouble. The staff behind the desk was in a back room, so didn’t answer the bell, it was only after calling the hotel number multiple times did someone come to check me in. A few people checked in after I did, and they were honking the horn because there was nobody at the front desk to check them in. That was seriously obnoxious, because it was around 1am they were doing that. (To be clear, I blame the front desk, not the people trying to sleep)

The staff was extremely friendly. When looking for a low cost this is absolutely one of the best places we have stayed at while traveling. Room was clean and spacious. There was fridge and microwave, which made things easy. The only dislike was the first night getting there after traveling, was not aware to get to the location you had to drive through the gas station parking lot. (we missed it twice, because of this) Other than that, it was a great experience, and wonderful stay. Gentlemen at the front desk was courteous and pleasant, answered all questions and made check in and check out smooth and easy.

I am surprised that Expedia allows this hotel on their platform considering how horribly they treat their guests. The Casa Blanca Hotel & Suites Orange forced my husband to keep two rooms for one guest for one night due to a very obvious and quickly resolved mistake. We booked on Expedia but the reservation was inadvertently placed under my name instead of my husband's name. I changed the reservation very shortly after my husband showed up and the very rude staff member had him purchase an additional room. We quickly resolved the error with Expedia but the staff would not allow my husband to get a refund for the second room. The WiFi also does not work.

We only stayed one night but got a good nights sleep. Comfort bed, nice decor, light weight towels, quiet (even though close to freeway). Free coffee in the lobby. Weak WiFi. Hint: driveway is easy to miss, turn into gas station and you will see the motel behind. Friendly check in😀

Room had mixes up upgrades and things in bad need of upgrades. We would have been overall satisfied if the heat worked. Unfortunately the heating unit breaker would flip after a handful of minutes, leaving us freezing overnight. The front desk agent was understanding, and allowed us to cancel the second night but their manager refused to refund us a portion of the first night for the fact that we we cold all night (we asked for 20%). Overall would not recommend after this experience.

Hotel/motel is a rehab of a Howard Johnson property. Rooms are neat and well equipped (except for skimpy soap, shampoo etc. ) Coffee only in lobby. Swimming pool is inoperative and an eyesore. Friendly and helpful staff. Next to freeway but not noisy in room we occupied. Entrance difficult to find.

We stayed 3 nights visiting family in the area, the location was convenient. It is right next to the highway so bring ear plugs. There are no curtains and the wooden blinds allow light to filter, so bring a night mask if you’re sensitive. There is a coffee machine, refrigerator and microwave. The paint job leaves a lot to be desired and there is mold around the shower. The water pressure and the temperature of the water where wonderful. The bed was the best thing this room had, King size and extremely comfortable mattress. The overall condition of the room needs love.

This place was so so. They didn't seem to care much about taking care of the place. Everything is out dated. Customer service, nice guys but so so. Its listed on here they serve breakfast, they don't. Room key kept turning off every couple of days. If you can a better place to stay I say do it.

A property in transition maybe. Had a 2 room unit. Back bedroom had a bed and floor lamp, thats all. Main room had bed (comfortable) and night stands, no bedside lamps, only a floorlamp on top of another nightstand in a corner across the room. Hot water to shower took about 4 minutes, then it was fine so be patient. Never saw any breakfast items or coffee when Ieft around 7 am. Parking lot very tight once you drive through the gas station to access the property. Managed to find a spot for trailer on my own, desk clerk not much help either. Dont recommend anyone wander around area at night.

Description not entirely accurate (no breakfast, unusable Wi-Fi) And the property itself is in a quite run-down and derelict space. But the room itself was clean. The bed was comfortable. There was plenty of space. Towels and soaps were sub-par but workable. It is loud since you are right by the highway, but it didn’t bother me, and I didn’t have any other concerns with my fellow denizens. Front desk was polite and coffee was ready by 7am. Not the best place for me (going to a 3 day conference) but far from the worst, and if you need a place to crash, and you don’t have a ton of cash, this place would fit the bill. Also, there is a really good taqueria just around the corner.
